HISTORY

Established in 1981.
Dillingham & Smith has been a trusted name in Residential and Commercial HVAC & Plumbing in the Nashville area for over 30 years. In 2010, it became a Comfort Systems USA Company, and merged in 2011 with S.M. Lawrence, a fellow Comfort Systems company located in Jackson, TN. We are open weekdays from 7 am to 4 pm, but are available for emergency heating, air conditioning and plumbing services, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Save your time and money!! Called these guys to fix my restaurant AC and they spent 3 days attempting to fix the problem. Meanwhile I am losing customers to a hot restaurant. Had to call another company who were smart enough to fix the problem in 3 hours. Dillingham and Smith proceeded to charge me $4000 dollars to not fix the problem and Eric Gibbens only charged me $500 to actually fix the problem. I now use Eric for my AC needs and recommend you do the same. His number is 615-394-0320.
