We provide Plumbing, HVAC, Appliance, and Electrical service and repair to Lubbock community. Earl Haralson started his own business after working for more than 20 years with his dad in the plumbing, heating, and air conditioning business. After 2 years of going it alone Earl decided to expand the business and add a business partner. Chuck Hall joined Earl after a 9 years in a retail career. Chuck rode shotgun and learned the working side of business. Together Chuck and Earl have grown the business by taking care of our customers.

We tad a simple work order. HVAC Preventive Maintenance. Earl's is supposed to bring its own filter and then replace the filter. Earl's used my filter and didn't replace it correctly so that the air conditioner and house was exposed to a lot of dust (Fri was a very dusty day). All in all a simple job was botched and incomplete at our detriment. If you can't trust with a small thing, how could I trust if my old HVAC went out?
I did place a call to express my concerns and demand that a tech come out the day of this writing. I will update if it is resolved.
Earl's sent a technician on a Sat to re-work the job. It was done efficiently and effectively. Moral of the story---do it right the first time. Everyone today was very nice, sorry for the problem, and efficient.

I contacted Earl's for a routine check on our heating and air conditioning system. I was able to book an appointment the next day. The tech sent me a text which included a link that tracked his location. When the tech arrived he explained the service before he began working. He was very professional and respectful to our home. When the service was complete the tech explained all of the readings and results that were taken. The billing was detailed and payment made convenient. I was able to do it from my phone. It's apparent that Earl's utilizes the latest and greatest technology and equipment. All that is great but without great customer service by a qualified technician, none of that goes very far. I feel Isaac Delagarza (technician) provided that and went above and beyond that. A big thanks to him and Earl's Plumbing, Heating & Air! I will be using them again.

Called Earl's this morning for a leaky faucet. Chris came out this afternoon and couldn't get the faucet to leak--figures! He checked the connections and told my husband that if it happened again, he should call Moen directly and they could troubleshoot it over the phone and, if necessary, send us a new part at no charge. He said that he would be glad to come back and install it. Hopefully, the leak has fixed itself, but I'll definitely call Earl's if the need arises! They even texted a picture of the service man, his name, and a brief summary of his qualifications before he got here. Professional, quick service and he didn't charge me for a service call since he didn't do anything! As seniors, we really appreciated the whole experience and would highly recommend Earl's for your plumbing needs.

We purchased a home warranty plan from Earls Plumbing in September and had to use it before Christmas. The plan says you have to pay a 75.00 deductible per appliance or item per visit. We had 2 on our first visit from them. Once the technician looked the items over he said he would have to order the parts and would get back with us in a week or so. After 3 weeks I made the call back to the office and the young lady apologized for the tech not getting back with us and she would have him follow up with us. When the tech called back he said he had the parts and he replaced them that week. Less than a week later the item failed again and the tech finally decided it would be better to replace the unit. Long story short we had to wait almost 2 months for something that could have been here in a week and then had to cancel the whole dang thing including our home warranty with them because they wanted to upcharge us another 90.00 dollars on what we already had paid because we didn't want the same mfg item. Please use caution when dealing with he second in charge at this place of business. The almighty bottom dollar is more important to him than the satisfaction of a customer that had to pay 700.00 for a home warranty 150.00 for them to come look at the items and 2 months for absolutely no closure to this issue. We have requested a refund on the home warranty that we purchased and will be adding another response after this one as to how long it takes them to refund us and if the try to short us on the amount.
Arrived ahead of estimated time, was fast, didn't make a mess. He also told us about a warranty program for our appliances.
Earl's was prompt and on time with all work finished the jobs with no mess. Had two different jobs with two different workers and was pleased! Will be using again.
What a wonderful experience. Service like this is rare these days. So nice and great work. They have a customer for life!!
Earl's is amazing! My husband and I needed a new AC unit. Ty came out and was very professional. He looked around and explained to us what he thinks we need and what we didn't need. He was very honest and informative. He gave us a great quote and was able to schedule our new installation for the next day. Reyes and Ted came out and did the installation. They were both very kind and professional the whole time they were here. They did great work and cleaned up everything. I would recommend using Earl's. We are very pleased with the service and costumer service.
I use Earl's because my house came with a warranty with this company. A couple of months ago, when the temperatures outside first start reaching the upper 90s, the ac completely stopped working, so I called them. They didn't come to the house until four days later despite having on-call guys. Once they finally did make it to my house they didn't fully fix the issue. The ac continues to stop working every time temperatures get high. After being able to confirm exactly which conditions cause the ac to stop working, I called them again. This time they came the same day and didn't charge me saying they should have caught the problem before (I agree). However, they still didn't fix the issue, and I had to call them right back out. They came back a few hours later, but they managed to completely break it. My ac doesn't work at all now. They said they'd be back this morning but at 5:30 they still haven't shown up despite completely breaking my ac. I suggest taking your business somewhere competent and with integrity.

