I hired AZ You Wish to install a mini blow up spa in my backyard. They arrived on time and ready to work. Super friendly, good suggestions, and highly skilled. This company went the extra mile and recommended a different vendor for a project he was not able to complete, which in my opinion speaks volumes to his integrity. I had new tenants move into my rental home in Peoria and they noticed some lifting of the floor planks in the dining room. I sent a request out to Angie's List and they referred me to Chris! He met with my  tenant and was very professional, and did an awesome job. The floor looks like new and the work was done so quickly. Chris did a great job and I would recommend him to anyone looking to have hard wood flooring repaired. There are not that many contractors that do that in this area I discovered. BEWARE!!!    Hired Mark for a small job, stucco repair and replace back patio cover fascia.   The job was supposed to be completed last week Friday and he has yet to show up since last week Friday to complete the job.  I even extended the deadline twice and he promised it would be completed each time.  Now I am left hanging to try to find somebody else to fix this mess!!!    Now he won't return my calls/texts.    I found Mark on Nextdoor and he had positive reviews.   However, I have since checked other sources now and find that I am not the only one who has experienced this.

We had to have the drain system in our home replaced due to breakage (it was cast iron). We understood from the onset that it would require ripping out our bathroom. We hired a plumbing company to jackhammer the slab and take care of it. But we still needed to have our bathroom put back. Enter Vlad. From the onset it was not a small job, as you can see from the photos. Vlad was undaunted and let us know exactly what he could do for us. He made suggestions and recommendations that helped us pick out our new materials. Older homes like ours can always pose challenges and that was definitely the case here. But Vlad worked diligently until everything was completed. We couldn't be happier with our new bathroom! We would absolutely hire Vlad again for any of our contractor needs!

I can't say enough wonderful things, Kurt first responded to my quote request within minutes asking for a picture of the leak from my water heater hose. He was very upfront about the cost which was a lower quote then the other 8 company's that responded to my request. Also  let me know what complications that could occur and what would then have to be done. The hose was replaced and all was right within 3 hours of my initial quote request. I will definitely give him repeat buisness in the future as well as recommending him to everyone else!

These guys do it all! Dustin and his team are amazing! I call them out whenever I need something done at my house or investment properties. Since moving to Fountain Hills it's been a challenge to get service companies to come out to this part of town. I had placed a quote request on Yelp to about 3-4 handyman companies but found that nobody services this part of town.

So on FB I asked for a recommendation and got Chad's names within minutes of posting.

Since the ceilings in my house are 15-20 feet high I had to find a handyman that could change out the smoke alarm batteries and air conditioner filters that had to be replaced. Our ladder that we had didn't reach that high making it very difficult for us to do it ourselves.

I called Chad Saturday morning expecting to have to book an appointment later in the week but totally lucked out because Chad was in the neighborhood and available.

Chad popped on over, took care of 5 filters to be replaced and our smoke alarm and was done in less then 30 minutes.
