My water heater died and I requested a quote through Yelp from a different company and (reluctantly) checked the box that allows Yelp to broadcast the request to every plumbing contractor in the system. I'm glad I did. Tom from Wildcat Waterworks contacted me. He was able get me a very good price, the brand water heater I wanted AND install it on the same day! If that doesn't deserve 5 stars, what does?
They got back me in a timely manner but unfortunately they were over booked. Oh well, we tried.
Thomas was wonderful to work with. I had two small projects for him - both involved switching out existing hardware. Prior to coming over, Thomas did the shopping for the new hardware, sent photos, asked questions, and confirmed everything was correct before coming out. While he was starting the first project, he found a couple of issues from the prior plumbing - from many years ago. He explained everything, ran to the store for an extra part and completed everything as asked! Very nice, efficient, and great communication! I would highly recommend!

We had a water leak causing us not to be able to use kitchen sink or dishwasher at all. Tom was recommended to us and is the best recommendation we have ever received. Tom was extremely prompt, efficient, and completed the job with excellence! We will absolutely be using him for any plumbing needs in the future and know for a fact we will have some as our home is aging. On site within an hour of call to fix a damaged hose bib. Went the extra mile (fixed an unrelated issue just to help out!). Would definitely use again!

Tom was right on time and thorough. He was done In 2 hours and gave me a very fair price for the parts and work. Tom explained that my older plumbing was galvanized and the main pipe had corrosion from within. I appreciate him explaining repairs that I'll need down the line without being pushy. I'll definitely be calling him for future jobs!
