An honest fair price and service. You could tell he was having a rough day (his window on his car shattered while picking up a part) and he could not have been more friendly / positive. The work he did was also excellent. I would recommend this guy to anyone

The call was about a main sewer line backup.

So we called them in the morning and they said they will be there at noon but got here at 1:30pm. He worked on it for two hours and said his equipment wasn't working properly and would be back soon. He said he cleaned a lot of it and that it should be fine to use the water. However, the pipes started to back up again and we kept calling and calling for a status update.

IT IS NOW 8:30 PM!!! We have called and left several messages to no avail (we have phone records and recorded voicemails to prove it!) We just wasted a whole day for it to be fixed and it's not fixed! Now we have to go another night without running water and can't flush our toilets!

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! A business like this deserves to fail!

I've had Michael out four times to work on various plumbing issues in our older home, and I recommend him to others every time I hear of a friend needing drains dealt with. He is always extremely professional, kind, and accommodating. And, he truly is the $75 Rooter Man - $75 is what he charges regardless of the time he puts in. It's so nice to know upfront that it really is going to cost what he says it will. Michael's quality of work is outstanding, and he's efficient in how he uses his time. Also, in the case that any changes come up related to an appointment time, as they can in his line of work, he's quick to call and let the customer know when he'll be there. Additionally, we've never had any issues after jobs he's done; and, if we ever did, I know he'd be our ASAP to deal with it. I highly recommend his company to anyone who wants a reliable, trustworthy, and professional person to perform this type of service. There's no reason to try anyone else!

Micheal is a great guy. He's prompt, professional, and knowledgable. I had an issue with the house main drain line backing up and leaking. He walked me through the most likely cause as he fixed the problem, and shared the best way to avoid the issue in the future. He also made sure I was aware of the other, outside possibilities for which I needed to be watchful, and how to spot them. I would most certainly recommend his services.

Highly, highly, highly recommend this company. Mike came quickly, was upfront (even on the phone), very affordable, knowledgeable, and kind. Needed my kitchen sink drain snaked and he did it quickly and answered any questions I had along the way. I was so impressed by his service, that I asked him to look at two leaking toilets while there. He fixed one in 20 seconds at no charge and replaced some parts in the other at very minimum charge. I'm a female and have been ripped off by other service providers so many times. Roto rooter was going to charge at least 4 times more than he was and applewood plumbing are scammers as well. STAY AWAY FROM BOTH OF THEM...they will try to tell you you need to replace things that don't need replaced and are very pushy and uncomfortable to be around. I've definitely found my Denver plumber! Couldn't be happier with his service and I'm so thankful I found him. Small, locally owned company who doesn't make money by ripping people off.

Called the RooterMan in the morning and had my drain cleaned out that afternoon. The other two companies I called this morning have yet to return my call. Tim came out and originally thought there was a minor blockage. Nope, there was a blockage, tree roots way way out at the end of my line. Tim persevered and cleared the line. Tim was pleasant, did I the job and I will call the Rooter Man again. Oh and the price was excellent.

Tina, Timothy and Michael have all been great to deal with! Called early one morning to get some help with two sinks that were backed up. By 7am Tina had already called back and sent Tim out the same day! The sink issue proved to be a more complicated process (DIY plumbing from the previous home owners). Tim got to the bottom of it and went above and beyond actually removing an old sink that we're replacing with an ikea sink. He carried it out to the garage and cleaned up everything from his work.
Michael came out this week when our laundry room drain was backing up. He investigated the issue and identified the problem. He had to clear our main line and he provided the same wonderful friendly, personable service!
Both times we had them out they were helpful, on time and affordable!

