We just had all of our water lines and water heater replaced on a older home we just purchased and I can truly say the whole experience was fantastic. Obviously no one looks forward to the cost of having a repair done like that but after getting quotes from several other plumbers I can walk away feeling we got a very fair deal with exceptional service. The owner Rick was super easy to get in contact with and always responded to my calls and texts with any questions I had. Josh and Blain came out to the house just a few days after we called and had the entire house done in 2 and a half days. A good friend of ours who knows quite a bit about plumbing checked out their work and said they did an exceptional job! Cannot recommend these guys enough. Just a quality company all around.

I looked at reviews for a reliable plumbing company since we just moved here. There honestly were not a whole lot in our area with great reviews. So we called McCoy. You know you have the right company when they are super busy. Even with being busy they fit us in within a reasonable time to fix our sink. They were very friendly, quick  and professional. This is our go to plumbing company. Thank you guys!

They charged me a 2nd time to fix a an additional leak that they undoubtedly caused themselves. I believe they sent a plumber's assistant rather than a certified plumber to do the work, and still charged the full plumber rate, but then they tried to tell me it was a mere coincidence that a new leak in a fitting right next to the area they fixed just miraculously and coincidentally appeared immediately after their repair job that was done.  They can spin it however they want but no one anywhere would buy that this was just a coincidence.  Such a shame that they couldn't accept responsibility for their own work and make their customer pay a 2nd time for the work they should have done properly the first time.

Great job by Joshua showing up at my house within an hour after I called. Very courteous and professional and reasonably priced. Also fixed an unrelated issue with my shower in addition to the issue with a blockage in my pipes. Will definitely use again

If you have a plumbing job ... big or small ... look no further. These guys are great! We had a main water line leak and they came in and replaced it with zero issues. The owner Rick is always accessible. He came out on a weekend to asses the situation. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I have also used McCoy for smaller jobs. Their prices are reasonable and the service is top notch!

If you have to call a plumber, you should give McCoy's a shot.

The Husband is always wary whenever we have to call in people to work on the house. He's a firm believer in that's how they getcha. With this company, they don't getcha. They help ya. I truly believe that. Why?

I spoke with the owner who was willing to offer advice on things I could try before I had to call someone out, just in case we could handle it on our own.

The actual tech Josh that came out really knew his stuff. He was prompt and courteous. He showed me how he was fixing what we worked on. And answered my questions when I asked. He even looked at another issue and gave a quick opinion on how to get it taken care of.

To cap it all off, out of the 7 local plumbers I called, they were the most reasonably priced. They were able to work with my schedule to get someone out that day and there was no extra charge for doing so.

I had a plumbing emergency recently. A leak in the wall of my bathroom. In the process of tearing out the vanity and wall, I made a small mistake and nicked a copper line which was then spraying water out into the bathroom. Yikes! and it was Saturday. I was pretty disparate. I called one place who said they were busy until Tuesday. They recommended I call McCoy. I'm so glad I did. Recognizing the urgency of the situation, they sent someone out same day. The person was super friendly, had to stay extra late because of some other complications, but didn't leave until I was back working again. I was very pleased with the service.

Thank you for your help! Such a friendly, knowledgeable and professional plumbing service. Rick and Josh installed a gas line for an outdoor grill, new toilets and repaired a major leak.  So happy to have a great plumber to call when in need. I am grateful to have found McCoy Plumbing.

With temperatures dropping, we decided to put those styrofoam covers on our outdoor spigots. That cheap $1.99 cover ended up costing over $100 because in the process, one of the pipes broke! To make matters worse, it happened at 5:15pm! So, we turned off the water and thought we would schedule something the morning. I called McCoy Plumbing and planned on leaving a message. To my surprise, Rick answered. He asked if it was an Emergency. I said no, because we really could wait. Rick said it would be no problem to have his technician stop by on his way back to the shop TONIGHT. So sure enough, within an hour he arrived and fixed the broken pipe. The builder used pvc so I guess it was a matter of time before it broke. But the point of this YELP is to express how impressed we were with McCoy Plumbing. The tech was professional, thorough and he really took the time necessary to do the job the right way. He even showed us the broken pipe! The tech advised us it was no problem coming out tonight & that to McCoy, it was an emergency. Although the didn't charge us like it was. Great company, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

There was some mixed communication between the customer service reps and I, but other than that - everything went pretty smooth. We had a major pipe burst on our front yard. They had to install a new one. Installation work was good and by far the best price in town! They even patched up the yard once they were done.

