Very satisfied! Called, got my appointment same day as he was willing to come in the evenings to accommodate my schedule.  Electrician replaced my light fixture without charging any extra for extra parts and from the hourly rate he had quoted which was VERY reasonable.  Overall, couldn't have worked out any better.

Fast, on time, honest service.  We asked for a pre home inspection of our electrical panel, expecting news that we'd need to a good amount of cleaning up (it's from the 1970's) but Ted took his time to thoroughly examine, and confidently determined it's in great order, safe, etc.  He said it was up to code and there was no reason to do anything to it.  What a huge relief.  He is putting it on letterhead for us, for a future home inspection for peace of mind.  Very minimal charge for his service.  I am highly recommending Kinetic Energy (and Ted!) - they were honest, amazing!!

Steve replaced four outdoor light fixtures and installed a GFI outlet in the kitchen. Great communication setting up the appointment, electrician was exactly on time. He explained the work clearly and completed it quickly while making sure we were satisfied and everything worked properly. Excellent experience, highly recommend!

Do not trust this company.  I contacted this company through HomeAdvisors.com.  He came to my house and looked over the project.  He said he would be happy to take on the work.... until it came to setting up a mutually beneficial contract.  He claimed vertigo the morning of our appointment.  He promised to contact me later that day to reschedule.  I respectfully waited 4 days to phone him.  He doesn't respond.  Obviously, he doesn't want my work.  I wasted time getting my project done thinking he would do it.  He's just another slippery contractor. His following exculpatory reply was sent to me the day AFTER I posted my review.

I called for a refrigerator issue. They were able to come out the next day and in an hour had my refrigerator fixed. I would definitely call J&J again the next time I am in need of appliance repairs.

Keith quoted me a great price and installed my 3 ceiling fans the next day. I will definitely use his services again.

I contacted Frank Adrian when the underground electrical line my store (MOORE Toys & Gadgets) failed.  He helped navigate ComEd and talked through the options (replace underground line or go overhead to the pole.)  He even gave me the name of a competitor to determine if splicing the fault was the most economical thing to do.  Even when I contemplated the splice repair with his competitor, he was thoughtful, professional and helpful.  I decided the best course of action was to replace the underground line and Adrian Electric did the work (along with Russ, a directional borer.)  My power was fully restored today, and I will absolutely recommend Adrian Electric, and will go to them for my future electrical needs both at my store and at my home.  Thank you Frank!

I've used Joe for multiple jobs of varying complexity. The last job he hung curtain rods, trued up my misfitting doors, and diagnosed my dripping faucet as a job requiring a new fixture. He also remade a door handle that he just noticed needed fixing. In earlier jobs, Joe hung valuable stained glass and secured a heavy mirror to the wall, making sure it was embedded in studs. He also installed an antique light fixture. Joe is prompt and polite. When he trued my doors (which created a fairly large mess) he cautioned in advance about the wood chips. I just vacuumed up as he went. Some people here gripe about the cost, but I think they underestimate the value he delivers.

Half of the outlets didn't work in our kitchen and we couldn't figure out why. We called JMR and Jose was very polite and professional on the phone. Luckily he was going to be in the area so he got us in quickly. He was very through! He would not stop until he found our answer and kept us informed the whole time. He was very reasonably priced too. Jose is the owner who serviced us

Needed couple of electric jobs to be done , jaime showed up , was very professional and explained  everything  in detail ( which I appreciate ) .came back next day took care of all of theme and did an excellent clean job...now I hired him for my other business locations ..will definitely recommend

Terrible service, felt scammed the entire time. Tried to up charge me by hundreds of dollars. Took advantage of me not knowing electrical issues. Tried to charge me $650 for what second electrician I called told me was $120 worth of repairs. Beyond frustrating company to work with.
