We had a couple of nagging plumbing issues and John took care of them for us at a very fair price. He arrived on time even though we had an unusual storm, was great around the kiddos and got down to business in a friendly manner.

John came and took care of a tricky leak in our main water line. The leak was coming through the wall in our basement. He was very polite and professional. The pipe ended up being 5 feet deep. Wow, that was a lot of digging. He fixed the problem and provided us with what I thought was a fair and reasonable cost. John left the job site clean. I would recommend him and definitely use him again.

John is amazing! #1 customer service! He took the time to come to our house and walk us through what needed to be done (and not done) with our plumbing issues. The extra time and care he took to show us and explain what was happening was outstanding. In this day and age it's not easy to find someone so trustworthy to fix household issues and quote a fair price. Our next project will be to plumb gas to our kitchen and John will be who we go to. Highly recommend!!

John is absolutely fantastic.  He was very thorough when installing our gas line for our new range.  You can tell that he is an expert in his field, and we would definitely recommend him. He is the best!

John Driscoll is excellent.  My daughter recommended him and we both have used him several times.  John always arrives when he says he will.  He is reasonably priced especially for the East Side.

John came out to relight my pilot light on my water heater that regulates both my water and my heat.  He came after hours.  At the time he said it might need a new coupler but would just relight it for now.  The price was very reasonable for an evening call. Two days later the light went out again.  John  responded quickly in spite of his busy schedule.  He installed the coupler and got the water heater going once again.  Not only that, John credited me for his earlier call. Like so many other businesses, John could have tried to up sell me to a new water heater and I wouldn't have been the wiser.

You don't find that kind of integrity very often these days!  John is the best!!!!

John Driscoll returned my call and came out a few hours later to assess the repairs needed on my clients hot water heater.  He was prompt, personable and did not try and oversell me on buying a new water heater as the inspector recommended. I would highly recommend him for his promptness and honesty and tomorrow, for his service.

I've used John two times and he has been nothing but honest and fair. The last job he did was 2x less than the plumber my property manager sent over due to a reported leak. That plumber charged me almost as much just to tell me there was a leak as John did to do the job. It's nice to have Driscoll on my list of good tradesmen.

John installed our new kitchen sink, changing from a double sink to a large single one. He encountered a problem with the size of the hole in the granite and solved the problem by sanding it down. Very experienced and thorough. Trust him with all your plumbing work. We appreciated his straight forwardness and hard work. Thanks John!

I was really impressed with the service we received from John. He undertook a job of replacing a leaky outdoor faucet that involved accessing our crawl space. I sounds like an easy job, but we had other plumbers told us they would not even try to do it. John solved our problem. I am happy to recommend him and he has become our plumber of choice!

I had a clog deep in my kitchen sink drain.  I tired to fix it myself with a 50-ft auger and some Drano gel, but it was too tough.  I called Driscoll on a Saturday (hoping for a same-day appointment, but I knew it was a long-shot).  No one answered, and I didn't leave a message.  I was planning to call a bunch of places after the weekend, but John called me back on Sunday. I was very impressed with his responsiveness.  We scheduled an early appointment during the week.  John came out, fixed the clog, and charged a reasonable fee.

John Driscoll arrived on time, fixed my clogged toilet and leakey kitchen faucet with great efficiency.  He is friendly and courteous.  He charged me his minimum plus a bit more for the kitchen sink - ended up being about $100 less than I was worried I would have to spend.  I have a sigh of relief that my toilet is flushing again, and that my kitchen sink is tightened up and no longer dripping.  Thanks John!

While out of state, I received a frantic phone call from my son telling me that water heater hoses were spraying water all over the garage floor. I called Driscoll Plumbing. I spoke with John who said he would go over within the hour to see what was going on. He actually arrived early. After he looked at what was happening...he called me and explained in detail what needed to be repaired and the price. I gave him the go ahead. I cannot tell you how happy I was to have called him. I am very satisfied not only with the work, but the whole process. A great guy and plumber for sure.

John has worked on several small projects for me.  He is super chatty, but I think he is a really good plumber and his fees have always been very reasonable.  I recommend him!

Our garbage disposal stopped working at 7pm, so we gave them a call. Though he wasn't able to come to our house the same night, he diagnosed the problem and walked us through a solution over the phone within five minutes. Awesome!

John has always been great.  Extremely responsive.  A bit on the spendy side, but given the quality of work and responsiveness it is well worth it and he will continue to be our go-to- guy for any plumbing needs.

John is a nice guy.  I first used his services about three years ago on a leaky kitchen sink.  Upon needing a plumber this week, I recalled my first experience with him and phoned him up again.  He fixed my bathroom sink and installed a new kitchen faucet for me.  He was quick and provided a fair price.   If your looking for a plumber, I would encourage you to give John a call.

First, I found John very timely in getting back to me after I left a message about the plumbing issues I was having.  This may sounds trivial but several plumbers never called back.  Second, he called to say he was on the way and arrived on time.  He quickly started diagnosing the three issues (clogged drain, leaky faucet, and dishwasher issue) that embarrassingly turned out to be user errors.  You've gotta hate it when it turns out to be that kind of day, but something remarkable happened ... John said no charge.  You are reading this correctly, No Charge!  Because he did not actually do any plumbing he did not charge for coming out.  The world suddenly seems a bit friendlier than I thought.  John's number is promptly up front and center on our list.

John came out same day - a Saturday & fixed a clogged shower. No surplus charge for weekend work as others quoted me. He was prompt quick and courteous. Would use him again for any plumbing issue!