We've lived in Lubbock for 6 years now. We tried a few different plumbers/HVAC companies over these 6 years. They were all satisfactory. However, we wound up calling Earl's a year or two ago. Someone recommended. They were very professional. From the lady who answered the phone and made the appointment for me to the text (including photo and info of service tech) telling me they were on their way to finishing the job and following up afterwards, all A+.
I highly recommend these guys. We have a tankless water heater and Earl's man Drake specializes in these heaters and he knows what he's doing - no question. Thank you Earl's! (This is a totally unsolicited review:)
Earl's company has grown in the last year with their Remodeling department, Electrical department, which I may add is the best work I've seen in West Texas, a on-call staff for unexpected maintenance emergencies, and a New Staff well experienced in all departments working with new commercial and residential work.
They'll come out to your location to give you free quotes and work with your budget. Throughout the process of working with you they stay in contact with you until the jobs done no matter how big or how small. I renovated my business and home using Earl's & called them for small touchups and maintenance calls, they are my go to guys. There a honest company that treats you like Family, I would recommend them to anybody.

Our A/C started freezing up and we were burning up on Sunday, May 26th. We called Earls A/C and they were back in touch we us within 20 minutes and a service man, Alex was here within another 10 minutes. Although the future of our unit is not good he got us going enough to get us through....Thanks

After MANY floods in our basement due to electrolysis in our copper pipes, we had Earls repipe the entire house using PEX (sp?). It was A big project, and water had to be off completely for a few days. They got the water back on at least in the bathroom as quickly as possible, and the entire job was done in about a week. Chris headed up the project and did an amazing job. They are professional, clean and neat, explain everything in detail and answered all our questions. They will be our new plumber on a regular basis from here on out. We could not be happier!

I had heard good things about Earl's Plumbing, so when I needed a plumber, I called Earl's Plumbing. Since then I have called them 2 or 3 times. They always do a good job. I trust them completely. There pricing is reasonable. They have been exceptional overall. I called them again today, and it was the same technician, James L Orr. He is fabulous. I cannot say enough good things about him. So for me, whenever there is a plumbing need, I call Earl's, without giving it a second thought.

We had bern a customer of Earls plumbing heTing Air thru a home warrenty with their service was provided to us thru home sale.
We were happy with the service wr had received prior from them and opted ro renew the home warrenty with them when our basica plan expired after 1st yr of purchasing a home.
We asked when we opted to renew our home warrenty about the coverage on hot water heaters. We where told up to a $1000 coverage with$79 service fee being billed at $67 a month/ $792 annual . When i asked what cost was with premium plan the expense of replacing hot water heater would typical run i was informed by woman in office she would ask. We were quoted $79 service fee plus replacement cost of $480. Where would i come up with these numbers if i qas quoted. Yesterday they arrived to install hot water heater, brody showed up at house walked over to our hot water heater, turned off gas then told me your aware ut will be $1,850 for new 30 gallon hot water heater,i told him that was not what i was informed when scheduling appt. I told him to leave. He did nit offer to reignite hot water heater before he left, leaving us without hot water access. Real professional. I calked two other plumber in lubbock. One had a trch in our area and he called saying he be by in hr. He came by measures informed he can fit 40 gallon new hot water heater with catch pan, certify it be up to code, and also provide lifetime warrenty on their work as well as 3 yrs worth of bi annually draining to help prolong life of new hot water heater at $40 per servicing. Less expensive then my home warrenty service call by $40. They also provided me a wriitrn bid for $1,175.00 and installed tomorrow. Thats a saving of $675 less then what Earls wants to charge on A Home Warrenty Replacement. Please call around to get bids from other service providers before trying to have earls replace your Equipment. They installed 40 gallon Rheem with catch pan making sure everyvthing meets code requirements.

Earls does not guarantee their work. They did not do a good job the 1st time and then tried to charge me again to come out to fix the original problem. Use someone else if you want the job done right. Dont let the cheap prices fool you, you get less than what you pay for once you have to hire someone else to finish the job.
Sadly I need to update my review. When they came to service my air conditioner they tried to sell me a $20 part for $180. At which time they said that they had sold a lot of them that day. I wonder if the guys meter was inaccurate because surely not that many people needed the regulator. You can get them at Home Depot for around 30 bucks.
I called to schedule a Maintenance on my heater. They were able to come out the next day. The technician called to make sure what time worked best for me, upon arrival I received a confirmation text of the technician name and photo. Tony was super thorough making some adjustments to the unit- there were some wires that had been taped and he capped them off. He went and bought a new filter and installed it, he offered information on the pump vs gas. He spoke highly of his enjoyment working for Earls. I could tell as it showed in his professionalism and job quality. I was very thankful and knew the call was very much worth it
I have to say, I was impressed with how quick Alex and his crew was able to install the AC unit from the time he went to check out the issues I was having with it. Alex was very professional when talking to me over the phone and explaining what he found during the inspection of the unit. I already knew before what needed to be looked at and he confirmed my findings and did not BS me. I will highly recommend Earl's and will stick with them when I have future AC needs. Thanks to all who was involved in this install and sale. I appreciate it greatly.!!

They quoted my husband $460 to replace and install two new toilets in our rental home. I came from Dallas to oversee the install. Upon arrival the technicians informed me the cost to do the job would be $800. They called their supervisor to confirm the price at which point they said they would give me a deal of $750. I had just had toilets replaced in my home and knew this was outrageous. Thankfully I called a local competitor who did the job for $420 so my trip from Dallas wasn't a complete waste of time. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
