Go Hawk came out twice, once to install outlets and lighting in my garage, and again to put in recessed lights in my living room. Both times the technicians were professional, speedy, and clean. I work from home, and the technicians even talked quietly to each other during the day, showing a great deal of respect and care for the customer. Most importantly, they cleaned up extremely well afterward - besides the great work, there was no sign they had come out!

Another plus is great communication - no delay in scheduling the estimate or actual work.

I am very happy with the work done and the price, and would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Billy and his team are top-notch professionals. I have had them install exterior nest spotlights/cameras, exterior electrical boxes, tons of new outlets and switches, and most recently I had some wires for a tv set fished behind a wall for a cleaner look. Every project was perfectly and efficiently completed. This last project presented some logistical challenges, but Billy kept with it and even gave the project additional time in order to get it done right and in the same appointment timeframe.

They are always on time (if not early), wear protective layers or remove shoes, clean meticulously, and give accurate and fair bids for the work. I have recommended them to neighbors and co-workers and they have kept their high standards throughout the years I've worked with them. This is a highly, highly recommended team!

GoHawk Electric helped us install our Ev Charger by installing a 240v outlet. We bought the charger via Costco and reached out to Billy at GoHawk. Billy was very responsive via emails and we got 2 electricians sent to our home right on time for the appt. They had the best price out of all the other companies we reached out to and also the best reviews. So we tried out GoHawk and are very happy with the decision. The 2 electricians that worked on our project were cool, friendly and very knowledgeable.

GoHawk also does not upcharge the permit fees. For example, our kent permit fee is $64 which is what they charged. But the majority of other companies were charging around $200 for the same permit fees.

We'll definitely use GoHawk for all our future projects!

Two electricians came to my house to troubleshoot and repair my cam lights & replace 6 smoke detectors. They did both jobs in less than one hours time. They told me exactly what they were going to do, wore booties over their shoes, cleaned up the areas they worked in. They were also on-time & personable. I would not hesitate to call them for any electric problems in the future. I had gotten two other estimates and Go Hawk was the cheapest.

I've contacted 4 different electricians for an estimate to install our Tesla wall charger in our garage. From calling the office to speak with Kasey to paying the invoice online, working with Go Hawk Electric was easy and efficient. I called on a Friday afternoon to schedule an appointment with Billy by the end of the next week. He wasn't available but Kasey said Michael was available on that Monday (3 days later). I met Micheal and he was able to trouble shoot and fix my issue in less than an hour. He was friendly and professional AND like I said, I had lights again in less than an hour. I see why these guys have a 5-star rating. I now have a local electrician that I will use and recommend to anyone who asks.

Kevin and his team is amazing. Kevin and Isisah are the best. They are always professional friendly and reliable. They go with the flow on any last minute requests. They ensure everything needed has been completed. They go over everything they've done in detail. I'd highly recommend them on any project you have. I have an older home so I needed a full upgrade to my electric for safety and they did all plus the cosmetic stuff like switching out light fixtures or adding an exhaust fan to the bathroom or hood range to the kitchen. The previous owners did a lot of DIY. They brought everything to code and made it legit. They are prompt, respectful and dog friendly for those of us with pets. I will he hiring them to come back when I upgrade and rehab my garage as all the electrical was removed and it's down to the bones. They explain everything so clearly whether it's giving you a quote, recommendations or reviewing their work and what's completed. We used Go Hawk Electric for a few projects in our house and all experiences were honestly on point! They showed up on time when they said they would, were clean with both appearance and cleanup after fixtures were installed AND were very fair on pricing! We had our entire Deck installed with lights and the team did such a kick a*s job! We get so many compliments on both our Deck lights and Can lights installed in our home and really didn't realize how important proper distributed light in the home was until we added updated fixtures.
I'm also a stay at home mom and cautious of letting strangers inside my house but I've always felt comfortable with the crew that has been dispatched here. I can't say enough nice things about this company!

Sunday I noticed my outlets in the bathroom had no power. Go hawk was out early Monday morning. He discovered the GFI in the garage had tripped. He fixed the outlet in the garage so it wouldn't happen again.

Excellent work at a fair price.

I hired Go Hawk Electric recently to do rather extensive electrical work in a new house, built 2019, that was not originally built to high standards. They fixed burnt out breakers and wires and resolved multiple overload situations on multiple floors. They had to work all over: garage, attic, crawl space.

I was only able to obtain two bids/estimates for the job. The bid from Go Hawk took more time than the first one, but it was both lower priced and more detailed than the first one. So it felt like an easy decision to go with them.

