2 technicians showed up to wire me for an Electric car. I asked for a hard wired option and a plug in option and estimates for both. The technician refused to assist with the plug in option as it required more work and then gave me a quote for more than double the typical cost. After speaking with the owner, Buddy Ogles, I learned the tech just didn't have the plug on the truck and didn't want to take the time to go get one. When I refused to pay the $59 service fee due to not being provided the options I requested he began threatening me with collections. I would NOT recommend Buddy or Quality Electric Services.

Only giving five stars because 10 isn't an option.

A QES Electrician just left our house. Once again, BEST SERVICE EVER! We had no idea what could be wrong when we experienced an electrical problem yesterday, nor how long it would take to get someone to come out and fix it -- or at what cost! But we called Quality again because they were so great the last time. CANNOT recommend them highly enough and the price of the repair was unbelievable! We LOVE these great folks!

This was the only electrician I could get when I called around, so I will say they did send someone within a few days. However, the guy charged me $300 to change 2 outlets. At least I think it is what he did. This was 9 days ago, and I have yet to receive a receipt. He called to tell me that he changed the outlets and to have me pay him $300. I asked him to send me an invoice or receipt. He said he would, but I never got one. I called the number of the office, and they said they are just an answering service and can't actually do anything except relay the message. Apparently there is no direct line to call anyone that can actually help me. I tried to give them my email address to send the receipt, and they wouldn't take it. I would like written down what was actually done for my records, and because I'm wondering if just changing two outlets really costs $300. If anyone in the company would like to reply that can actually help me, I'd appreciate it. Won't be using them again. I'll just wait until a better electrician is available in the future.
