Sean (owner) and Kyle were timely, efficient and professional.  Gave them a call to take care of a problem with our shower, something that had been going on for the past year.  We finally decided to get it taken care of as it was getting worse (shower valve hard to turn and bent). It turned out that getting parts for this discontinued equipment was next to impossible but they found a way, it took a few days for the parts to arrive but once here they installed them right away.  Turned out rather well, shower valve works well and everything with the shower is good and finally works properly.  The price was a little eye opening but knowing how hard it was to find the parts, the price was reasonable.  The discontinued products were extremely hard to find and expensive.  We would highly recommend Fusion and will use them in the future when needed.  Thanks guys!

This plumbing service is amazing especially if you are a text savvy. You can schedule your appointment online. Kyle arrived on time and ahead of schedule and he went over the estimate to replace my sink and was very honest that my valve was leaking for the shut off, and that it needed to be repaired, before even starting the service of my bathroom sink, he estimated me the cost which was rather amazing for what you get especially for plumbing services around Christmas.

The business offers $99 a year subscription which covers 15% off services needed for your home, as well as annual check ups for water, leaking, air conditioning, heating and water heater. If you buy your own faucet, there is a discount versus them supplying a faucet for the bathroom sink just make sure you measure it ahead of time before purchasing the whole install took about two hours, but the technician wanted to make sure everything was situated correctly. I would highly recommend this business for the straightforward pricing, online account creation, and scheduling online.

They came out to do our tankless water service and did an amazing job.  They are very knowledgeable.  I would highly recommend them.

We asked Fusion to come look at our broken water heater. They plumber who came out here was super nice and friendly, so I don't blame him, but the company quoted us at $2,999 to replace our water heater -- including parts & labor. Thankfully i sought other quotes--all of which were less than HALF of that cost, with the same water heater and same warranty! I ended up paying someone else just under $1,000 to get the exact same water heater installed. I am honestly just kind of confused as to how this company is charging so much for something that others are not.

Wow!  I do not give 5 Stars but it seems this time I must break my record.
I had an Over/Under 3 ton unit that was fried from a lightning strike.  I used Yelp to do the three company estimate thing so I had choices.  Within an hour of posting what I wanted Daniel from Fusion came to my house!  Fusion should be really happy knowing they have employees like Daniel.
Daniel is professional with a very friendly and easy demeanor.  He just made me feel very comfortable, like a friend I had known for years.  Daniel answered all my questions with great patience and provided an estimate that was actually less than I thought.  I was so comfortable after speaking with Daniel that I canceled the other two companies for an estimate and went with Fusion! The very next day (today), Daniel arrived bright and early and had a well orchestrated team and a crane to remove the unit.  By 3pm I had ice cold air and nice warm heat!  Daniel took the time to answer and explain the install and how to work the new thermostat and then he was gone!
Like I said, Wow!  Fusion should be proud of Daniel! If Daniel is any indication of the caliber of employees at this place, other companies should be very nervous!

Have had a persistent issue with nlittle or no flow in my third bathroom, but could live without the extra bath, until the water started running and the only way I could stop it was to shut off the house water.  Next morning, thru Yelp, requested help.  Fusion was the first to respond.  Because of their rating, I scheduled an appointment thru the system for later in the day.  They called a few hours later to see if they could come earlier.  For sure.  So, Chris, the plumber, started out conservatively, trying the least expensive methods first, which I appreciated.  Explained each step and appeared to be listening to my input and description of the problem.  Had to schedule a second appointment for the next day for a high pressure flush, but he made it possible to get my water back on.  Second day process was a success, after 3 hours and he did all the clean-up.  I can assure you it was an extreme mess.  So thank you for a good job and a reasonable price.

Would highly recommend their services. Not only did they take care of a serious plumbing issue for us, they were kind, helpful, friendly and responsive. The guys ended up having so much work to do on our old pipes that the toilet had to be completely uninstalled. Because they had to charge us for that they agreed to reinstall a new toilet at no cost if we purchased one. I was amazed they were willing to do this since such a high level of customer service is so rare. Chris Andrade was a godsend and I will highly recommend Fusion to friends and family. Absolutely will go back for any plumbing needs.

Our Air Conditioner quit working during a 95 degree afternoon and Fusion was the only place that could service our unit the same day I called. They repaired as needed, the only complaint is that I felt the cost for the service was excessive but admittedly it was on the weekend.

The cost, for about an hours work, to install a kitchen faucet and 2 shut-off valves:  $592!!  They charged me $145 per shut-off valve! Those can be purchased at a plumbing supply store for about $20 each.  And charged $300 to install them and the faucet!  I will NEVER do business with them again!!

we are extremely satisfied with the professional work that Adam and Chris did today. they installed a water filtration syste, installed a gas line for my patio gri and installed a water line to the side yard. We had a burst pipe in the wall of our master bath. They came out the same day and recommended RX2 Restorations for the repairs to the walls and carpeting. When RX2 Restorations opened up the damaged walls and found the source of the leak, Fusion was prepared to do the repair of the piping. Because it was polybutylene, we decided to recipe the entire house, because it was our second time having a leak. Fusion did the entire job in 3 days very professionally and coordinated with RX2 Restorations to make sure we were taken care of. Fusion was professional, courteous and did an excellent job.

I highly recommend Daniel from Fusion. Daniel is 100% A+ professional and no BS.  I connected with Fusion regarding AC replacement of a 2.5 ton, SEER 14 unit with gas pack.  In no time flat, I had a response to my call.  Daniel came out within a day or two and went out of his way to listen to my questions and patronize me. The price for work and all logistics involved was fair and in line with the market. Please consider Fusion for any HVAC or plumbing work you need done. Unfortunately I had to call Fusion plumbing twice in a week. However both times they responded quickly and got the clogged toilet taken care of. The second time I decided to change out the toilet because it was just too old. Kyle helped me both times and he was very easy to work with and professionals he was able to pick up a toilet for me and get it all sorted the same day, no one likes to have plumbing issues. Thanks Kyle!

The crew at Fusion was very professional and did a great job. I needed a full replacement of all HVAC flexible ductwork in a tiny, awkward attic crawlspace, and they managed to do it fairly quickly despite having very little room to maneuver. They had to cut one additional access point, but drywall repair was included, and you can't tell that there was a hole there. The job wasn't cheap, but the bid was competitive, and the warranty made me feel confident that this ductwork will last a long time. I look forward to enjoying much more efficient heating and cooling with my new ductwork.

Edit: Fusion reached out to me immediately and have resolved this issue for me so I am changing my review. I understand what happened and I am happy with the way the fixed things.

My shower water would not get hot. They came out and spent almost 3 hours, most of that time he was on the phone with 'the boss'. Was told they replaced the valve/cartridge and I needed a new trim kit and I owed $279. I looked it up online before they left and they said it was the right one so I ordered it. When they came back they wanted another $200 to install a trim kit but turns out the trim kit was wrong. So they gave me the 'old' cartridge to take into Lowes and get the right one.

Long story short after going to Home Depot, Lowes and a local plumbing supply turns out they did not replace the valve at all - so not sure what I paid for other than wasting my own time. Also the valve they gave me to compare is brand new and not the same as my old/existing valve. No wonder the trim kit didn't work.

I called the office to voice my concerns and they took a message. That was well over a week ago and no call. I would recommend using a different plumber.