They have impeccable attention to detail every step of the way. Before the estimate they come in and examine the electrical problems in detail, come up with thoughtful solutions, and communicate them clearly. On the job they do the work carefully and cleanly.

It's more important to me that work is done carefully, rather than quickly. But with Go Hawk you really get both. They are fast and efficient and also precise. You get straight lines, no visible drywall cuts, no visible holes in cabinets, etc. And they managed do a significant amount of work in just one day.

We had our kitchen remodeled and the contractor recommended GoHawk electric for the wiring we needed. After having 3 companies looked at it, GoHawk was the best bid. We decided to have them rewire the whole house since it is an older home. The communication was excellent and the electricians were very pleasant. After a horrible rescheduling and 3 times not showing using Angi, I saw the review for Go Hawk and gave them a call.

Even though not it was the afternoon of the 21st and they were booked out until around Jan 6th, Billy understood my dilemma and got Kevin and Eric to my house early the next morning.

They were polite, informative, worked clean and exceeded my expectations. They don't just want your business, they want to be your electricians for life and treat you as such!

I even managed to get a couple other things done that were not in my original list and they gave me sound advice on my electrical system.

I am from out of town and at my sister's home, after getting her out of the hospital from serious cancer surgery.

For the last two days the main breaker has been tripping in the house. First we had the public power company come out and check and they determined it was an internal problem. Then their contractor who did a recent remodel, came out and could not determine what the problem was, but recommended finding a good electrician.

I went on Yelp which is my 'go to' source in Phoenix, looked for the number of reviews and positive ratings and quickly found ' Go Hawk' ... I called Billy... who picked up the phone himself... No answering machine ..no third parties... just the Man himself... I explained the situation in particular with my sister being so ill... he immediately sent out his electrician Lucas with another electrician in tow.. and together they sorted out the problem... tracing it to a loose 220 wire crossing and throwing the main breaker.

I have to say that I have done millions of dollars in construction over the years ...large multi million dollar projects... and finding contractors that are as responsive as Go Hawk.. is pretty rare. Billy even called back and said since my sister was a cancer patient did we want them to wear masks? Amazing care and thoughtfulness.

Both Lucas and his coworker could not have been more pleasant. They found the problem and fixed it in under an hour.

I cannot say enough positives about Go Hawk and we will be certain to share their number with the surrounding neighborhood. Thank you Billy and team for taking care of a major problem for us at a difficult time.

Thank you Billy and his team for all the work they've put into our home! My husband and I are new homeowners and wanted a few light fixtures updated. Billy obviously doesn't need another 5 star review but weather you are installing a socket from your panel, a new panel, or electrical for your EV Billy's team will give you a honest quote. He will articulate exactly why he charges how he does. Like for example. Sometimes if you want a unit installed on opposite end of your fuse box, more wire is required to be used. I have contracted him for several services and has never disappointed yet. Go Hawk, if you need an Electrician.

The Go Hawk team addressed our emergency power outage situation with efficiency, effectiveness and open personal communication. Our power panel was replaced, upgraded with a surge arrester and an emergency generator breaker, switch and backup port. I contacted Go Hawk Electric to have some troubleshooting done to fix some lighting and an outlet that was no longer working. Billy (owner) contacted me very promptly after I submitted my online request and we discussed the work. Billy was very straightforward in explaining how troubleshooting would be done and the associated cost, which all seemed very reasonable to me. I was able to get scheduled for the very next day and Billy showed up ontime and ready to go! While doing his work, Billy was very good to answer any questions I had and to further explain what he was seeing. In the end, he was able to identify a short circuit issue that will require additional troubleshooting, but was able to get my non-working outlet fixed as well as part of the lighting that was not working. We'll schedule another troubleshooting call and hopefully be able to identify & fix the short circuit issue.

My 1st experience with Go Hawk Electric and Billy was excellent and I would definitely recommend them to friends & family!

Our A/C knocked out several outlets in our living room during the infamous Seattle heatwave a couple of weeks ago. Had several companies that said they were going to call us with a time, even one guy who set up an appointment but never showed up, I mean, c'mon, it's no fun to sit with no power in your living room.

