Homeworks has earned the reputation for quality installations of appliances, electrical and plumbing services for the past 18 in the Mid-Tennessee area. Jim Drury, a native of Franklin, Tenn., founded Homeworks in 1999 after a long career as a homebuilder and 16 year career in industrial maintenance at Whirlpool Corporation. Business partner Lynne Drury handles scheduling, customer relations and marketing for Homeworks. Her 25-year career as a Human Resources Director provides the experience and training to ensure the needs of each client is met with professional, friendly, and reliable service.

HISTORY

Established in 1999.
The business was started in 1999 by Jim Drury. He spent years working at Whirlpool as well as accomplishing many entrepreneurial endeavors in order to start HomeWorks. His view was to start a trustworthy, honorable, and dependable company to be able to serve the needs of the local communities.

ABOUT BUSINESS OWNER

Lynne Drury is Jims wife and business mate. Lynne is the personality of HomeWorks and provides the company with all vital operational roles.

The staff came in and gave a professional install of our Viking range and hood. They were fair and friendly and did a wonderful job.

We hired Home Works to install a hood for our gas stove that vents outdoors. We were very pleased with their work. It looks great and the price was very reasonable. There was some waiting involved in what time they would come on the day of the appointment, but they stayed in touch with us throughout the day and were very polite. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing this type of work done. They know what they are doing and do the job properly.

I called and left a message they return my call within 2 minutes the lady on the phone was extremely nice Unfortunately they were unable to do the repair that I needed. She gave me a number of a local shop that was able to do the repairs. The next repair that I need that they handle they will definitely get my business

We contracted Homeworks to do our kitchen remodel. Their work exceeded our expectations. They were able to give us everything we wanted and even made some suggestions as how we could improve other areas of our home. (Which we immediately did.) These guys are PROFESSIONALS. They're the real deal and we will be back the next time we need an update/remodel.

A big thank you to Devon from Homeworks. It's real nice to see someone care so much about doing an excellent appliance installation. I have had some bad experiences with the big box stores and their installers. So glad I found Homeworks.

I called Jim Drury because I identified a problem in my range top ventilation that Homeworks installed probably over a year ago. Within a week he sent out one of his fine crew, Devon, to take care of the problem in less than a week. My points? 1. Deal with somebody that doesn't forget about you after the sale. 2. When you see that a firm can keep good employees, you know they are doing something right. (Devon was one of the installers on the original job.) 3. I highly recommend Homeworks.
