We've used this company for 25 years while it was owned by the father, John English. He retired and the son operates it now. I had a new sump pump installed--there were a few little things that I wasn't totally happy about including the need to send 2 plumbers to do the work, but I let them slide. Then the rain came and the pipe disconnected, spewing muddy water all over my basement. After DAYS of trying the two numbers I had, I called another plumbing company. They said that the valve was installed UPSIDE DOWN, which caused the two pipes to separate when water went thru them.
I still haven't had a phone answered at either of the numbers. Frankly, I thing that English Associates Plumbing should be responsible for the bill I incurred to fix their mistake.