Several neighbors recommended Go Hawk Electric on Nextdoor and so I gave Billy a call. And right away, he was up front about the cost, very fair, and was able to confirm he had time to come by on Friday when my husband is off work. And sure enough, he came right on time on the day he said he would. The fix was super easy, now I have power back in my living room and I know why everyone is over the moon about this company. I no longer need to shop around for any needed electrical work. I had received quotes from other local electricians and their quotes were miles higher than what Billy quoted me. He has very fair prices, is honest, and finished the job quickly. He was also very clean, vacuuming up not only the area that he worked in but also the stairway that he had to go up and down a few times to finish the job, and also removed his shoes when coming into the house without us having to ask. I'll definitely be recommending him to all friends and family who need any electrical work done.

They changed the breaker for my hot tub in the backyard. The job was quick and accurate. I need to be done to get professionally cleaned and tuned my old hot tub so I called them and they responded within two hours even during weekend. They said they will arrange time and come to do it for me within a week.

Billy really went above and beyond for my family. When we initially called him, we had no idea the severity of our issues but he explained them to me and walked me through the solutions. He even texted to check up on us. He and his staff were respectful of our home. My two year old was fascinated watching him work and he never got annoyed or acted like he was in his way. He even changed some outlets that must've been unsafe and didn't charge for them - totally surprised me when I went to plug in a lamp! We have used Go Hawk several times this year between a hot tub install, bathroom and kitchen remodel, and panel update. They have been consistently helpful, they clean up after themselves consistently (until you've had plenty of contractor experience you don't know just how important this is and how often it goes the other way), and they go above and beyond to be helpful and make sure everything is just right. My husband had called another company for something that we needed right away since these guys were booked out, and that other company came and gave us an insanely high quote whilst also telling us that all other electrical companies are basically garbage. I didn't like that at all, because I don't think that's true, and I called Billy and he worked us into the schedule for thousands of dollars less than those guys in the genie shirts quoted. We are a little outside of the Go Hawk service area, but they make the trek for us and we are so happy they do. It's hard to find contractors you can trust to do a good job and also not totally hose you on the price. We will only be using them for future electrical work!

Our outdoor electrical stopped working and I called Billy in a panic over the weekend. He called me back and booked a time to come out. In that phone call he clearly communicated what would be done and the price. Very professional and comforting off the bat.

After Billy arrived he was respectful of our home like taking shoes off and taking the time to look throughout the house at other electrical questions my wife and I had.

He emailed a quote to fix our issue at hand and another quote for everything we asked about. At no point did I feel like I was in a sales pitch. He could of easily used a scare tactic and said we needed all our electrical fixed but he didn't. He kept in mind the holidays around the corner and said he would like all it fixed but named the priorities for the time being.

When Travis came out to fix our outdoor outlet he was prompt and respectful. He cleaned up after himself and if it wasn't for the tools I wouldn't of even known he was there.

We called Saturday and by Wednesday our issue was fixed. I hope we don't have to call them again but I know if I ever have an electrical issue I have a great company to call! Highly recommended!

This is the second project Go Hawk Electric completed for us. They are very professional and prompt with bids. Right now they are extremely busy but have still found a way to work my projects in and I appreciate that very much! They cleaned up after themselves, wore indoor booties to avoid tracking dirt in and worked efficiently. Thank you again! I am really glad we found Go Hawk Electric, it is good to have a working relationship with a company long-term. I contracted with Go Hawk Electric to do several things during a minor remodel of my basement as well as to expand my electrical panel and install a car charger just off the street in front of my house when I purchased an electric vehicle. Found our lifetime electrician! We had a gfci outlet go bad. Billy came out and explained how they work and what happened. He Replaced the gfci outlet and we are good as new. I then mentioned another issue we were having with our fridge that was tied to the same outlet. He gave us a recommendation what to watch for and said the other issue I brought up may have also been caused the faulty outlet. I highly recommend Go Hawk electric. Kevin from Go Hawk installed recessed lights in our living room and bedrooms.
He was very professional and experienced.
He measured the positions of the lights precisely.
He managed to install all the lights by making only 2 small holes in the drywall of the living room. He didn't make any holes in the bedrooms.

Living in an older home, I've had a fair share of electrical issues to deal with and each time it was something I couldn't solve I've gone with Go Hawk Electric, and I couldn't be more satisfied! Probably the biggest job I've had work done was replacing and upgrading the home's electrical panel. Billy noticed my outdated panel while diagnosing another issue and was kind enough to give me a heads up on the dangers of having an older panel with design flaws inherent in it. There was no hard sell or any marketing push, just useful info. After doing due diligence on my own and getting basic estimates from other companies as well, I ended up going with these guys. They weren't the lowest; however, in my experience they've been professional and courteous so it was worth the additional cost to me. Billy & his crew showed up on time, they completed the work, and the post work inspection was non eventful.

