Quick response time, but very expensive and messy (did not do any cleanup during and after the job).  My experience was not that great.  To be honest, I felt a little bit taken ...

We've used S&S on three separate occasions since discovering them, and will use them for the rest of our lives!
We started a few years ago when Home Depot ruined our dishwasher installation -- as usual, it seems -- and left us with a new dishwasher that was literally bent and warped from an improper installation. Ernest from S&S came out and did the best he could to get it working. Ultimately we had to buy another dishwasher, and we asked Ernest to install it for us.
He came out as soon as he could, remembering the frustrations from the Home Depot installation, and got this new dishwasher installed and working better than the original one ever did.
We can't say enough positive things about Ernest and S&S! They're our go-to plumber/installer forever!

You can't ask for a better plumber.  Ernest Smith, of S&S Plumbing, is the only plumber I will use from now on.  He is very responsive to being contacted and shows up on time.  He is very knowledgeable.  He spent a lot of time taking care of my faucet problems and was still very reasonable with what he charged.  I highly recommend him and his business.

The whole experience started out on a bad note because the technician that was sent out service was horrible but Earnest came out and saved the day!! He finished the job quickly and apologized. I appreciated his quick response in the matter.
