I met Rooter Ranger because the City of Scottsdale could not resolve my sewer roach problem, after spraying a horribly infested manhole just outside my house, so the City told me to get a 'smoke test, to reveal openings where the roaches can come in thru plumbing.  

I asked for plumbing quotes for this smoke test and various other plumbing issues i had accumulated being my 1.  water pressure was really low, 2.  my garbage disposal didn't work, and  3. the bathroom drain plugs didn't stay pulled up to keep the roaches from coming through, so i had to put rocks on the plugs.  

Rooter Ranger adjusted my water pressure at the pressure regulator, which was newly installed last year.  They made one sink plug work, the other had a      broken rod.   And they diagnosed the garbage disposal to be all rusted out, and quoted me to remove it and fix the plumbing without a disposal.

They told me camera into the sewer is a lot cheaper, than smoke test, whcih everyone said it won't be effective against roaches that come from the sewer, as the smoke test is only for above ground plumbing.  The roaches are coming from the sewer into the pipes, yes they swim thru the water int he P traps, so many they are.  

Even though Rooter Ranger didn't make any money from their visit to my house, they came and spent a lot of time at my house, one  area Supervisor came to check up on the first guy to arrive, and they spent a lot of time, and resolved some of my issues and pointed me in the right direction for for the remaining issues.  

i felt a sense of accomplishment from their visit, and want to compensate them for their time, by giving them this 5 yelp star, since they only have one other.  He aid they have a lot of reviews about their Phoenix office, but just moved to Scottsdale, so here you to, 5 stars for Scottsdale.

Woke up to a pipe leak in our ceiling. Contacted AZ Quality Plumbing who were at our house within the hour. Luis quickly identified and fixed the problem. Very reasonable rates, good customer service, very personable, and took the time to clean up after. Very pleased and will use again.

We had a burst pipe in the wall of our master bath. They came out the same day and recommended RX2 Restorations for the repairs to the walls and carpeting. When RX2 Restorations opened up the damaged walls and found the source of the leak, Fusion was prepared to do the repair of the piping. Because it was polybutylene, we decided to recipe the entire house, because it was our second time having a leak. Fusion did the entire job in 3 days very professionally and coordinated with RX2 Restorations to make sure we were taken care of. Fusion was professional, courteous and did an excellent job.

We hired Nathan for a big remodel job on our outdated kitchen and living room. He was very friendly and professional, giving us a detailed and accurate quote. He removed a wall and installed a support beam which opened up our space making it much more modern and comfortable to live in. He was fast and efficient at installing our new cabinets, new dishwasher, new oven and adding a side door going out to our laundry/garage. He really does it all! Super knowledgeable about electrical, plumbing, demolition, installation...you name it. I would highly recommend Charme and Sons.

I had Gary do a few small items for me. Install doggie door, move exterior outlet, install a ceiling box for fan and replace a recessed light.
Gary was quick with scheduling.  Completed the work in perfect form and was very fair in his pricing.  It took him about 4 hours to complete all the items. It was very clear he was experienced and completed the work like it was a routine activity for him.   We will use him in the future.

We had a problem with our disposal and called Kwik as a Wink for plumbing services. We agreed to put in a new disposal and this would be done the following morning.
They arrived, looked at the disposal, told us we did not need a replacement as he was able to get it working. He said the existing disposal was actually better than the replacement.
It was refreshing to have an honest and trustworthy plumber and would highly recommend them!

Fantastic!  Had a slow drip from my tub/shower unit.  Read the previous yelp comment and liked the response.  When I called he immediately answered and had me on the schedule the next day.  He was exceptional!  Honest, thorough and very knowledgeable.  He gave me several options and was upfront and honest about the repair.  He told me, I always put myself in the homeowners position and ask myself what would I do? Definitely going to use Stellar Plumbing moving forward.  So happy I finally found a reliable plumber.

My husband did some plumbing on my rental house, new faucets.  Well guess what, the day it went on the market, I noticed puddles of water were on the floor.  I called Babcock and they were able to fix both amateur plumbing attempts for a reasonable fee.  Thank you

Our water heater needed replacement and we found this business through a referral from a friend.  They were quick, great priced, and very professional!  We definitely recommend them to anyone needing a quality plumber for small or large jobs!

So, a change from my previous review.  I had this plumber come back and give us estimates for work on a remodel my wife and I are doing.  They quoted me a number to install a farmhouse sink, plumbing, install a stove, dishwasher and bathroom vanity.  My fault for not getting things in writing.  Well, after counters were installed, the counter people installed the sink.  The plumbers came and installed just the plumbing to the sink, and still charged the amount quoted for the sink, stove dishwasher and vanity.  Worse. The labor was as much as the initial quote it's self.

My biggest irritation is the initial sealant used was bad and they charge me to take out the faulty products and workmanship and charged me to redo it.  

Lastly. The new hire, the owner stating he was replacing a supposed thief in their business, incorrectly drilled a hole in my brand new sink cabinet so now I have a hole in the base of my new cabinet.  And they didn't offer or do anything to fix it.

The dishwasher wasn't level.  Also, My wife cleaned up multiple water messes....

Nice, right?   The two times I've used them, they've come back stacking on additional costs after a sales quote was agreed on.  Two, it takes multiple tries to get it right.  Just doesn't pass the smell test to me.

Inappropriate business practices?  You be the judge.

I want to let everyone know that Mike and David at Merit Plumbing services are 2 of the best tradesman I have met in a long time. Our car wash business had a clog in our vacuum lines and they diagnosed the situation, executed the plan and charged me a fair rate for the work done. Whatever your needs residential or commercial this is the company to call. Thanks Guys for a great job well done!!

Couldn't be happier!  The plumber, Gabriel Yescas, knew exactly what we needed and was in an out in half an hour.  ProForce (actually, Gabriel) is at the top of my list from now on.

ProForce seems like an honest outfit.  I'll hire them again.

They got back me in a timely manner but unfortunately they were over booked.  Oh well, we tried.

I needed a sink unclogged, and also wanted to have 2 toilets replaced with taller ones.   I called Billy Ray and he was able to come the next day.   He was able to replace both toilets, unclog the bathroom sink, and fix 2 bathroom faucets that had been dripping.  He did an amazing job, was very thorough, and professional.   He was so nice and friendly too.  I recommend calling him when you need any kind of plumbing repairs and installs!!

We paid $215 for a faucet that was available at WalMart for $86.  We paid $135 for labor and the installer knocked our sink off the drainage and we couldn't use our sink for two days.  We were charged $390 to fix a leaky faucet spray hose.

Mike said he marks his products up 35% over retail.  The average cost for our faucet was $128.  We were charged $215, which is even more than the list price from the manufacturers website.
