When someone exceeds your expectations you just want to share your experience. Philip was very courteous and knowledgeable. Everyone needs a go-to person for every type of house repair. Phillip is now my electrician.

I have used other franchised companies, but Phillip was much more reasonable. I wish I called him for my 1st electrical job as I spent hundreds more than I should have.

I am very happy to have found a good electrical repairman that is professional but fairly priced.

Phil is the man. He has done many things in multiple properties for me. Always reliable and pleasant to work with. This masterpiece was his latest. This chandelier took 2 full days given how large it is. I had to work the 2nd day and had him let himself in. He is trustworthy and is also great with dogs! I don't even need to look elsewhere for my electrical work. Thank you as always for the incredible work!

It was easy to make a timely appointment. They showed up when scheduled and did a great job installing several light fixtures and solved a long-standing issue with switches. Will use again.

Philip was incredibly professional, super timely and very personable!  We needed a chandelier hung from our vaulted ceiling.  It was a task we had neither the equipment or expertise to accomplish without physical or structural damage.  He had it done in short order with several height adjustments while being guided by my wife on FaceTime. He was very patient and accommodating!  Highly recommend him.  We will be using him again when we replace our  ceiling fixtures in our under beach house deck!

I was needing some electrical work done at my house and looked for someone close to the house  . I explained what I needed done that the original electrician hadn't completed  . He set a date and time  and showed up to check it out  . After a couple of hours he had completed the work  . He  asked if I wanted a whole house gfi  ( which I was going to ask about anyway )and I said yes because I had one installed at my other house and had done research on . He installed that also  . His prices were very reasonable  . I  have used Hensley electric again for additional electrical that I've added  . I would recommend them for big or small projects

Phillip is the only electrician I will call.  He has done many jobs for us over the past two years and we're hoping he will do many more in the future.  He is honest and very reasonable.  You can't go wrong calling Phillip for your electrical needs.

I hired an electrician to upgrade my 150 amp main breaker in preparation for a pool.  He said I would need to add a new breaker box with a 400 amp main breaker, at a cost of nearly $5,000. Thankfully, I then found Phillip Hensley.

Phillip explained that a 400 amp upgrade would be overkill and that I probably didn't even need to upgrade at all.  Needless to say, that kind of honesty demonstrates the degree of Phillip's integrity, and I immediately decided to hire him without looking any further.

To future proof my home, I decided to go ahead and upgrade the service to 225 amps and I had Phillip perform the work.  He kept me informed throughout the process, adjusted his schedule to accommodate Texas New Mexico Power's very unaccommodating way of doing business, completed the work quickly and professionally, and charged the price he originally quoted, saving me nearly $4,000 that I would have simply wasted had I hired the first electrician!

As far as I'm concerned, I now have an electrician for life.  I will not hesitate to recommend Phillip to family, friends, and anyone else who is in need of a very honest and very capable Master Electrician!

New to Texas and so it has been hard finding good referrals when we don't know anyone. We found Phillips website online and contacted him about a quote to hardwire our hot tub and put in a new electrical outlet.

(Note we were already frustrated as one company we called doesn't do quote, only hourly/materials without looking at it to say if it will be huge cost and another company took 2 weeks to come out (after multiple calls and promises) and give a quote, but when we immediately tried to book they said they were backed up with working on swim pool hookups. So before reaching Phillip, I wasn't very positive on electricians).

phillip called me right back (+), said he could come out next aftrernoon for the quote (+), and 30 minutes before arrival, he called to make sure I would still be available at our planned time (+).

He did careful review of what we wanted done and prepared a great quote. And then came immediately out to do the work. He was on time and a few hours into it, found out we were was missing a part (we were using some parts from our old installation), he made sure I understood timeline of when he would be back (45 minutes, not just another day) and was able to finish the project as planned.

I can't recommend Phillip enough for the quality of work, but also his communication skills and professionalism when working on our electrical. He will definitely treat your project the way you want! Now if I can just find a equally good plumber!

Philip arrived on time and performed a great job installing 2 fan switches. He also fixed some faulty wiring which save me a hassle later on.. He was very nice and professional.. He check my fuse box to ensure I was up to code .. I plan on using him again for outdoor light fixtures.. He has a groupon special so look him up..

Phillip was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist me with all my questions for the electricity in my new house. Highly recommend him and I will definitely be using him in the future!!
