I came across Superior View and although they had only 1 review, I decided to give them a shot because I saw the business' reply to the bad review and realized it wasn't fair to judge them based on this negative review. So, I was given a fair quote. Tim and his assistant came over and changed my lock out in a timely manner. They were both friendly and professional. The price I paid was the same as quoted. Overall, this was great service. I got what I needed at an affordable price.
