We recently called Pipecraft on a Sunday and they were able to schedule us first thing Monday morning to help detect the source of a leak in our basement. When they came out they explained where the source likely was and that they would need to cut out some drywall to get to it. They identified the source of the leak almost immediately and were able to get it fixed quickly for a reasonable price. I felt super comfortable that the plumber knew exactly what he was doing. He was extremely professional and competent and a pleasure to work with. Overall extremely satisfied with the whole process and I would definitely recommend them to others. Thank you Pipecraft Plumbing!

Leon was excellent. He showed up quickly, provided a fair estimate, and did the work perfectly. Very professional and nice. I would highly recommend.

Great guy, who really helped us out. I love working with businesses in my neighborhood and Don is one I will call again. He did a great job at the right price.

Tom from Water Works came out and replaced a piece of a water pipe that had a crack in it. Tom outbid the competitors' quotes I had received by more than half! He did the work in about an hour and did a great job. Very pleased with the service and the quality of the work. I would definitely hire them again!

They scheduled an appt for an estimate and never showed. They texted me 2 days later and said they were short handed and sorry. I told them where they could put my business!

I had a middle of the night water heater problem on one of the coldest days of the year. Thomas answered the phone immediately and was able to solve the problem over a Face Time call. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and extremely patient, especially since water heaters and plumbing are not my strengths. He also followed up with me the following day to make sure everything was going well. His service was very helpful, trustful and caring.

We had several plumbing backups and a scope revealed issues with our main sewage drain - under the floor in the basement. The first three plumbers looked at the video and agreed that pieces of the cast iron pipe had broken off and were sitting in the line causing the backups. Their quotes were between $5-6K.
When Tim O'Connor viewed the video he said that the pieces weren't cast iron (too thick), but that the line should be replaced. His quote was thousands less too! During the job we came across our kitchens' antique grease trap and he even rerouted the line to connect it to the new main drain line.
His crew included a Master and apprentice plumber who worked nonstop. They didn't play music or goof off and they showed up when they said they would! Hats off to Tim O'Connor and his team. My neighbor recommended them to me (he's done two major projects for them) and I'll recommend them to anyone who asks for a plumbing recommendation.

We woke up to drip, drip, drip... another leak in our 60 year old galvanized pipes. So I called at 6:30am and Tim came out to patch the pipe that day. We knew that pipe replacement was an eventuality and luckily with new plastic piping reduced the cost and time. Tim's crew did a great job and I'm loving have all new pipes and no rust in our water! Thanks Tim!

Epic recommendation! My 70 year old house needed all of the galvanized plumbing replaced, including the waterline into the house. It wasn't an emergency situation (yet) so I had time to get multiple estimates. I wanted to use an established plumbing company with a good reputation, so I got bids from several big name companies, and I also called Dig It based on their excellent Yelp reviews (including the ones Not Currently Recommended). I decided to go with Dig It primarily because the owner, Doug MacLean, spent the most time discussing my concerns. He also made several relevant points that the others failed to mention and, last but not least, their bid was very competitive.
They completed the waterline replacement in one day, and I was grateful that the crew was careful to minimize damage to the lawn. They covered the grass underneath the pile of excavated dirt, then when they refilled the trench they used a tamper to pack the soil. The next day while the plumbing crew started the interior portion of the job, one of their guys raked the front lawn and then power washed the sidewalks and street in front of the house. I could not have been happier (and I'm sure my neighbors appreciated it too).
The inside plumbing took several days and I was equally happy with the finished results. Despite the challenges of an older house, they did expert work and took all the proper measures to minimize the dust created by having to cut into the walls.
In the end I'm really glad I took my time choosing the right company, and I cannot say enough good things about the positive experience I had with Dig It. They are competent and professional and it was obvious that they cared that I was happy with the job they did.

My toilet was not flushing properly, so to avoid an emergency situation, I scheduled Rooter Town to come by and check it out. There charge of $95 to clean the drain was considerably less than other quotes I received. I was also able to schedule an appointment over the weekend, which prevented me from having to miss work during the week. The company called prior to my scheduled window of 1 - 3 pm and confirmed that my technician would arrive at 1:45pm. Dave arrived on time and was courteous and professional. He clean the drain and so far the toiled is flushing properly. Hopefully, I won't need to do anything else. If I do, I will call Rooter Town again. I recommend calling them for your plumbing needs.

They came within a day when I had a leak, found it quickly, replaced pipes and completed in 5 hours. Provided excellent advice and brought the water shutoff to a place easy to access. Very impressed!

I've hired this company a few times to do work for me both at my business and at my house. I needed a drain cleaning at my business and they were prompt efficient and very economical. I finished my basement and needed some plumbing work done. I needed some things pre-plumbed and then when I was ready to finish. I needed them to come back and finish. Everything went like clockwork. I even finished my basement early and they were able to accommodate my earlier schedule. Definitely recommend!

My technician was Cole Smith. He was very knowledgeable and polite and professional. He repaired the pipe leading into my water heater, which was leaking, and he showed me where the pipe had failed. (It was an old pipe.) He soldered a new pipe on and connected it. He wore a mask and worked very efficiently. He also answered questions for me about a repair I need on an outdoor faucet and also about installing main line water filters. He knew what he was talking about and told me how he would go about each job and offered to give me an estimate. Cole did a great job. I highly recommend him and Elite Rooter for your plumbing needs.

I went on Porch.com to find a plummer who would put in a tankless heater. I was called immediately by Dan Murphy. He came right over and said that it would cost $300 to put the system in. He was very agitated. He didn't pay attention to anything walking around, he forgot his hat, his glasses and his screw driver. He said he would be back with the part. I had a key chain with my son's name on it. My son is a Vet from the Iraq war. He said that he was a Vet and that he would take care of families. He has stellar reviews. I did not see him for several days. He came back a few days later , stating it was a much bigger job and he needed money up front and it would be more expensive. He said he wanted $800.00 then went down to $600.00. He asked for 450.00 up front. I gave him a check. He called me a few mins later and said he needed cash as he was in hurry to get to the store to get the correct parts. i gave him the money and that was my biggest mistake. He never returned. I was without hot water for almost 2 weeks waiting for him to return. He said he put receipts on the Porch. com. He lied. He had to move, he got into a car accident on the way over, he was in and out of the hospital. He basically ripped me off pretending to be a vet. I gave him a day to return my money. He has not. I have contacted Porch.com, The BBB and every organization to get my money back. This guy DAN MURPHY is a creep and a rip off. STAY AWAY!

RUN, don't walk away from this business. Our tank was potentially damaged by the person that came out to pump it, and we were not able to get a hold of the owner for 3 days. When we finally got a call back, the lender was incredibly rude and tried to defend charging without prior knowledge or notice. The fees are absolutely insane and we're added after the work was done. Also was not given a bill at the time of service and was told the owner would be in touch. The receptionist didn't have an initial record of the work when I reached out directly wondering why there had not been a bill and if additional work needed to be done. This would have zero stars if it was an option. Will be reporting to the regulatory board.
