Use these guys!  I had a competitor come out (Leak Geeks) and the guy pulls out a binder with prices asking me to pay hundreds up front before he knew what the problem was or if he could resolve it.  I would have to commit to a minimum of $600 up front with NO guarantee for a resolution.  

I went to my neighborhood website and several people recommended Bluebonnet.  I called them, they came out the next day and fixed everything for $84 in 15 minutes.

We've used these guys twice. Came on short notice both times. Very nice, quality work, affordable.

I have a well system problem and called Diversified and they didnt service my type of system. While on the phone, they were happy to tell me their personal experiences with it and talked me through diagnostics out of the kindness of their heart. 5 stars for being generous people when they could of easily said no!

Tim helped us out with a difficult water leak on our main line, he knew exactly how to fix a leaking Qwest pipe, the old blue poly type of piping. Tim worked with our tight schedule and did a superb job, would highly recommend him for any plumbing work.

We have used Belue for years. They are honest, with fair prices and competent.  I have found this to be true time and time again. We won't use anyone else.

Curly's came out for a busted water heater. Ryan Hayes checked it out and I was told the heater was old, but he reset it and I do not need a new heater. Saved me a lot of money. He said I might in a couple of years. Will call them whenever I need something.

I would be giving only 1 star had it not been for the guys that came and did the work at my house, Nathan and Ronnie. They were amazing, timely and professional. Now I don't know what the deal is with the answering service but that guy is flat out R.U.D.E!!! I had to call a few times, one because I'm no plumber and I had some questions after they left. Granted it was later than 5 o'clock but they advertise as a 24 hour service. The older guy, assuming he is the owner or boss, made me feel like a complete idiot for calling a plumbing company that had just been to my house that day, for plumbing questions. He speaks as if he could care less if you used their services and I won't again. But I had to call back because of another issue that involved them having to come back and the man was even ruder on the phone that time and it was during business hours. If you hate people, don't work in the public. I would not suggest anyone call them. If you know the other guys personally and need plumbing done, pay them under the table to do the job so you don't have to deal with the cranky man who will ruin your mood! I will say it again, I WILL NEVER CALL ANCHOR PLUMBING FOR ANOTHER PLUMBING JOB.

John did an awesome job and price was reasonable. I will definitely make this my future plumber. Great service, John was a little late but he called to let me know he was in route. Highly recommend

$335 to replace an elbow joint, 30 minutes of work. Rip-off, highly recommend getting other quotes for whatever size job you may have.

Could not have been more professional or more understanding my plight. All others in town put me off for 2-3 weeks and had the same story two weeks after the big freeze. When I called Billy Mc he came out the NEXT DAY! Problem solved. He has a customer for life.

Raymond Echols (the owner) came out to give me an estimate to replace my conventional hot water heater with a Tankless system. He was 3 1/2 hours late for our appointment with no calls, and no text saying he was running late. Heck he wasn't even going to show up at all if I hadn't called him asking If was still coming. When he finally did drag up, he acted like I was lucky he even showed up at all. He never responded back with his estimate. Totally unprofessional, and a TOTAL wast of my time. I should send him a BILL !!!!

Called him on a Sunday as I have a rental property that then tenants called informing me of a large leak in the yard (no water could make it to the house).  Called several plumbers and out of those only 3 said they would come look at it (most plumbers don't work Sundays).  Out of those 3...only one actually did go by--- Mr. Bobby Key.  He looked at it and said there was no way for him to repair it that evening as he already had a few other repairs lined up.  But promised to take care of it the next morning.  He came and took care of it as promised at a very reasonable price and am very satisfied with his service!!!  Thank you Bobby.

I used All Metro Plumbing Service today which left me a disappointed. He overcharges for open ground work as if under a slab. I failed to get an estimate before the work because I would have never paid that amount if I had known. He actually drove up and started before I came outside and that's how the estimate got bypassed. I know work looks different when repaired but this is way off and it should look similar to before he started. I needed my water on but I wouldn't use them again for those reason. He was nice but charged too much using a pricing book but under the wrong label because there was no slab. Last problem is he didn't want to take a check is trust issues so if he doesn't trust I won't again. His name was Michael and he's the owner but I can't use him again.
