These guys are great. Mary, on the phone, is very helpful. The plumbers show up on time, get the job done promptly, and the charges are very fair. I thought I had an outside water leak, so called the company that handles line warranties for the water company. Those guys came out and identified that I didn't have a line leak, found a toilet leak, and quoted me a price several hundred dollars higher than what Nine Lines charged on their time and materials basis.

I always thought plumbers were expensive, but I needed one for a clog somewhere in the pipes from the kitchen area to downstairs.
The two professionals from Browns arrived in very good time and did the job very professionally. They stayed till they were sure everything was fixed. Excellent job, and saved a lot of money for us. Highly recommended.

We called Ratterman a few months ago to install a waterline to the new ice maker & install a replacement faucet in the bathroom. They were absolutely fantastic! Thank you Chad & Keith!
This week, we had water in our basement due to a stopped up sewer line. They came, they snaked, they pulled out large roots. After all that, water was still backing up in the basement shower. AWESOME supervisor Chad came out and also found the backflow valve had seized. He had to clean it out & free that up. (Sparing you the gory details.) It will still need to be replaced and we'll eventually have to dig up the yard and replace the remaining clay pipes, but... We have water! We have sewer! They have REALLY been awesome with everything they've done for us in the past several months.
I even recommended them to my parents a couple of weeks ago when they had a basement drain back up. They were there in less than an hour, late on a Saturday afternoon and took care of the problem immediately. My parents were extremely happy with their service as well. Thank you Ratterman!!

I used Venhoff exclusively for irrigation system service. They come out twice a year to open and close my system. This most recent time out, they discovered a problem with one of the spray zones. In a troubleshooting effort, the technician put the bad zone with a good one just to rule out a problem with a controller and confirm that it was a wiring problem. This took just a few minutes. The technician said he would come back later to fix it correctly. He came back a week or so later and spent considerable amount of time trying to fix it correctly but was unable. He then just put the bad zone with a good zone again and called it fixed. He employed the same quick fix/troubleshooting measure to get the bad zone spraying again and called it a day. It WAS NOT FIXED but I was charged $540 for their efforts. The invoice also said the price was as quoted which is not true. I would have never agreed to a plan paying them for TRYING to fix the system. I called the office to express my displeasure only to be told that the technician actually saved me money because replacing the bad wire would have cost me $1200. None of that info was shared with me up front. Not at all happy with the job done or the communication with me. Done with Venhoff.

# HUGE RIP OFF ARTISTS. They charged me a $100.00 fee to come out. Didn't even apply it to what they were doing. Tech came over a month ago, and plunged my tubs with a plunger, said they were fixed, then handed me a bill for $300.00.
JUST called Dauenhauer. I used them when I lived in Louisville. I trust them. They came out, replaced all the hardware in my tubs--all of it, all chrome, soldered off pieces, fixed my leaking toilet, snaked my drains and pulled out debris that Metro didn't even touch. Only charged me $180.00 total, FOR ALL OF THIS! NO fees to come out and diagnose.
I wonder who I'm going to be going with from now on. I can GUARANTEE YOU it won't be hideous Metro Plumbing Inc. # terrible company. # terrible management. # fake Xians. I went with your company because a guy from my church said you were Christian run. There's nothing Christian about being in the temple and ripping people off. I do believe Jesus tanned their hides. Your's oughta be tanned too. Don't claim to be Christian run, if you're not going to treat people correctly, and do the right, trustworthy, honest, and good job. Don't trust this company.

Our faucet had begun to malfunction and was actually dripping water below into the cabinet. I didn't notice it till one day I reached down and my sponges were already wet. I pulled everything out and a pool of musty water had caused the bottom of the cabinet to become concave. I knew it was time to replace the faucet.
I am very partial to DIYing so I felt incredibly confident after watching a YouTube video but nothing prepared me for the damage I was about to face. I couldn't get anything off due to the rust the water leak had caused! After wrestling it under the cramped conditions of kitchen sink cabinet for about an hour, I gave up. I didn't have the tools or honestly the knowledge to tackle the extensive damage. This is where Ed's plumbing came in! I found them on Nextdoor with gleaming reviews!
They literally came next day!!! The technician that arrived was very thorough and kind. He had to whip out the power tools and I knew I had made the right choice in calling a professional. I would have been under the sink for a year with a little flathead screwdriver!! The faucet was gone and he even installed the faucet I had provided. It was also nice of the technician to look at my water heater real quick as well! The total was $250 which was reasonable for the knowledge and labor that was provided.
I 100% recommend this service and will call them again if I need to.

Local business that stands behind their work. They offer service 24 hours, 7 days a week without an overtime charge. The technicians are NATE certified. They also wear those surgical style booties on their feet. This company is easy to do business with offering a 100% money back guarantee on service and installation. Would highly recommend doing business with this company!
