Best Plumbing Services in Kentucky
I've been going through Luke and his crew for over a year now. They provide a great service at a great price. Very friendly, and will get your yard looking great! They even get those straight lines in your yard. They cleanup the edges perfectly on our sidewalk leading to our house. They also blow the cut grass off your driveways, roadways, and clean up the yard really nice. Definitely a service I'd love to brag about.

Roger does great work & is always honest and fair. We had him do a few jobs for us, and we are very happy with the results. A friend told us about him. We will definitely recommend him highly & have him back. This is the company/man to call when you need a job done right without worrying about being overcharged.

Very expensive compared to other plumbers I have worked with. They did squeeze me in before Thanksgiving so that is much appreciated but cost was about 3 times as others. Very nice people but can't get over the cost.

We have been using John for years and the quality of the work he and his team do is excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend him. Kathy in the office is always pleasant and helpful. Because John is in high demand, we have had to wait a day or two in non-urgent situations, but it has been worth it to receive honest and dependable quality service from John and his team.

I was satisfied with the work, but the charges for the work were inflated. A broken toilet flange was replaced and the sewer line was augured. The time to complete the work was under 90 minutes. We were charged $488.73 for the job (broken down as $82 for the service run, $40 for the drain machine, $22.73 for materials, and $344 for labor). I see from a former review a few years back that they have a pattern of over-charging. Buyer beware.

The guy from Koestel plumbing (I think his name was Gary?) was super friendly and professional. He came to fix my sink like really soon (the same day) after I called. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I was very dissatisfied with the service we got from this plumber. The man that was sent on our service call was two hours late due to a broken down truck. He did call to notify me of the situation. When he did arrive, he was very conscientious about not walking through the lawn and wiping his feet before entering the house, but he couldn't figure out how to run his power snake, did not have the proper tool in his truck to address our leaking tub tap, and spent almost an hour on the phone with his boss trying to diagnose the source of the leak which he was not able to fix or offer any recommendations on what to do to stop it aside from to tear out the tile and replace the entire pipe assembly and wall. A month after the service, our kitchen sink clogged again and we just rented a power snake from the home improvement store and did it ourselves. We were able to fix our tub faucet ourselves, too, without tearing the wall out. I believe a professional plumber should have been able to fix it when we called him to fix it and not have left without adequately addressing the issue.

All I wanted was the filter on the faucet loosened so I could clean it. I had water pressure but I thought it might be better if I cleaned it. The plumber was in my building so I asked if he could do that. He said it would be a service call. Ok. He then preceded to break the faucet. He had to turn off the water so I had no water in the kitchen for several days. Two more trips out with a helper later, I had to buy a whole new faucet. 500$ for the labor and faucet.

Unbelievably BAD business! First of all, they came to our home after our basement was flooded with 18 inches of sewage/water. Our gas water heater was sitting in this mess for several days. The plumber turned it ON and said we were ready to go. It was, according to a google search and several plumbers I spoke with (and an inspection by another plumber) later that day, a serious fire and explosion hazard, and should NOT have been done. I reported this to MSD (with whom we have a claim), and they sent the company back out to replace the water heater. After the job was done, I was told by a woman at the office (over the phone) that she would be getting in touch with me to give me a number to call to arrange the city code inspection. I never heard from her. I called back several weeks later and was given the information. I asked why no one never got in touch with me, and she said, I don't know. Maybe something was misplaced. What? It seems to me that this company is not at all concerned with their liability. First they do something that is extremely irresponsible. (I was told by several plumbers that the old water heater could have caught fire or exploded after it was turned back on.) Then, they don't make any effort whatsoever to arrange the code inspection. I don't trust them at all.
