Very professional customer service! Called and they came the same day. Installed a thermostat we had (ecobee) that we didn't know how to install. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you!

This is the most terrible company that I've dealt with. Firstly, you can almost never get a hold of them. 99% of the time you will be forwarded to a voicemail when you call.
And they never call you back, unless you leave 2-3 voicemails for them sounding more and more frustrated each time. I had to deal with them because they were contracted with my home insurance company. The first time we set an appointment, no one showed up. I took a day off work and stayed home all day waiting for a technician, tried calling them multiple times with no avail. After a few days of leaving voicemails, finally someone called back to arrange another appointment. Some kind of miscommunication apparently. Next appointment, a friendly technician showed up and was helpful diagnosing the problem. He said he will secure parts for the repair and the company will be in touch to set up a date for repair. A few passes by and no  call from them. Again, I left multiple voice mails and some one called back to say they have to ETA as to when they can secure parts. Another week flew by and I kept calling and leaving voicemails to hunt them down. After two weeks they got the parts and set up an appointment for the repair. I took another day off and waited for nothing. No one showed up.. called them multiple times in the next few days and Tammy finally called back to say someone was supposed to call us to reschedule but no one ever did.. great staff right?! We rescheduled, and what do you know, a week later the same thing happens. I knew no one was gonna show after waiting till noon and so called Tammy. Her excuse was a few technicians called in sick and they were behind schedule. She said there were 3 people ahead of us, so I ask if they can come again tomorrow. She said that it would have to be next week. It was a Tuesday btw, so imagine if they only had one technician they would still be able to service us the same week if 3 people were ahead of us. After a long frustrating debate with Tammy, said that she would send a technician at 8am the next day. At about 8pm the same day, I got a text from Tri-Town saying that they won't be able to get to us tomorrow and that we should take our business elsewhere. With all honesty, I don't think they even deserve one star. Please be aware of what you are setting yourself up for if you ever consider hiring them. Terrible work ethics and zero customer service and reliability.

We're BEYOND grateful to Tri Town Plumbing & Heating, LLC, for the quick and reputable service, as well as their responsive and friendly staff AND owner! They truly showed up when we needed help the most - installing our hot water heater the same day. Chris and everyone else we worked with were nothing short of professional and kind kind kind. Very understanding of our urgent situation (i.e., having been completely without a hot water tank for over 2-weeks with an 8-month-old, due to a faulty contractor who bailed on us that our warranty company initially set us up with). Quality work and customer service like this is almost unheard of nowadays.

We will use them time and time again. Thank you for simply listening and taking the time to understand and help your customers!

I had a sink clog and issue with my condensate pump. Jeremy came out the next day, which was quick and friendly. It was unclogged fast! EXCELLENT SERVICE!

We had a couple quotes for a massive plumbing job (one was 10k, one was 16k). Jeremy came out an hour after we called, and fixed it in minutes. He also told us why the problem happened, and how to keep an eye on it so an overflow doesn't happen again. I seriously cannot express my gratitude.

Our sink disposal stopped working and the sink was clogged so we needed a plumber on short notice.  Chris from Tri-town texted me to set up an appointment.  He was very communicative and helpful. showed up on time, fixed the problem within an hour and was very professional, courteous and helpful.  We would definitely call Chris and Tri-town for the next plumbing issue!  Definitely a great experience.  Thank you Chris!  Lori & Keith

I highly recommend Tri-Town P&H!! I had called this company for an issue with my garbage disposal and in under two hours I had service technician, Lester Lemay show up and fix the problem. He was fast, friendly and prepared. My first experience at Tri-Town (from the friendly lady on the phone to the service technician) was so wonderful that I'll definitely be calling them for my next heating or plumbing need!!

Tri-Town was referred to us by First American Home Warranty. They service and response times are exceptional. They replaced our water heater and fixed a faucet that others could not. Lester Aleman was one of the technicians we worked with. He was respectful of our home and had fixed what we needed very quickly.

We are so grateful to have such an amazing company right here in Erie! They were so terrific to work with. They responded to our call and came over right away. Very proffesional and helpful in every way. We will always call Tri-Town plumbing FIRST!

Tri-Town made a special effort to get my new water heater installation scheduled and completed.  The plumber was knowledgeable and the installation went very smoothly.  I have found my go-to plumbing company!

Tri Town was referred to us by American home Shield home warranty for replacement of our garbage disposal. Jeremy came the next day after their call. He was on time, very personable and extremely knowledgeable. He explained and showed us the problem with the garbage disposal and why it needed to be replaced (rusted out and 27 yrs old). Rarely do you find someone who does home maintenance and truly cares about their work and customer service. Not only did he replace the garbage disposal in a timely manner, but also helped us solve a furnace problem. We mentioned that the fan to the furnace blows all the time - he looked at it and found a short in the wiring. He fixed it and showed us as well how we to do proper maintenance for the furnace - did not charge for this additional time! If we have any further problems with heating or plumbing we will definitely call Jeremy at tri-town!

I cannot say enough about how great these guys are.  For 10 years we have used them exclusively at our little farm in Erie, CO.

From little things like shower heads, dripping faucets, or leaky toilets all the way to major repairs stemming from Mold in our kitchen, they have been outstanding.

Jeremy always makes time for us and sometimes even stops by after work and helps.

This week we had a MAJOR leak occurring in our barn.  The automated waterer was leaking and Les came out and determined the undergound pipe was the culprit.  The pipe had become stripped and rusted.  The only fix was looking like replacing the entire underground pipe system, which would have been very expensive.

But Les and Jeremy figured out a way to clamp the pipe and were able to get us back up and running, albeit temporarily.  We will definitely have to replace the pipes at some point, but their quick thinking has allowed us to take our time now with a permanent solution.

All in All, Jeremy and his team have been unbelievably great to us and we would recommend them to anyone.

John and Lester did a really good job replacing our hot water heater. They got everything hooked up and it works great! They were very nice guys on top of that. Thank you!

This company has been contracted a few times by my home insurance to fix issues I had in my house.

I think it's been the 3rd time they are coming to my house (not their fault, each time a different bathroom breaks down)
They've always been very quick at finding and fixing my plumbing issues and the problems are never coming back once they fixed it.

They always are very patient with my many questions and always give me good advice. Without them I would definitely have had more plumbing issues as they were able to tell me about things that were about to fail and how to fix them myself.

Lester was wonderful, he was very knowledgeable and explained everything very clearly.   His professionalism and courtesy are very appreciated. Thank you to Lester and Tri Town Plumbing.

A year ago, these folks would have gotten 5 Stars. Jeremy was terrific. Unfortunately, I think they might be out of business. I had to find a new shop after not getting a response for 2 days, leaving 3 messages and calling 5 times.
Not cool.
