I had water coming out of my foundation on the outside of the house - a slab leak.  I have had experience with other leak detection companies in the past with varying levels of success, NONE as good as this one.  I called several leak detection companies early the next morning and the earliest they could come out was late the next day, some were three weeks out!  I aborted Google search and found this company in Yelp.  Dave was able to come out in a few hours and once here, I spent less than 5 minutes outside showing him where the water was coming from and then he went inside and spent the next 45 minutes there using three different types of equipment and then told me (and showed me using his equipment) with greater than a 90% certainty exactly where he thought my leak was and described how it could be fixed!  He used a noise level detector to figure out which line (hot or cold) and to get the fixture closest to the leak, then injected a signal on the copper pipes to figure out exactly where the pipes ran using another tool, then used thermal imaging to find the PUDDLE of water in the slab around where the pipe was leaking.  The techniques were AWESOME!  He also gave me a plumber that was able to come out the NEXT day to fix the leak.  

This was during COVID-19 times and Dave came to the door wearing a mask, which was very much appreciated because I fall into the high risk category.  He cut a hole in my drywall (after asking for permission) as part of the troubleshooting process and the plumbers actually used that same hole to run the new plumbing.  He made the cuts nice and straight, knew right where to make the hole because of his equipment, and cleaned up the mess on the floor and tile before leaving.

I am writing this the day after the leak has been fixed and am still amazed at how well the leak detection went.  I am definitely using Dave if I EVER need leak detection again.  BTW, the plumbers I used said they have used Dave in the past and know that when he finds a leak it is always where he says.

Gino has helped me with multiple projects- From a new gas line install, to three full bathroom remodels , he has been incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in finding fixtures/parts and thinking of final details, so friendly and willing to help in a pinch! he went above and beyond in fixture selections with a very difficult client of mine as well !!! Mike Moran Plumbing and his team are amazing true professionals. They are knowledgeable and most importantly honest. I called them for a clogged kitchen sink and they showed up the next day on time. His team was personable, quickly went to work and resolved the issue quickly. The price was extremely fair. I am a lifetime customer, will not hesitate to refer business, and will use him for all my future pluming needs. It's refreshing to know honest, hardworking, family owned businesses are still out there. Call them and you won't be disappointed.

Great customer service!  Rick came out to perform a routine maintenance on the air conditioning. He showed me a part that concerned him that may have been a problem in the future. He took the time to show me and explain it to me.  I had him replace it and after the replacement he took the time to show and explain the new part.  Great company!  Thanks!  I will be recommending Sunland to friends and family!

Our AC stopped working Tuesday afternoon and Urgent Repairs was able to come at 9pm and install a new compressor! Truly a blessing and extremely friendly! Thanks, again!!!

Eric came over to my house and helped get my RO system up and working. We had a leak from one of our filters and a slow air leak in our tank. He fixed both and my I have ice and water again. He was extremely polite and respectful of my house. He was quick to get my on the schedule and gave me a quote on the spot for the other things we wanted installed. Very happy with the service. Highly recommend.

If you need a plumber, call Joe! He is a true journeyman plumber, and will do the job right the first time. Joe has integrity and knowledge in what he does, and he does it well! Just today, we had a plumbing emergency. We called at 9:30 in the morning, and Joe was here by noon. He did an estimate, had to get parts, and was back within 30 minutes to get started. He showed us the issues and explained what he was doing. While he was there, he also took care of another not-urgent plumbing issue. He also came in under the estimate! Thanks Joe for getting my plumbing working again! We will certainly do more business with you and refer more!

Main water line to my home was leaking and had to shut water off to house! Family over so emergency needed it fixed ASAP!!! I yelped plumber and southwest plumbing popped up.  Justin immediately responded to my message , i sent him pictures of issue and he gave an extremely fair quote and showed up 30 mins later when he said he would. He had plans with his family but came and got the job done, and his work is excellent!!! Would definitely recommend southwest plumbing and will be my to go to company when i or anyone i know has any plumbing needs!

I highly recommend Desert Sonoran Plumbing. First, they were easy to communicate with online. Next, James arrived time and gave me honest assessments of my plumbing projects. He quickly tackled two of my three projects, which included fixing a hot water heater installation issue, and replacing the valves for my kitchen sick plus cleaning debris from the faucet. He also recommended alternatives to expensive repairs for my third project. I found him very honest and he work was thorough and high quality. Thank you James!

I don't usually take the time to write reviews, hardly ever actually. However, I felt it was extremely important for people in search of a handyman to be forewarned.  First of all, I do want to start by saying that Mike is good at what he does, so that was not the issue.  The issue was his RUDE and crappy attitude!  He is short, condescending, and has very little patience. He also has very poor communication skills, and overall I have to agree with his other reviewer that gave him a 1 star.  He doesn't seem like he enjoys what he does at all, and is very unpleasant to have in your home.  There are so many beautiful, kind, compassionate humans out there, and plenty of handymen (that are way less expensive) that do a fantastic job without the attitude.  Do yourself a favor and don't waste a minute of your energy on this guy!

Jesse was here for 3.5 hours to work on a broken pipe and unplug a line.  you offered low/high $$ alternatives and left it to us to decide what we wanted to do.  I won't hesitate calling them again.

Requested a full remodel for our studio with Rene at Sunny View Drywall, recommended by a friend. We are very satisfied with the price, quality, and professional installation. Rene remodeled the studio in the timeframe that he promised. I will definitely be contacting Sunny View Drywall for any other services in the future!

We contacted them almost a month ago. Tech came out the next day. Polite and professional. We decided to go with them. We call the Tech numerous times to schedule. Never heard from him back. We called the company. They scheduled for someone to come out between 8am and 10am. No one showed. Liz called us at the 10:17 the day of to tell us the tech wasn't available. Missed a day of work waiting for them. Liz claimed she'd been calling us since yesterday to tell us we had to reschedule. We never got such a call until 10:17am the day of the appointment. No voicemail, text or even an email!!!

***Update***
Tech (Adam) arrived the next day. Located the problem. Set up another appointment. Came through and got it done. Good price, professional and friendly service on behalf of the tech.

Cure All was able to send someone out to my house the next day when I had water leaking from my ceiling. They repaired the leaky pipe that day for a very reasonable cost, and recommended a wonderful Restoration company to treat the mold that the leaking water had caused. They also came about a week later to replace our old water heater and the service at that time was all so wonderful. They worked quickly and communicated well about what time they would arrive.

This company is huge and I would have expected better service considering they advertise all over the tv. I always see their trucks when I'm driving. today my air conditioner went out so I decided to give george brazil's a call. the man did show up on time but he could not figure out the problem very fast and when he died he said I would need a new unit. I told him I was getting second opinions, then he offered me a lower price. This did not with me well and I will never call them back.

Brett did my home plumbing inspection. Very courteous and knowledgeable. Gave me tips on my softener and overall great service.