All in all, this is a solid company to work with. I've had nothing but positive, professional experiences, I would recommend them anytime!

Over the summer I was running my portable Air Conditioner in my bedroom. I dropped something between my bed and wall and when I reached down to grab it an unused plug was so hot to the touch that it burned me. Turning off the AC caused it to cool down.

Im a newer home owner and have never called an electrician before so I spent a long time looking through Yelp and online reviews. I finally decided to call Go Hawk. I got in contact with Billy and he was out to check it out the same day. He quickly identified the problem and was able to correct it. He also explained some problems with the breakers that should have tripped to protect from what happened so I scheduled another visit to replace these breakers.

Both times Billy was over he was extremely courteous and professional and honestly just a good guy to talk to. He explained everything and taught me about what he was doing rather than just doing it. He even replaced a outlet in the garage for free with what he had in the truck and checked some of my outside outlets that I just happened to ask about.

Price was very fair from the research I had done. I spent a lot of time researching an Electrician. Save yourself the time and just call Go Hawk.

Thank you Billy (for visit number 1), and Kevin and Rider for the great work and very nice 'extra' help you gave on today's visit. This was the part two visit after diagnosing the original problem, which they found while putting in recessed lighting and other lighting in our new kitchen a month ago. Due to their efficiency, it came in under budget. Any mess from work that was made was cleaned up. Problems in more that one area were fixed correctly. They are perfectionists and go over with you what was done that day. It takes awhile, after moving into the area, to find you go-to contractors. We found Go Hawk Electric (on recommendation from our wonderful head contractor) and would never use anyone else! We are getting ready to enlarge a bathroom and I reminded them that they will be back!

This was my 3rd experience with Go Hawk Electric since 2019. Each time, I'm impressed with their expertise and professionalism. Today, a crew of 3 came to install Ring camera floodlights for me. They were able to do everything I asked and then some. While running the wiring for a camera, they came upon a wasp nest in a recessed light, that they promptly removed and then replaced the fixture with a fitting that is enclosed, so the wasps can't return! They also stayed a bit longer to install an outdoor electrical outlet that I've been wanting forever, but forgot to ask about when scheduling the appointment. Above and beyond! Kevin and their team, came prepared to fix our new purchased out dated home. Though we knew we had outdated stuff they were fast and efficient In replacement of the breaker panel and every light switch and plug replaced. We also go can lighting and usb plugs. As an interior designer I know how I like and want things done and Billy the electrician was the best. He was ready to work by showing up on time and giving me a heads up every step of the way. I messed something up trying to do a DIY install of a GFCI outlet and shorted the breaker last night, meaning I had no power to the lower level of my house. I woke up with the realization that I really needed to get someone out today, which I knew would be an issue. I called Billy, and he called back promptly, even though he said he was on a field trip with his kid today. I described the problem, and he said he couldn't do it today, but had someone that was nearby.

Probably 15 minutes later, Mark, one of his employees was at my front door. He diagnosed the issue quickly and took care of it right away. He also let me watch him and asked questions while he worked.

Here I am only an hour and a half after my first call to Billy and Mark has already completed the job and left.

His work was solid and professional and he cleaned up well after himself.

Billy from Go Hawk came out to do an electrical project as part of my bathroom remodel. There were a number of issues and problems with the wiring from the previous homeowner. Billy came prepared, and you could tell he knew his stuff. He quickly spotted the issues, communicated them to me, and had everything fixed in under 2 hours. I even caught him stapling a wire that a previous contractor had left loose from a ductless heat pump a previous contractor had installed (I was not happy that they did the electrical so sloppy). It was on the other side of the house and I said to him you don't have to fix that, that was someone else and he said he just didn't feel good seeing something wrong and leaving it. Who does that these days? Most contractors are fat and happy and could care less about doing a good job. Billy also vacuumed up the mess from the insulation and used a leaf blower to clean my front porch off, leaving it cleaner than when he got there! All I can say is WOW, and I will be referring him to people and using him again in the future. I used to flip houses and know a fair amount about electrical, and you can tell that Billy is the real deal. I wish there were more contractors like him!

I called Billy yesterday to come out and troubleshoot an electrical issue I'd had over the weekend. We made an appointment for 8:00 in the morning today, and he was right on time. Billy was super personable and knowledgeable. He came in, got right to work, and fixed the problem in about 15 minutes. We talked about the issue he'd discovered, and he answered all the questions I had without hesitation. He honored the price he quoted me on the phone, which I found to be pretty reasonable.

