I feel so lucky to have been referred to JN Plumbing and only wish I'd found them sooner!  Just in the first minute of Joe's visit I felt like he really cared, understood my concerns, and wanted to make sure I knew he was going to solve the issue and do a thorough job.  Not only is he AMAZING at his job he is a great person and a joy to have around!
I had a bad experience with a different company and there's nothing worse than having people in your home or doing something that's really important to you and feeling like they're being disrespectful, dismissing your concerns and that they don't really care.
JN Plumbing CARES. He came as soon as he could on a day where a concern I had was more timely. He wants you to be happy with his work and for you to know he solved your problem. I literally sent all my friends who own homes his info immediately after he left and said SAVE HIS NUMBER!  It can unfortunately be hard to find awesome people but when I do I love to shout it from the rooftops!

Had a great experience with Joe. He was prompt, friendly, reasonably priced, and even gave suggestions for things we could do ourselves to save money! We will definitely use him again when the need arises.

Joe is fantastic.  Does great work, responds quickly, is very reasonably priced and -- as an added bonus -- is fun to talk to. I highly recommend him!