Initially, I called another company (Bell Plumbing) to come out for an estimate which cost me $59. He told me all sorts of things were possibly wrong. I knew it didn't sound right because all that was wrong was my clean-out was backed up. I declined them to fix it and instead found $75 Rooter Man. He came out on time and concurred we needed to unclog the clean out. Unfortunately my clean out is under an old deck. It took forever to pull up a couple of boards because the screws were rusted and some of the heads were stripped. He hung in there with it as this was the hard part. After perhaps an hour and a half he finally was able to get to the clean out. Since this home is a rental he found tampons but mostly baby wipes which are BAD even though they say flushable, they're not! He had such a good spirit and attitude throughout the job. He was only going to charge me $100 but I gave him $125 - he did a fab job, good attitude despite my stupid deck and everything has been working great ever since. I just found my new drain cleaner! Thank you!

No Business is perfect but it's ALL about HOW you handle them and solve problems. He went above and beyond, I can't recommend a plumber More highly. My Guys! Needed my main line cleared of roots and called these guys bright and early to see availability.
4 hours later my drain was clear of roots!
Tim was very thorough and made sure we had no problems left to clear.
I don't like people in my house so trusting these guys was a huge hurdle for me.

Michael did the job quickly, he kept the new carpet clean, and he charges less than the bad guys and less than he should. So I tipped him a bit more than a common restaurant percentage on his invoice. You should too if you hire him because he charges too little, he's one of the good guys and you'll still pay less than you would to be ripped off by the bad guys!

As to the one star complaints, all I can say is that was not my experience. Michael showed on time, he was very considerate of carpet, left the bathroom spotless (he had to pull the toilet to run the line), and really cleaned that line. I watched the scope realtime as it happened.

He'll be the first one I'll call next time.

Mike was a lifesaver when our bathtub wasn't draining. After unsuccessfully buying and using a drain snake on my own, I called half a dozen other plumbers in a panic. He was one of only a couple that called me back and the only one that could make it out on a Saturday evening. He was very kind to stop by our house at the end of his route. It turned out that the pipe was actually frozen and that we needed to let the pipes thaw before using the shower again. What really impressed me is that Mike didn't leave the diagnosis at just that--he offered some sound advice how to thaw the pipes and also how to prevent them from freezing again. He didn't even want to charge us for the trip, but I insisted on paying for his trip because he was such a huge help to us.

Although Mike didn't have to cut into my pipes or anything like that, he was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable, which is why he'll be my first call when I actually have a plumbing emergency on my hands.

These guys are awesome! Mike came out the first time I used them and did an overhaul of my drainage pipes in my basement for a very reasonable price. The next time I called with a foul smell coming from the shower and they came out the next day to fix it for me. This is the best service I have gotten from any contractor/plumber/private business since I moved to Colorado over a year ago! Hire them!

Family member thought the disposal was a garbage can and put 2 lbs of Brussels sprouts down the drain on Christmas Eve. Michael arrived on time and was able to trouble shoot where our clog was due to our basement pipes being not typical from most. He fixed the issue and was completely reasonable. I will for sure use Michael again and refer him to all my friends.

On 12/27/2018 I called Michael at $75 Rooter Man because Wheeler Heating and Plumbing wanted to charge me $575 to replace a gas value. I run a business out of my home taking care of 3 developmental clients and disable mother. Michael came on 12/28/2018 at 11:10 am and did a very professional job. He charged me a very reasonable price. I will be referring him to my friends and family. Keep up the good work.

This was the one person available to come out for a shower drain clog. He was super respectful. He came out on time. The clog was fixed. They didn't even bill us! We had to hunt them down to pay the $75.

I simply cannot say enough good about Michael! My mom in laws toilet backed up, and I called Rooterman. I have had 2 previous visits from other companies, and they only got it open, never fixed. Michael and his helper showed up, and worked on it FOR 8 HOURS! At first, mom in law was worried, but he said he doesnt leave till your drain works! Long story short, tree root in pipe, gotta dig up yard, bad news! Michael got a crew on it in two days, during Christmas week! And it only cost 3300 bucks! I estimated 10k easy! Just use this guy and save your heartache! Thanks, Michael!

Michael came out right on time and did a thorough job of rooting out our kitchen drain. He hooked our garbage disposal back up and all the associated drain pipes which I had pulled apart. He charged $75 and not a penny more. He seemed very honest and concerned with providing a good value. I recommend him highly.