I was so impressed, I asked him about some other electrical projects I'd wanted done around the house. We chatted for a few minutes, and he answered any questions I had.

Prompt/same day response, professional, priced reasonable, knowledgable in this field....Billy diagnosed the issue, displayed and explained to me that I had some loose wiring in my bathroom light switch box. The loose wiring had disabled the garage/laundry room lights and I just couldn't figure out why they wouldn't turn on, possibly coming undone when I installed the bath light switch. He remedied the wiring and the issue was solved.

He also inspected some other outlets/light switches since I had DYI'd them last night, just to make sure I installed them right. I'll be using Go Hawk Electrical again for any/all electrical work.

Billy did a thorough job at my parents house. Called and told him the problems that needed to be fixed. There were a few outlets in the house that didn't work and some wires that were crossed when the ceiling lights were put in years ago which caused some electrical problems in the upstairs. He estimated it would take an hour. He met my dad and started tackling each problem. He fixed the problems that needed to be fixed, explained thoroughly what had happened, and cleaned up afterwards all within the time estimated . My dad, whose usually very thorough, was very happy with the work done that he wanted Billy back to tackle on other electrical problems around the house. I would use Billy for my house and commercial electrical needs. He doesn't charge a trip charge on top of his work and his prices are affordable and reasonable. I would recommend him to family and friends. His work coverage area I believe expands from south of Federal Way up to as far as Everett.

I just recently used Go Hawk Electric, Billy, for a big electrical job on my house -- not only was he the best, he definitely was the best price and I got 5 estimates - all --- all over the place and Billy was the most reasonable so much better that I waited a week for him - thank goodness I was able to do that. Honestly, I hesitated when I saw the name of the company. 'Go Hawk?' Seriously? But I needed an electrician and called anyways.

I'm so glad I did. Billy is the BEST. I cannot say enough good things about him. After I described my problems (eternally ticking laundry timer that was steadily driving me to insanity and a non-performing outlet), the first thing Billy does is try to troubleshoot my problems over the phone - FOR FREE. I was baffled - he was literally talking himself out of a job. I knew the ticker wasn't sometime I can do myself, but he troubleshooted me through the outlet (a stupid error on my part that he could have EASILY benefited from). By the end of our conversation, I knew this guy was a rare breed of honest and I am in good hands.

Billy fit me in literally a few days later, and was the nicest guy. I had realized that one of my heaters was broken in addition to my nutty ticker. He fixed the heater (turned out it just needed to be cleaned and rebooted - which he did phenomenally), stopped the crazy ticking and replaced it with a simple switch (HALLELUJAH), and even replaced my burnt out garage light that I couldn't reach (I'm 5' 2 on a good day). Everything was done super fast and spotlessly.

Did I mention he is crazy affordable and his quote was 30% of three other companies that I called, two of which wanted to charge me $69 - $250 to just diagnose my problem? #NoThankYou

I cannot cannot CANNOT say enough about Billy. I take back everything negative I thought about the name. Go Hawk, go Billy, and you, call this guy and save his contact info - he's the only electrician you'll ever want to hit up.

I used Go Hawk Electric to do some electrical work on an older home I had purchased in Puyallup. My electric panel was an older unsafe model and needed to be upgraded. I had my electric panel updated to a newer safer panel. I also had Go Gawk add can lights, install a bath and laundry room exhaust fans, rewire some existing outlets and switches , add circuits for a dryer and disposal, and update my outside security lights. The work was superb - very nice and neatly done with minimal disruption to existing walls. Can light placement was thought out and well placed. Billy helped me choose the correct panel for my home and did not try to up-sell me on anything I didn't need. Pricing was competitive. I highly recommend. Only slight issue was that I never had the inspection done (Go Hawk did get a permit for the work) but that may have been fault of City of Puyallup.

I tried to fix a non-working light fixture myself and tried different things, but couldn't get it to work. I emailed Go Hawk and Billy responded. He was able to get to my small project a lot faster than I expected! He came in the window of time he said he'd arrive and let me know when he was on his way. It didn't take him very long to diagnose the problem was in a junction box (which I didn't even know what that was). He even figured out to make sure I was using new lightbulbs (I wasn't, but quickly got him new ones). And the light fixture is working perfectly now! He even put together the rest of the fixture, so I didn't have to -- BONUS!!! His rate was reasonable and affordable. I will use Go Hawk Electric again.

No need to look elsewhere....really.....Stop looking around for quotes because I wasted two weeks looking and just kept getting a bunch of upsells and overpriced responses.
