I needed work done during the holidays. Don responded back very quickly when I called him. He was fast and and efficient. He was honest about the estimate and work needed.

I called when our water heater started leaking. He came out that afternoon to assess what was going on and scheduled use for a replacement. Made sure that the new water heater was available in town and got it put in when he said he would. Great to have contractors who respond quickly and do what they say they are going to do. Not always easy to find that!

Don installed a gas range at our house.  He was responsive, got us on the schedule quickly, and did an excellent job.  Pricing was fair.  Would use again.

Don is great. I had an emergency with an on demand water heater that went out while renters were in the house. Don was quick to respond to my panicked phone call. The heater had been installed improperly with a water line that went outside....not a good idea in the mountains. He easily fixed it and charged me what I thought was a reasonable amount for his time and the parts he needed. I will definitely call him again...hopefully for something less urgent and stressful to all involved.

I left a message on his website last Friday it is now Wednesday and I've yet to hear from him

awful. when installing a drain on my second floor, poked it through the drywall in the ceiling below - didn't notice until later. called to have them fix it, no response - finally had to fix the drywall myself. must be nice to not fix your mistakes, or return a phone call.

During one of the biggest storms this winter my disposal died.  I asked my land lady to contact someone to help and she said she couldn't find anyone because everyone was too busy with the storm.  So I took matters in my own hands and called around.  No one could help for a few days or weeks except for Don!!  He called me back right back and told me how to fix it over the phone because he wasn't able to get to my house in a few days.  A problem that could have taken many days or weeks to fix took 5 minutes.  I asked him how much he charged and he said nothing!!  It made my day, week, heck my year.  He was so nice and it's been fixed ever since.  No one else took the time to try to fix it quickly over the phone.  I was between a rock and a hard place and he knew it.  He decided to help me anyway even though he could have waited and charged me an arm and leg for it.  Thank you Don!

Had a plumbing emergency during the holidays.  Don & Scott were so professional, straightforward, and very easy to talk to (for a non-handy person like myself).  Worked with my insurance adjustor and made my catastrophe into a neatly fixed plumbing/insulation upgrade.

I had a toilet clog in our very high end condo.  Renters were unhappy of course.  I called about 7 plumbers at 9 -10am. Most did not even return my call.  Don called he understood it was critical, squeezed time in his schedule and had it snaked and clear by 2 pm.  He's friendly returns your call communicates well and got the job done. Often it's hard to find people in Tahoe for a quick fix Don came through!

Had a leak in our house and got a recommendation to call Don.  He was super responsive and had a guy out there to check it out and fix it later that same day.  He was great about communicating via text and phone real time.  Overall, he was just awesome to deal with and if you need a plumber, I would highly recommend these guys given my experience this week with them

Highly recommend! I called Don on a holiday right after I got a notice that water had been running continuously at our house for 24 hours. He checked it out quickly and kept me up on what he found and what he was doing to fix it. He even texted annotated photos to explain. Fantastic service!

Great service. Called several plumbers for an emergency and they said they could come by in two weeks. Don was here in a few hours. He took care of our problem. He was great.

Don is easy to deal with, honest, reliable and does good work.   After 2 years of trying to find a good plumber in Lake Tahoe (we have a house there, but live in Los Angeles) I am so thrilled to found Don.  I look forward to doing more with him - very highly recommened.

Once again, Don saved the day when our water heater decided to spring a major leak.  Don arrived within 20 minutes and made a temporary repair so we could have hot water until the new heater was installed.  Thank you!

Don was quick to respond, completed the job when he said he would and had an accurate quote. Also he was easy to het a hold of went above and beyond when I was trying yo troubleshoot some problems with connecting our shower fixtures and educated us on living in freezing temperatures. Would defiantly use him again for any plumbing needs. Thank you!

When asked if they minded wearing a mask before entering the home, their response was we'd rather not. Wore bandanas inside the home. Completed work, left, without letting us know the work was complete.

Honest and reliable service.  I would trust Don with ANY job in my house!  He does what he says and does it fast and efficiently.  Don't waste your time and money elsewhere!  Call Don and get it done right!

Our hot water heater suddenly failed and Don was highly personable, professional and responsive to our inquiry for repair. He communicated effectively via txt with me to schedule the assessment for required materials, access and installation. Don and team also recognized a broken furnace vent and repaired it in a high quality and efficient manner. He was responsive to my request for a particular brand and sourced the heater for us. I truly appreciated him going the extra mile to alert us to a somewhat hidden danger (it was up high on a shelf) and to propose a solid solution.

Our heating broke and Dom quickly showed up and fixed the problem. VERY efficient and great customer service!
