The Plumbing Doctor

Excellent service. They were able to replace the busted sewer pipe in the crawlspace under my house. Due to unforseen additional damaged pipe underground, the cost ended up being a little over the original estimate, but not much, and they were able to complete the job in about 4-5 hours. The cost was still less than estimates from other plumbers I contacted. I am satisfied and I recommend Plumbing Doctor.

Went in to ask for estimate. i showed him a photograph to present what i wanted to replace besides fixing a water leak. As i began to explain, he cut me off by answering his radio, facing me again looked at the picture and basically started saying what came with a drain box. As i started to tell him where the leak was he interrupted and asked what did i want because he had too much work to do.  Basically did not let me finish with my water leak and repairs explanation, and i simply just excused myself bidding good day. I had a gut feeling not to contract his service.

When I found out i had a slab leak i panicked and thought that my entire flooring would get destroyed as a result.  I called Plumbing Dr and Victor and his brother showed up the next morning with state of the art detection equipment that found the exact spot where the leak was. He fixed the leak, tested everything inside and outside, and cleaned up in a matter of hours.  Very professional demeanor and would definitely hire again.

Charged 2 hours minimum for visit, workers had no experience, didn't know how equipment worked, used most of time to put things back to original status.  We're way off mark from where they were digging.  Charged $350. Before they left was Recommended not to say who had visited the site to repair.  From the onset they projected little confidence and expertise. Bad, bad bad.

Had leak in shower handle, came looked and gave an estimate, told me they would be by the next day, they never showed up. when I called, was told they could not come due to the fact that they had a big job with Circle K.  they told me to call another plumber. I will never use them again. do not recommend!

I asked them to come and disconnect an old gas dryer and hook up a new dryer for my elderly mom.   They initially told us they would be out on Tuesday.  They didn't show up.  They showed up on Wednesday and charged $225  for a job that took literally 15 minutes.  We will never never use them again.  That's an outrageous overcharge.

Had a clog in the kitchen sink. Worker asked if we had a kitchen spoon he could use to dig the stuff out. They should have used their own tools. They did not clean up after the job. Gunk on my front porch. If you have an issue, they are very rude. Would not recommend.

Guy was in site in a blink, fixed the issue, all good, I would like contact email, on the website, but that's all :)

Would not recommend. Quoted $265 (with a discount!) to replace main water pressure regulator valve going into the house; I asked why it was so high for what appeared to be a simple job and was told it would require 90 minutes of involved soldering/removal of old pipe. Twenty minutes later, the plumber was done and told me he didn't have to do any of that, just slide the pipe back a bit and install the new regulator. The price was only adjusted $20 even though the work took a fraction as long as I'd been quoted. Dishonest!
