Have been wanting to install a soft water system for a couple of years and based on Yelp reviews and some neighbor's recommendations had Just plumbing give us an estimate.  Went with them and could not be more pleased.  Showed up right on time, installation was fast and efficient.  Instructions on use and care were clear and concise.  And best of all..... Right on budget.....  I even signed up for the annual service/inspection program they offer.

Just Plumbing gave us reasonably good service at a fair price. There were, however, opportunities during installation that were completely ignored.

Our water heater was wedged into a space so tight the owner's manual for the heater could not be dislodged from the tank without ripping it in half. The plumber barely even acknowledged that he had made that owner's manual inaccessible. The plumber would not show us how to lower or raise the water temperature. He made no effort to explain the operation of the heater, how often to drain water from it, or anything relating to care and maintenance. Basically, he had spent 4 hours installing our water treatment system and the water heater, and as it was now late afternoon, he was done with us and had nothing to say about anything.

The system itself is fine. A top-quality water heater and a very nice water conditioning system professionally installed. This would easily be a 5 star rating had the plumber who did the installation show any interest in customer service.

Our hot water heater was leaking when I returned home on Monday around 8:15AM.  I called Just Plumbing for service, received their quote and accepted.  The technician arrived at around 1:00PM and removed the old heater and a new water heater was installed.  We had hot water by 2:45pM.  Great Service!

Excellent service, prompt and great price for whole house no salt system. They added a faucet outside for little $$ and installed RO system under sink and added one to fridge too. Great job. Highly recommend. We also checked 3 or 4 other softener companies. JUST is BEST deal in casa grande.

Justin at Just Plumbing is a unicorn.  Fast, super-high-quality work, HONEST, and prices that are more than reasonable. Our whole outdoor water shut-off valve unit needed to be replaced. Justin came on a Sunday for no extra charge and did the work. The next day, we had a plumber from a different company do some inside work for us. He looked at Justin's work and asked what he charged. I told him, and he said any other plumber would have charged double. Also, he used higher-quality parts than he needed to, wider pipe, and even used the modern ProPress fitting system which is safer, faster, and better. I didn't know any of this.  Instead of charging me more for less, Justin charged me less for more, and was in and out in under 30 minutes. I never would have known how awesome he was if a different professional didn't take a look at his work the next day.  Just Plumbing will be our one and only call for any service they provide.

I have used Just Plumbing for several years. Justin and his crew are always dependable, professional, and a pleasure to do business with. I can recommend them for RO systems, water heaters, water softeners, replacement fixture installation and fixture repair.

Justin was very personable and insightful in providing the information I needed to make a good decision in purchasing a new water heater. The scheduling was for a same-day installation of at a very reasonable price. Brandon was prompt and very efficient with the installation process and added helpful hints for future servicing and warranty coverage of the new unit. Overall, I am very pleased with the choice to select Just Plumbing and would certainly recommend them to those looking for similar services.

This was an excellent experience.  Brandon was quick to respond. He explained the warranty benefits, cost, and operation of the water softener system completely. Being new to the area it was a great find to make contact with Just Plumbing.

I HIGHLY recommend Just Plumbing! They are very reasonably priced and I was able to schedule a visit right away. The technician, Levi, was very polite and knowledgeable. It only took him a few minutes to fix my corroded pipe but he spent several minutes afterwards answering all of my questions! I truly appreciate it and I know I'm going to choose them when it comes time to replace my water heater.

This post is overdue, but well deserved. I have a home in Maricopa. Several months ago, I was on my way out of town for a family emergency when I noticed water flowing down the driveway, I popped the garage door and was shocked to see the water heater acting like a lawn sprinkler, spritzing water across the garage.

I shut off the water line, contained the mess, and contemplated leaving my elderly house guest without hot water for a week (it was still cold in the morning at that time). She has several medical issues and I was concerned about adding stress by disrupting her daily routines.

Frantically calling local providers, only Just Plumbing Casa Grande assured me they could respond quickly and get it done. They arrived as promised and the professional-quality repair was made quickly and at a fair and reasonable cost (around $100). Worth every cent for the relief it provided.
   
I can't promise this perfection in every case, But my experience certainly says give them a try.

Great service, they clean up after and the warranty is awesome! What more could you want? Oh, fair prices? They have those too! Justin and his team are very pleasant to work with. Great Company and people to deal with!  They addressed my plumbing issue rapidly and for a reasonable price!  Justin was professional and fast!  I will be calling in the future!

The guys are very friendly and not at all like a typical plumber that comes out (they even bring their wives)... unfortunately we have had them back out a couple of times since the initial install of our soft water and ro system we purchased from them (around 3 months ago).  They have always been minor things that reflect the system was not installed right the first time (leaking from ro system and leaking from water softener).  Luckily they come out early enough where we don't have to miss too much work.  Hoping the issues are finally resolved and we can start enjoying it instead of regretting installing it.

I called Just Plumbing after getting an alarming quote from a big plumbing outfit, and Justin came out to my place in Florence and gave me a quote that was 90 percent less than the other guys. He walked me through what my actual needs were and helped me get my water turned on.    

The salt free softener works great, and even after they were done with the job I noticed a few leaks( the water hasn't  been on in five years) then they checked their truck, and replaced the valves. I don't think they even charged for the extras) all within the quoted price.

I highly recommend these guys and hope to work with them in the future.

Excellent response time, Justin text me back within a few minutes each time I had any questions. Pricing was very fair and upfront. We had a hot water heaters, RO system, water softener and garbage disposal all installed. They stayed until almost 7:00 to get it done so that we weren't without services overnight. There were a few hiccups, as can be expected and each issue was handled professionally and swiftly. I would highly recommend.

Had a toilet reset. They arrived on time,  did a nice job and were very reasonable.  I would certainly recommend them.

It was a tough week.  A leaking water heater, and a non functioning reverse osmosis system.
Just Plumbing arrived on-time, worked efficiently, explained everything and cleaned up as though it was their home.
I know who I'll call every time I have a plumbing need.

I called Just Plumbing for a faucet problem.  All I got was a voicemail during business hours.  I left my name and phone number.  Not one call back.  Business must be booming for them, since they don't need new customers.  This is so typical for the work ethic in Casa Grande.

I had this company come out to install a water heater from my Home Warranty Company, A few days went by, and failed to keep the appointment. Finally around 7 PM he called saying that he was on his way. Almost 11PM and he was still here. To my surprise, or not, he had to comeback due to a defective part. I made the mistake to pay in full, as of today almost 3 weeks later, have yet to hear from them. Customer service and follow through are a must to stay long time and business.

This is the second time I have used Just Plumbing and in each instance they were very professional, on time and helpful providing a couple of options for repair and recommending the best that would save me money and have a quality repair.
