Walter showed up on time and went straight to work. Was able to cut the 3 palm trees within the estimated time. Will Definitely hire again for future landscape projects!

Other landscape companies could learn from this team about quality service. Here's what we experienced.
1. They showed up for the estimate ready to take notes, photographs. They listened and provided helpful suggestions, without trying to balloon the budget.
2. They were clear at communicating throughout the process about unexpected costs and alternative solutions.
3. They provided helpful instructions about caring for our plants and yard after they were finished.
4. They made sure the job was DONE. Leaks fixed, clean up done.
I certainly hope for an opportunity to work with this team again in the future.

I spoke with Devin and couldn't believe how incredibly rude he was! Obviously, this is someone who didn't want our business. Stay away from them at all costs!

In Ebay parlance.....NOT RECOMMENDED.
I had a twinge about using Robert after reading the reasons for his prior bad reviews...but hey, overall it was 4.5 so I thought it should be a good risk. I should have trusted my gut. Two reasons I recommend you choose another mason 1) quality of work, 2) integrity and professionalism.
1. Quality of work
I contacted a number of masons for a simple straightforward job of widening a side yard gate from 144 to 176. The job was straightforward and simple, cut the existing wall back to the correct position such that after adding the pilasters, the resulting opening is the target size......not rocket science. What happened.....he cut one wall back 4 feet too far....yes...4 feet (see pic). I'm not going to repeat the excuse he gave for doing this as it was a verbal conversation we had, hence I have no proof to attach here, but what I will say is I had to clench my teeth to prevent my jaw from dropping, it was so far out of this world........literally. This error now resulted in having to do an extended stepped tear-down of a lot more wall so it could be rebuilt correctly and prolonged the job by 3 days past his original quoted time frame....which now forced a delay of the gate installers also. Additionally, one of the two end pilasters wasn't even square to the wall, but angled to the right when looking down the pilaster to the wall (see pic).
2. Integrity
As mentioned, I contacted a number of masons and price-wise, Robert's bid was in the middle. The original plan was just a standard 8x16 pilaster at the end of the wall block. My YELP project request was very clear with multiple pictures and a clear description. Robert's quote was $680 and one day to do it. Before making any decisions on which mason, we opted to make a change by increasing the visual impact of the project by having a double pilaster at the end of the wall, the first pilaster (adjacent to the wall) being a standard 8x 16, the second and opening pilaster being a bulkier 16x16. This was explicitly described (see pics of Yelp conversation string) and his quote came in at $1070. Again, middle-of-the-road price compared to others. We decided to move forward with Robert and invited him onsite to review and finalize anything. He came onsite, reviewed the project with my wife and I both present, and did not indicate anything different from our YELP exchanges. I repeat, after reviewing the project, he did not suggest anything different....meaning price or timeline. When the project was finally done, he charged $1700! When I complained that there was nothing different about the scope of the project from the $1070 description....his comment was that was a rough quote. Clearly he charged us for his mistake and then some.
You cannot trust him to stick with his own bid! I'll be getting a different mason to finish the 16x16 pilasters in stone veneer.

If we could give 20 stars I surely would. Dallon and his crew have worked at 2 of our homes and we can't say enough about the quality work on our zero landscaping front yard and just this week 2 patios installed to extend the living area around our pool. Anyone who would like to come and see the beautiful and creative workmanship is welcome. There is no reason the look any further. We couldn't be happier with the communication, quality work, attention to detail, cleanliness during the installation, and the final finished patio. We are so proud to show off the work of Pristene Green LLC has done for our home and in the coming weeks we will be having a new front yard patio installed and continue to rave about the new love and comfort we have for our home. Thank you Pristene Green for making our homes so beautiful!

Erik and his team did a fine job. Work was completed as promised and looks awesome. Erik was conscious of our time, and displayed genuine care for our project and us as people. Don't get the personal element these days. While I am glad that the landscape is done, I almost wish I had more work for Erik as good contractors are hard to come by.

Excellent work surrounding my patio. The entire process was painless and they were more than happy to accommodate any changes that I wanted to make. Highly recommend.

18 years ago we had Goodroad Landscaping design and install our desert landscaping when we built our home. Every few years we will have them come and freshen and clean up our property. We had a well dug that they had to dig up our front area to make all the connections, so we had to get the Goodroad crew out to clean up the mess. The men came, worked hard, and the property looks amazing. We know we can depend on Goodroad Landscaping!

Tyler was quick to respond to my call and to come out and look at my project. He indicated he would provide and mock up and estimate within a few days but never followed up. I'm not sure if he was under the impression I wasn't willing to pay or just had other projects he preferred but it's unprofessional to ghost someone. All he needed to say was after further consideration your project is not for me.

I gave them one star because they did create a beautiful patio. After many false starts they finally scheduled our landscaping. Our agreement called for four 6' Arbor Vitae but they said there were none available. If they had ordered them when they received my down payment they probably would have been available. I was given the choice of 4' trees or nothing. Not much of a choice. They had no apology or remorse that they weren't even close to fulfilling their part of our agreement. They didn't give me any instructions on how to care for the vegetation they installed and they have not answered my emails requesting help. I paid them per our agreement and now I am history. Poor customer service and a take it or leave it attitude. Hire a firm that will treat you fairly and be honest.
