Terrible customer service, he lady at the front desk is quick to get you off the phone. I called to confirm if the did a specific type of work, she said no we don't, good-bye I check their yelp profile and guess what? My question was listed as a service provided. She is bad for business!

Saturday catastrophe was mitigated with speed and efficiency by Josh who was friendly and professional. After calling several 24 hour emergency plumbers, Leanhart responded within 30 minutes and was at my condo in 25 minutes. 30 minutes after arriving, problem solved. Rates were openly discussed upfront and actual cost was exactly what was quoted.

Leanhart's employees did good work be prepared for $140 a hour and a $70 service run charge a minimum of $210 to walk in your door. Shop around.

I wouldn't recommend this company because they do not follow up with you, they did not do accurate analysis of problem and they left me with an issue I have to get another plumber to fix.
