Response Crew returned by email via phone call in about 5 minutes.  They quickly scheduled a day and time to replace a floodlight on my warehouse building downtown. The phone operator told him the persons name that would be showing up (Scott) and that he would be driving a van marked Response Crew.  Scott showed up on time, very respectfully asked me what my problem was.  I told him that I wanted to change one of my old floodlights to a LED and had purchased 2 different ones.  He wired them both so I could see how much light they had and so I could choose the brightest one.  The job was done in under 1 hour.  Very efficient, respectful and knowledgeable.  I will most certainly use them again.

Gary did an outstanding job on installing our bathroom exhaust fans. He also got a GFI circuit working again which affected three electrical outlets.
He is very skillful and knows how to do quality work in a very timely manner with great prices. I will be calling Gary if I have any more projects in the future.  Jim

Yesterday Luis went to one of our rental properties to repair, paint and texture a patio ceiling that got damaged from a leaking patio roof.  He got the work done in one day and cleaned up and left things how he found them.  He is focused on making his customers satisfied with his work and if something goes awry he will be there to rectify whatever it is.  Also, when he finished the job he sent a nicely done invoice detailing everything on an itemized statement.  This is a rarity in the trades.  It was nicely typed not   illegible hand written like most contractors, that is if you ever get one! He will be our go to handyman for our numerous rental properties.

We had several items on our list since downsizing to a condo. Fix leaky toilet, replace ceiling fan, weather stripping for door, install new cellular shades, repair sliding screen, hanging art work. Mark took care of it all efficiently, didn't charge extra for my husband helping, and gave us a senior discount. We're happy to give him a good recommendation.

Michael painted a closet, changed a filter and prescribed the fix for a broken disposal.  He is on board to do a whole bunch of other repair and maintenance things for us.  I cannot recommend him highly enough.  He is prompt, smart, thorough, nice, compassionate  (we had a glitch) and works very hard.  Neat, also.  Truly a Handy Man!  We are so glad to have found him.  He sure knows his stuff.

I had a number of tedious drywall and stucco repairs to complete, both inside the home and externally - and Scott was awesome!  He responded quickly, came out with short notice, and repaired everything at a reasonable price.  He's professional, hard-working and a genuinely nice person - a hard combination to find these days.  Kudos to Scott and AMS Handyman Services for delivering above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend their services!

A few months ago I was in need of a new handyman.   The gentleman I had used for years had to finally retire.   Someone on my NextDoor had heard about Jeremy The Handyman and that he was good, however, had not used him personally.  So I decided to give him a try.   To date, I have used him on numerous occasions.  Everything from plumbing, outdoor/indoor lighting, fixing things that no one else has been able to figure out what was wrong, to carpet repair, cabinet touch ups, you name it!  I have been very happy with his work.  He is great at troubleshooting.   Especially when it comes to electrical work.  He and his crew are prompt and courteous.   He's on target when it comes to estimating hours needed to complete the work.   Also very prompt in getting back to you.   He  stands by his work and will come out at no charge if things are suddenly not working properly.   However, it's rare that will happen.   He's honest and prices are very reasonable.  I would highly recommend Jeremy!

Excellent service.  Showed up on time, actually even a little early.  Took care of mounting an outdoor tv and hid the wiring behind the tv as well.  A lot of handyman will not even bother with a small job, but Shawn came by within 48 hours of contacting him.  Reasonably priced too.  I will definitely use him again!

BJ did a great job on several of the items we needed done around the house. We had a interior that needed a hold cut in it, a doorway covered and straightened in order to install barn doors. He was not only on time, professional and courteous his work was amazing. We also had them replace some broken tiles, install baseboards and other odd jobs. I highly recommend!

Used Nate for some painting, electrical and glass work.  Showed as promised and did great work.  Kept everything tidy.  He is a very pleasant individual as well.

Great Husband and Wife team. Very responsive and thorough,  they get the job done. Quotes are reasonable.

Extremely poor customer service. I contacted them for chandelier installation. Took day off on Friday for them to come at 10 am and do the job. Everything was set as I sent them pictures and dimensions of chandelier way in advance for them to be able to do the job without any issues. They sent me text in morning of job that they would need 2 people now to do it and can't make it today. Would come out 5 days later on Tuesday. Totally BS company. I would never hire them. Fix it Floyd came and did some electrical projects for me last week.  Dan the electrician came early and did an amazing job!  His work far exceeded any electrician I have used in the last 5 years.  I will call on Fix it Floyd for all my needs.  Next project for me is some plumbing.  I have every reason to believe I will have an equally great experience.  I recommend Fix it Floyd with great confidence.

Abdul worked for about three hours. Charged $500 primarily for labor with minimal cost for under sink connectors and valves. Failed to furnish a complete invoice reflecting what he did for the $500 charged. Would never rehire.