My hot water heater had gone out and we decided we wanted to get a tankless water heater. He came to my house to quote the instalation. He informed me that the job required tools that he would have to sub contract out. He informed me that he would get in contact with the sub contractor to find out how much it would cost and get back to me. 1 week goes by and he never contacts me. After I contacted him he informs me that he has not contacted them yet but he will do it now. After another 4 days of not hearing from him I called him back again. He informs me of the price that was quoted for the subcontractor. I tell him I'm fine with that price and booked a date for him to do the installation. He NEVER showed up. I made multiple attempts to contact him after his no call no show leaving multiple voice mails and the dude completely ghosted me after jerking me around for almost 2 and a half weeks with out any hot water.

I was introduced to this company through my home inspector when we were buying our house. So impressed that we have had them work on all of the plumbing issues large to small. Everything from sewer line replacement, changing fixtures in a shower remodel, to hand digging 6 feet by my house to fix an irrigation issue that our sprinkler guy wouldn't take on. Always prompt, extremely honest and fair prices, clean/good work. I also own a small business and appreciate the qualities that Mike and his team provide. Would recommend for any job large or small!

If anyone is in need of rooter service for the mainline or just a simple cleaning I recommend 75rooterman.com. They helped us out when our first contractor up and left in the middle of a mainline replacement at our rental property. They came same day, made all the arrangements with city for permitting and took care of basically the entire job for a very reasonable price. They also came to clean our mainline at our personal residence the same day we called for an appointment. Michael is very communicative and attentive. Also a plus is electronic debit and credit card payments as well if you prefer not to pay cash or check.

Nightmare experience! We had an unfortunate issue occur when the snake broke off in my sewer line while Michael was snaking the line. He said he'd come back another day to get the snake out. After that, he wouldn't call or text me back to come fix the issue. He totally ghosted me and made it become my problem to try and figure out what to do!!! I would not recommend this company to anyone ever!!!

I discovered Denver Rooter Man based on a review on the Nextdoor app. I have called him twice since then. His rooter work has been fairly priced with no hidden surprises. We have called him for an upstairs bathroom clog and a basement drain that was backing up. He was friendly, communicative, clean, and thorough on both occasions.
He has also provided very good [read, competitive] quotes for some home improvement type plumbing work (pressure reducer + hose bib/tap install). I have and will continue to recommend him for work based on our experiences.

George was amazing!!! I learned so much about my plumbing while he was snaking my main line. I will definitely be using them again in the future. They were able to come out the same day that I called. He ensured that he cleaned up everything before leaving and was a pleasant and professional. Made my worries about having a plumber come out disappear. Very reasonably priced, didn't try to nickel and dime you. Was a great experience for a bad situation. Super pleased!

You never think about drains until they start backing up on you. Called on a Thursday and was able to schedule for the following Monday.

The owner, Michael, showed up on time and rodded out three slow draining tubs/sink drains at my home. He was very nice, informative and I appreciated that he cleaned up after himself which many contractors don't do (or don't do well even if they try).

$99 all in for three blocked drains albeit my drains were apparently not horrendous. Two thumbs up.

I called yesterday morning and set up an appointment for 2pm. Their technician was a no show and no call. I called their office and got the voicemail at 4pm. No one returned my call. Now I get to take off work for a second day so I can have another company come out to do the job that the Rooter Man didn't do.

I called 4 other companies before reaching Rooter Man. No other company answered the phone. Rooter Man answered promptly, gave up front quotes, and stuck to them. He arrived in the time frame that was quoted. He called before heading my way. I appreciate that he treated me with respect even though I explained my plumbing problem in a rather uneducated way.

I most appreciated all the tips he gave us, like water sensors to prevent undetected flooding from the water heater or floor drain, how to prevent the toilet from leaking and tips about managing toilet plugs and regular plumbing maintenance.

Rooter Man did everything he said he would and more for a reasonable price. The price was equivalent or cheaper than other quotes that came in.

Unfortunately for everyone else, those quotes didn't come in until hours after the job was done! I Rooter Man was also the only company I reached that could come same day.
