Brian G. came out and not only went above and beyond by helping me understand how my system worked (it's a unique hybrid type of cooling), he did everything he could think of to get my unit to be more efficient. He was very knowledgeable and figured out more than previous technicians were able to do. I was very impressed by the service and patience as I asked many questions since this is all new to me.
