Common Ground Landscaping

My wife and I recently moved into our new house, which had no landscaping in the backyard.  In our search for a landscaper, we found Common Ground Landscaping and worked with Tim Noble, Common Ground's owner.

Tim is an exceptional landscape contractor.  From beginning to end, Tim did what he said he would do.  He helped us come up with the design, gave us a fair estimate, then proceeded to build it without interruption.  His work included construction of our back wall, fireplace, stone work, pavers, barbeque island, tile work artificial grass. The quality of all of his work was outstanding.

This is the second time using this company and I got to say Tim is amazing. Very professional ! Explains everything (especially for someone that doesn't know anything about irrigation systems like me) reasonable pricing .  He comes on time or ever earlier than expected which is great!!!  fixes my irritation problems and I never have to call him back for the same issue.  He doesn't waste time and gets the job done!! He will always be my go to person for my yard.

Had low pressure in my sprinkler heads and a few of them broke off in the ground so Tom came out and fixed them for me. Great local guy that cares about the customers he works with. Replaced the sprinkler heads and cleaned out a few of the heads as well. Awesome job.

I had been fixing pop-up leaks in my drip system for over a year, finally called Tim to install a new system...wish I had done it sooner. They were a little backed up on work orders so it was a week or two before they could start, but once they started it was worth the wait. They did a professional job, done in just two days for the whole front and back yard, and a new timer unit. They worked with us on ideas for future plants, gave us some flags to mark it and tied up a bunch of extra lines where we plan to expand the yard in the future. Even connected up the potted plants to lines.  Worth the cost, they cleaned up nicely, and a month or two later the yard still looks great! Thanks for the work, Tim!

We needed to replace our outdoor dripper system and raise our sprinkler heads.I highly recommend Common Ground. Tim and his crew did a great job with very little mess as they work. You can't tell that they were even in the yard digging. Tim even replaced a water spigot, and raised our sprinklers when we made a request after the job had started. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and worked quickly to get the job done. Love that they are insured and bonded and registered with the state. Also have A+ rating with the BBB. I can see why that is! Nice warranty too!

Nice to have a company that shows up when they say and on time. After waiting on a couple of other company's no shows for estimates I was pleased Tim showed up exactly when he said he would. He gave me a reasonable quote to remove my front lawn and re-landscape it. Tim planed out a better design then I had come up with and we went with it. My job was small compared to his other jobs he was working so he had to work me in, but got me in fairly quickly. Showed up, did fantastic work, cleaned up the mess and I was left with a nice new front yard. It's hard to come by things that work out this smooth. You can't go wrong here. Little busy but the good guys always are, well worth the wait knowing it was done right.

Tim was great! Helped us with our irrigation system that quit working. Kept us updated on arrival time and fixed things well and quickly. We will call on him again when we're ready to replace the old tubing in our yard.

I'll bet Tim does great work for those he actually does the work for. Still waiting, Tim, for our estimate you said would be done in two days.

I contacted about six different landscapers. Even used Angie's list. Apparently, no one wants to work. Tim was very quick to respond, gave me a great quote and did a great job. It was a pleasure to work with him. I would recommend him to anyone.

If you put this number in your phone you'll never need to contact another landscaping guy again. I have been beyond impressed with the work from this company. Quality workmanship at a great price. He also has a great eye for recommending different plants and shrubs.  I have recommended him to many friends and all of them had the same experience I did.

We had an excellent experience working with Tim. We had quit a bit done. He paved a patio, built a firepit, leveled some existing pavers and uneven ground under our artificial turf and installed sprinkler line for my entire back yard. I couldn't be happier with how it looks. Tim is great to work with. I definitely recommend him.

Tim and crew was very responsive to work with.  Easy from first phone call until the end.  They took the time to answer any question I had while performing their work.  They replaced my entire drip system front and back with PVC and industrial style emitters.  The yard was completely dug up with trenches and pavers removed.  They put it back together like it had never been touched.  They set up the system as it should be run for the shrubs and trees with each on its separate line. Then set up the system schedule on the control box.  Very nice to have someone take the time to really finish a job start to finish with nothing to worry about as the end user.  I would call Common Ground for any additional design or irrigation work.

If Tim services your neighborhood, don't bother calling anyone else. The sprinkler system at our new house had leaks, as my front yard flooded when the system came on, and Common Ground fixed them quickly and cost effectively. I called around different sprinkler service companies (that I found on Yelp) and Common Ground was, by far, the most helpful over the phone. I could just tell that he was honest and trustworthy. If anything else goes wrong with the system, I won't hesitate to call him again. Highly recommend.

Tim was extremely honest, reliable, and professional. It was a pleasure to work with him to create our beautiful new backyard. It's so refreshing to work with someone you can count on to follow through on his word! Highly recommend Tim and his services.

Tim is a pro at his job. I had an issue with my lawn sprinklers and within minutes of arriving he diagnosed the problem and proposed the repair options. He was able to make the repairs the same day. Unfortunately the system was not maintained and it was 16 years old. Tim quoted me a fair price to replace the sprinkler heads. He completed the work within a couple days. I had to call him back when my drip system sprung two major leaks about a month later. Again Tim responded quickly and provided a quote. I had him complete the work. This time they had to dig up and replace entire drip system on the two hottest days of 2014!  They did a wonderful and my plants could slurp up the water they so desired. The cost again was very fair and when they finished you could not tell that anyone had been here. Now more than a month after the work was completed my grass is green and my trees and plants are well watered and happy!  Thanks for being prompt and fast!!!!
