Wish I could give more stars. If you're having a plumbing issue, this is the first call to make. Nathan was fast and knowledgeable. I had calls in to other companies and he got to me before I could even get a call back from other plumbers. Thorough and friendly. Could not be happier and would absolutely call again. He unclogged the main because we had water backed up into the house and also installed a fluid master in my bathroom. I was worried about cost but he was very reasonably priced and I cannot recommend him highly enough. Thank you.

Definitely do not use this company. First off the man Nathan and his helper argued with my spouse in regards to what we were wanting installed. The the installation did not hold and ended up flooding my house. Upon speaking to Nathan he refuses to accept any responsibility even though his website says Lifetime guarantee on all work completed.
Very rude on the phone, over talked me and called my husband a liar
certainly not professional behavior by any means...... Lesson to take away anyone can act like a plumber as long as they are doing jobs less than a 25K value without a license

Used his services based on a referral from a contractor and now I'm in the process of getting another company come and correct his work due to his lifetime warranty doesn't seem to really exist. I contacted him on a few occasions to fix problems I was having with the ejector pump he installed in my basement and he never could find time to come. I watched a few youtube videos and fixed what I could, but now I have to get my basement jackhammered again to have the ejector basin installed correctly and venting added. I do not recommend his services and when it comes to major plumbing, but installing a toilet or fixing a leak he should be fine.

In response to your response, yes YOU did do work for this client under your old business TNTExtreme that has the same phone number as your new business Sumner County Plumbing. New business name, but the same person and just because you change the business name doesn't mean you're lifetime warranty should not be honored. I also left this same review under your Angie's List account. I'm not looking to get anything from you or hurt your reputation, but I do like to leave honest reviews of work that I have done by contractors.
