Best Plumbing Services in Kentucky
I'm really surprised that O'Mary's doesn't have other reviews. I had a plumbing issue and found another plumber on Yelp that gave me a super high estimate. Thankfully my co-worker overheard and recommended that I call Doug. THANK GOD. Doug charged me 1/3 what the other company quoted me! He confirmed that they were correct in their assessment, and was in and out in less than an hour. He had everything he needed for the job when he got there, and was super polite and informative. If you have a plumbing emergency or plumbing issue call O'Mary!

Professional and reliable. Brian showed up on time, evaluated my situation and gave me a prompt estimate. The job ended being a bit harder to get done - but Brian stuck with it and got it done for the amount quoted! He was informative and took the time to explain to me what he was doing and a little plumbing 101.
Highly satisfied!

Had an outrageous estimate for a complete overhaul of my shower. Went to plumbers supply just to see if they had whats considered an obsolete part for my older fixture and they did, and the kind man gave it to me for free since no one sells them anymore. He showed me how to repair it and everything. With his expertise (and a lot of patience) i saved $785. These guys truely are there to HELP people. Cant give them a high enough rating!!!

Do not waste your time or money . Showed up, spent 30mins trying to clear a blocked drain and were unable to do the job they specializing in. Charged $265 for a job not completed, total rip off! Called another plumber who cleared the drain in 15mins

After reading several glowing reviews, I wanted to use this company but found them to be unreliable. Would not recommend.

We called Blackburn Davis to help install a smart toilet, upon arrival the two men stated they had never installed a toilet like that and did not like fancy toilets, they spent over an hour on the telephone (mostly on hold) with the manufacturer. I was eventually handed the phone to explain the issue and was told parts were missing. Granted missing parts were not Blackburns' fault and ultimately the toilet was sent back and replaced and we installed it personally (all handled by ourselves, not them). However, we were charged $220.00 for a phone call (I did most of the explaining). I called owner/manager and was told the charge was the charge and it did not matter if they did anything; the meer fact they were dispatched was the reasoning. I offered half the service charge as a consult/estimate a very average charge for other services but was told it was unacceptable. We will NEVER use them again and will not recommend them either.

Every time we had a problem, either routine service or emergency, Drexler was out quickly and expertly finished the work. Maybe the price is higher than a smaller, local contractor, but I don't mind paying a higher price for quick but quality work. Maybe they said they'll be there at 10, but at 2, they call to say 4. Hey, I'm not the only one with a problem, and sometimes, a problem takes longer to fix than expected. I don't care. If I wanted it done fast and cheap, I'd do it myself and then call someone to correct what I messed up.
On the last service call, we had a broken pipe somewhere on the second floor bathroom. The technician explained how they were looking for the leak logically by working the way down from the tub where the leak was coming from. He made three small holes in the drywall. Fortunately, the leak was found and quickly repaired and we didn't have to remove cabinets in the kitchen.

This morning, a McVey truck blew through a red light at Rudy Ln and Brownsboro Rd. It hadn't just turned red -- there were 2 cars already in the intersection turning past the truck's lane. Fortunately, no wreck occurred. I called the company to let them know about the behavior of one of their drivers. The person responded, OK? When I suggested his firm might want to see who it was and be cautious about their drivers, he said, Thank you for the call, and hung up. Despicable.