These guys are the BEST. I've been using them for years. Honest plumbers, great prices, fast responses. If you email them you'll get a response within 20 mins at most. The last time they came out they quoted me one thing, but were able to avoid going through the wall and fix the problem for a lot less! These guys are the best you'll find.

Excellent service!  We returned home to find our water heater leaking (very slightly).  I called McCoy that night and they were here the next day.  I had improperly described the issue which caused him to bring the wrong part.  But he happened to have the part I needed on his truck and quickly repaired the issue.  

On top of that we remembered our kitchen sink had a strange issue.  I mentioned it and he quickly repaired that as well!  We couldn't be happier!

Answered phone or called back in a reasonable time. ( This is more than i can say for most businesses we've contacted since we moved to cornelius last month. Really shocking). Anyway, these guys are friendly and professional. Showed up when they were supposed to, did the job well, plumber Josh was polite and professional, price fair. We will use this company for all future plumbing jobs.

Had to remove a star because I called and scheduled a plumbing service and they did not call or show up. I called again and nobody returned my phone call.

RicK and his crew are the high standard of professionalism and understanding that all plumbing customers look for. We were referred to McCoy by another highly recommended plumber after they could not do our repair. AT&T severed our main water line during their neighborhood installation. AT&T repair only held for a few months. Our yard was soggy. We were not happy. Not only did McCoy answer the call, were very truthful about the level of repair needed, but executed what they said they'd do, even going beyond. Dillon and Josh were terrific, knowledgeable and polite. We had another repair pop up on the second visit and they were able to quickly diagnosis and repair free of charge. Great service. I'd highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs. It is so nice to have this kind of service still around in our lovely city. Thank you Rick for training and maintaining this level of quality and fairness in your business.

The only reason I called these guys was because I saw the other person's yelp review -- I happened to be looking because I was pretty ticked off at the plumbing company I had previously used (Southern Plumbing Company), but that's a different story.
Anyway, I had to get on the road earlier this week, and it was 7am when I called McCoy and I figured I'd just leave them a msg and they'd get back to me when they got in. I was pleased/surprised when they picked up and took my call, and had a guy out later that same day to fix some stuff. The guy also found another issue that explained some other stuff going on and had to make a special trip back out to get parts - he wasn't happy with the quality of what they showed him, so he went to another place and found what he wanted. He came back, and didn't want to leave until the job was done - he finished up around 7:45pm. I was very pleased with his dedication and also that he seemed to want the job to be done well. I know plumbing is never a cheap thing, but I felt they provided a fair price - but the good service is what I appreciated most. Definitely would use them again - but hopefully won't have too. ; )

These guys are GREAT! My sink was clogged on a Saturday afternoon and I was having 25 people over the next day, I called and explained my problem and the sent someone over within the hour. He was polite, well dressed, clean and professional. He had my problem fixed within an hour and the bill was more than fair.

I needed a seal replaced on my toilet. I called McCoy's and they were professional and fast. The pricing was given to me upfront and very reasonable. Excellent Job!

McCoy Plumbing installed an utility sink in my garage.  They did an excellent job.  They were on time, very friendly and did the job quickly.  It looks great!

First time calling them and they did a great job. They actually showed up a few minutes early and got the job done quickly. They did not make a mess and I got a senior discount! the second time I called and called with no answer for several days. After all the work was done, I had trouble getting my emails returned. Customer service could be faster.
