I called Dr Fix it first and they tried to tell me I needed a new electrical panel (over $2000). Matt and Matt from Sin Jac came by hours after and found that nothing was wrong with my panel. They found the problem to be only a light switch connection. they were in and out in less than an hour, actually found the problem, and saved me a ton of money. Hard to find honest contractors here in Denver. I highly recommend this one!

Mike answered my call promptly (even though it was before 8am). I described the problem I was having and Mike immediately knew what the root cause of the issue was. He was very patient and described options available, even mentioning pros and cons of the various options. Very friendly, professional, and sincere. I never felt like Mike was trying to sell me on anything -- rather he wanted to make sure I understood my options so I could choose the best solution for me!

Great company!! Kind interactions! Cameron and his employees are great to work with and have handled our build from ground up. Quick and efficient. They had a two man crew at the house and I feel it helped save me a lot of money, if they needed extra parts one stayed and the other went to grab them. Keep up the great work!

Lightscape did the electrical portion of our recent remodel... EXCELLENT work! We love the convenience of the new lighting fixtures and they highlight the features of the remodel.
We tried to make some changes to GFI plugs and caused a problem. Lightscape come back and fixed the problem AND show us how to do it properly.
I would call them to do any electrical work at my properties...

We've been having problems with flickering lights in parts of our home for the last couple years, and I've had several electricians come and attempt to diagnose and fix the problem, all to no avail. After reading Joey's reviews, I gave him a call and was able to convince him to drive a little further than usual to help us. He arrived on time and worked quickly through several typical checks and fixes. When none of these normal fixes worked, he was able, by process of elimination, to identify an issue within the circuit breaker panel itself, one that might have caused a fire if left for much longer! He came up with a temporary fix by moving some of the problem circuit breakers, and he came back a couple of weeks later and replaced the entire panel for our 47-year-old house. We couldn't be happier with his expertise, communication and prompt service! Thank you Joey!

Total Electric was able to respond quickly to an issue in a house that we recently purchased. They were able to properly troubleshoot the issue and have everything repaired quickly. Thanks for the great work, we will call again!

Fred worked efficiently and was professional installing two ceiling light and fan fixtures and fixing a lighting issue in our basement. Would definitely use F & F again for other electrical issues.

Terry Hansen did an outstanding electrical repair at my house today. It's obvious from watching him work and listening to his explanation of the repair he did that he has years of experience and wonderful knowledge of electrical systems. He's also friendly and patiently listened to my explanation of what was going on with the electrical problem I was having with my house. I highly recommend this man. He knows what he's doing. His price was reasonable also.

I will definitely be calling O'Brien for any future electrical needs. My husband and I were impressed with their work, as well as their price, best out of 10 companies that I contacted. I highly recommend O'Brien!

New panel installation. Completed in one day. We had a fully finished basement. I was shocked that they could run the ground (water line is on the far corner of the house) with only one small drywall cut.
Friendly, accommodating, informative.

So, here you are, in need of a good electrician. You must need one, or else you wouldn't be reading this review. Either that or the Yelp algorithm brought you here. Well, either way, let me give you some helpful advice: Run, run, run for the hills! Avoid this company like the plague. These guys charge more than the competition and the quality of their workmanship is just awful. Pathetic! We hired these clowns to replace our crummy 100 amp panel with a 200A panel, and add two new circuits to our service, including a 240v circuit to the garage. Where they installed conduit, it looked great. But they didn't run the ground wires in any conduit and it looks like a kid did it. Other things:
1. They ran ground through the siding and into the crawlspace to the water line. They didn't caulk the hole they drilled into the siding.
2. They left trash all over my backyard.
3. They took one of my brand-new shovels.
4. An outlet inside my house stopped working after they left.
5. After Excel came out to inspect the finished job and said my new panel needed a slip joint where the line entered the concrete, American Electrician's owner initially refused to install the slip joint. He said Excel would allow a variance. Excel said bullshit, and only then did American Electrician agree to do it, or my power would be cut off.
6. Today, about 4 months after they finished their work, I went outside to flip one of the breakers so I could cut power to my dishwasher. One problem: the breaker labeled dishwasher cut the power to my son's bedroom upstairs. I started flipping breakers and found the one labeled master bedroom/bathroom cut power to my dishwasher.
It doesn't get more amateurish than this.
Take my advice: save yourself the headache. Use a reputable company like plumbline, Topping

My experience with Cooper Heating was not good. I called on a Friday morning about a hot water heater repair/ likely replacement, and was given a late pm appointment. When I asked about being left without hot water over the weekend, I was told that they have a fully stocked truck so they could take care of it that day. I was also told that the $129 service charge could be applied to the installation. Instead they came out, told me there were no parts for that model, they couldn't get the current one re-lit, and that I should call the office on Monday to schedule an installation that they quoted at $1998 for a 40 gallon tank separate from the service call! So I basically wasted $129, and ended up getting someone a lot cheaper to come out on Saturday for the installation.

Well for starters I've always seen one of your trucks in the nearby neighborhood so when I got a coupon just in time for my water heater to go down you guys are the first ones I called. Skipping right to the technician, he did amazing!!! First off his professionalism was top notch!! I swear as soon as the 1st guy that does the estimate pulled off mr. Roman Piele came around the corner like a super hero. All same day response as Excel had red tagged my water heater over a small gas leak on a part that they don't make anymore so an entire replace was required, and let me tell you did he have his work cut out for him!! My gas lines went from 3/4 to 1/2 and back to 3/4 for no apparent reason at all. I had no handle for a shut off valve so a tool had to be fetched every time the gas had to be shut off to the unit. He even replaced some old furnace piping that was all over the board as well, which when he did that he so graciously took all the dirt and debree clogging my furnace out as well. He really just surprised me with how above and beyond he went for me... after one of the roughest weeks of 2020 he made it just a tiny bit better and for that I really do thank him and this company. I was able to take a steaming hot shower right after he left. Best one of my life!!!! He also went the extra step to make sure things were installed to prevent pressure in our pipes. Our house and most plumbing is from the 60s we need all the TLC we can get. Long story short, im calling yall again for my furnace and AC replacement here in a few months! I'm not sure if I can request Roman when I do but I'm going to sure try! Seriously.. a very pleasurable experience given the circumstances

i would not recommend this company for any service. their fees are very high- i had asked them to do some simple residential work- a quote was never given to me- they were to replace an outdoor light with a motion detector- they broke and threw out the existing light- i was charged 120/hr. for him to go and get some supplies- he purchased 2 lights which i was charged 69/piece for - i looked it up at home depot and the exact same light sold for 49. it was almost a $1000. bill to do not much. then i needed him to come back as one light was still not working correctly and they wanted to charge me another 200. to basically unscrew the old light and put another one in. i feel like their fees are very high and the service was ok.
