We are a family owned company. (20 yr City of Plano residents). With over 22 yrs of experience in the Commercial & Residential service/repair plumbing & mechanical sector. Although Ardent Plumbing was only started in 2013, our Master Plumber (Kevin Anderson R.M.P.) recent 2016 Father of the year, and City of Plano Citizens Hero Award recipient, has been in the plumbing business for over 22 years. Formally educated in the Plumbing & Mechanical field, a top of the class graduate with an impressive 98.7% score on The State Of Texas Plumbing Board Exam. Mr.Anderson brings an extremely high level of leadership and expertise to Team Ardent. Participating in the construction of over 8 hospitals in the Metroplex, along with numerous other recognizable structures through out a vast number of city's. His Plumbing knowledge is impeccable. We are extremely proud of his accomplishments and glad to have him as our leader / go to guy for any plumbing issues.

Marco came out to my dental office and was very professional and found the source of my problem and fixed it. He has been out to my office for other problems and hasalways very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this company for plumbing services
Thank you so much Ardent Plumbing for coming to our rescue during the Christmas Holiday weekend! We had a pipe burst and Ardent came out and fixed everything. Good as new and we have water! Now my wife can start cooking for Christmas without any worries! Marco and Kevin are great!

Great company, honest and reasonably priced, I have used them for years and will continue to refer them to all my friends and family.
Our water pressure was only half what it should have been. Ardent Plumbing was very responsive and they were able to fix the issue the same day they came to diagnose the problem. Very fast and friendly!
Another great job from Ardent plumbing, a company we can trust, installing our hot water heater. Thanks, Nick, for doing such a good job.

Ardent Plumbing was one of the top rated referred plumber when I was searching for reputable plumbers from the Nextdoor private social network application for my neighborhood.
All the 21+ reviews given by my neighbors on these guys were superb and I decided to give them a try and was not disappointed.
Good communication, upfront, and friendly.
Kevin Anderson from Ardent Plumbing came by my house and inspected my plumbing and fixed the clogged kitchen-washingroom-bar-garage drainage line that I called them for. Kevin was also very informative on preventative measures and options to fix other plumbing issues should I have them.
I'll definitely recommend them and call them back should I have any plumbing needs!

Everything was great, Nick did a great job and kept us informed along the way regarding the leak. Will definitely will call again when do upgrades or have an issue. Great customer service, would definitely recommended.
They saved me when I was in a bind. I Drilled through a pipe under a slab at a customers house. They came out soon after, calmed the customer, and got it all patched up at a very reasonable price. They will have all my business from now on.

I could not be more impressed with how fast and professional Ardent was. I've used a few competitors over the years but they didn't measure up. Thanks guys.
It's been about 6 months, so this review is long overdue. We purchased a new home and were very concerned about the water quality. I reached out to several different companies regarding water filtration systems. Not only did I want a filtration system that worked, I also wanted to make sure that the work was being done by a plumber. From the very first call to ask questions, I was put at ease about the very large purchase we would be making. Once Kevin came out to look at our home, I knew that this was the best company for me. Kevin is very knowledgeable in his field, and I knew that my home was in good hands. We will definitely use Ardent for our plumbing needs in the future.
Kevin and Nick were fantastic to work with. They helped to detect a slab leak for us in a timely manner. Even though this was an unexpected and unwanted problem for us to deal with, Ardent Plumbing walked us through the options and were highly professional and competent. Thank you! We will certainly call upon them again for any future plumbing needs.

Great job by Marco and team today, particularly on short notice! Very courteous and professional, would use again without hesitation.
I have had a few jobs done by Ardent plumbing. One being a tankless water heater install. They supply a sensor that alerts when there is a leak and automatically cuts the water off. It's a great feature.
The sensor went off on a Sunday. I called to report the tankless water heater was leaking. Kevin called me on a Sunday to evaluate the leak severity and walked me through how to temporarily restore hot water until they could visit. Kevin and Nick both came out the next day. They were able to determine the leak was actually from my roof and not the tankless water heater connections. The leak was running down the piping, over the heater and into the safety system I mentioned.
They ended up sending roofers out to my home to make the repair. Talk about fantastic service!!! They just earned a customer for life. If you need a plumber I would highly recommend Ardent Plumbing.

Some projects Ardent did for me were affordable with no issues. The whole house filtration system they installed did so much additional damage to the rest of the plumbing, that I can't recommend this company. Two separate repair people have cited filtration system charcoal as the reason for broken appliances.
Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced! I would never recommend them to anyone.
Ardent plumbing is very professional and comes highly recommended. They are quick to respond and quick to come out on short notice. Their prices are reasonable and I feel they are honest which is EVERYTHING in this day and age. I would not hesitate to call them back out in the future.
These guys are top notch. I'm generally a cynical person but I can't say enough about how competent and responsive these guys are.
If you have a tankless water heater, save this number.
