This is not BillyRay's belief. He says customers are just as concerned about how much we care as to how much we know about their plumbing. HISTORY
Established in 2016.
Within a week of the passing of our son Lucas, the company that Bill was managing closed their doors due to non payment of taxes and various other issues. Well, it was either go back to what he didn't believe in or, believe that God would Provide and take a leap! Jireh is one of the many names of God, meaning God My Provider. We are fully licensed, bonded, & insured.

Our plumbers are respectful, courteous and customer focused. Their diagnosing and plumbing skills are outstanding! They receive ongoing training to keep up with all the latest technology therefore providing the most efficient and economical options for our customers. We only hire honest, personable members. We spend nearly as much time training in customer service that is, really listening to our customer's needs and concerns as we do training them in proper use of plumbing equipment and technical advancement.
We are looking for customers who want a long-term relationship with Jireh Plumbing & Drain, a contractor they can trust.
We know we have succeeded in partnering when they take advantage of our Preventive Maintenance Agreements (PMA'S). These are annual service agreements that give them discounts on service, priority scheduling and an annual Plumbing inspection.
When they sign up for our PMA'S they are partnering with us, trust us and value quality service.

JIREH plumbing was great! I called BillyRay and explained the issues we were having with the shower valve and he was able to come out the same day to fix it. He was honest and very reasonably priced.
I highly recommend him and will be using him in he future with any plumbing needs.

I was trying to get my house sold and during the inspection they said something was wrong with the water heater. Jireh was able to get out there same day, identified the problem with the pilot light and got it lit.

Great service! Today Billy Ray replaced the stock shower with a nice Rainshower head and extension rod. He also cranked up the inside water pressure from an outside valve to make the shower spray nice and the faucets have enough force. Will be calling again whenever we need Plumbing service.
Plumbing issues do not wait politely, raise their hand, smile and ask if it is a good time to leak, clog up, spew water or some other nastiness around your house. No, of course not. This happens while you are sleeping, dealing with toddlers, cooking dinner or *gasp* not at home. Good times. Recently, I had what turned out to be a very minor repair. Billy Ray returned my call quickly and came over shortly after and repaired my irrigation system that decided it wanted a career change and was trying to be a water fountain. Call Billy Ray. I know who I will be calling in the future, Billy Ray.

I needed a sink unclogged, and also wanted to have 2 toilets replaced with taller ones. I called Billy Ray and he was able to come the next day. He was able to replace both toilets, unclog the bathroom sink, and fix 2 bathroom faucets that had been dripping. He did an amazing job, was very thorough, and professional. He was so nice and friendly too. I recommend calling him when you need any kind of plumbing repairs and installs!!
One of these friendly drivers, plate ending in 91, decided he didn't need a signal and then decided to muscle into my lane on the freeway. When I realized he was just going to edge me out, I moved to the shoulder and slowed so he could pass.

This is my favorite Plumbing Co and BillyRay my favorite plumber there are no downsides to BillyRay .I'd put him on retainer if I could .Worked very clean and neat did great work,pleasure to have in my home Best of the lot JV
Billy Ray came right out and was able to assess our RO issues. He was able to reconfigure our drain system so that we wouldn't have more issues later on. He was very kind and fair with his pricing.
I had a plumbing issue which was hard for me to pinpoint. The previous plumber misdiagnosed the problem and it continued. So, I call Billy Ray who came recommended by a friend.
He discovered the location of the problem and was able to fix the issue immediately. This is extremely important because I can't be around to check the work. I need someone very experienced since most service calls will be to rental properties.
He's reasonably priced and on time. Bonus points for being personable. (Which is important since he may face finicky renters.)

I appreciated that we received a timely call back and we could have our appointment at a convenient time. Over the phone JIREH already had a couple of good ideas of what the issue was. Still, after a thorough inspection of the vibrating pipe issue, it was quickly resolved and the price was right.
