My boiler broke up in the freezing weather and this company's plumber broke me advice over the phone which meant I could fix the problem myself-but I knew he 'd come out if I really needed him to. Super fantastic!

I contacted nearly a dozen plumbers to disconnect my water well and attach my home to the county's city water line. Shane's Plumbing was the ONLY company willing to do the job and they did a stellar job. As my well started to fail I was stressed about how to keep running water in my home. Shane gave me a number of options and was always willing to answer questions and walk me through every step. What I anticipated being an overwhelming amount of work (and cost) need up being an easy job for Shane's Plumbing.

Had a new faucet installed in my kitchen and had a GREAT experience with this company. Have used them in the past, always with perfect results. Technicians are professional, efficient, and very careful. Do not hesitate to put your plumbing needs in this company's hands. I give them my highest recommendations!

Happy with my water heater replacement by Aaron. Very knowledgeable and professional, he immediately noticed some issues from the previous install that I knew about from a home inspection. Aaron was able to explain the root cause of the leaky inlet and outlet flexes from the corroded compression fittings and some galvanized steel parts that were used. I agreed to have stainless steel flexes and soldered connections installed with the new water heater so hopefully they survive the full life of the heater. All issues were fixed under the standard install price including re-routing the relief valve line properly. I will use Classic Plumbing for any future needs!

I've been using DeWolfe's almost exclusively for 5 years.  They used to do a great job and were very professional.  The 2 stars for 5 years of good service.  -3 stars because of their last visit to my house on Monday.  The Tech they sent showed up to my house over 1.5 earlier than the time slot of 10-12.  He then quoted me the most expensive drain clean out I've ever been quoted.. and it was 50% higher than the last time they cleaned out a drain.  I told this to the tech and he told me it was their price.  I declined service and found a more reasonable plumber.  An hour later, DeWolfe offered to take $100 off the service cost, but being a woman and a businessperson.. I dislike switch and bait pricing.  I emailed their management yesterday complaining of the most recent service and haven't gotten a response.   I guess they don't care about losing a formerly loyal customer, so here's my updated review.

Gave me the wrong parts, assured me they would work. Well, they didn't. When I called to let them know, they were very rude and condescending. Would not go back

These guys are great. I called and they immediately had someone on the way. Very polite and professional, easy to get ahold of, honest, and charged a fair rate for the job. I'll definitely call them again next time we need help.

We built our home with Lennar in 2014 and since then we have had to call Cathedral plumbing out twice for repairs. They show up on time, they are honest and polite. Both times they have been out we have been very impressed by their honesty and professionalism! When customers know nothing about plumbing, it would be easy to create problems that don't really exist and charge us for unnecessary repairs and Cathedral has never done that. Troy was a pleasure this morning and we greatly appreciate Cathedral for not taking advantage of us as relatively new homeowners! Thank you, Troy!

Absolutely terrible please do not waste your time and money using this company. This company serviced my home for a small leak on my faucet. They have been hlout two my home 3 times. The first two times they came out they made the situation worse the sink was flooding so bad that the water had to be turned off. Keep in mind the plumber didn't tell me that my shut off valve for that sink was broken until after the third visit. So we had no running water in the house for more than a day. After the visit i was told purchase a new faucet and fix it beg of following week. It's been two weeks since the beg of process and still no remedy. I called today very frustrated they were more interested in covering io for themselves then trying to take care of a client. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE TIME MONY HERE. I now have I start he process with a new company.
