Best Ceiling Light Repair in Phoenix AZ

Rick helped me out of a difficult water damage situation.  I had received quotes between $4k-$5k+ to dry out the damage which turned out to be completely unnecessary.  I didn't know what to do until I got in touch with Rick.  He gave me an honest assessment and helped me avoid a load of costs that other companies and contractors would have gladly charged.  Out of the 7 contractors I talked to, he was the only one that was honest and shed light on exactly what to do.  He did all of the dry wall work when rebuilding the damaged area and it was pretty much perfect.  I don't think I've ever seen a drywall repair done so well and so accurately.  He is quick, efficient, highly skilled, more than reasonable, and HONEST.  Thank you Rick!

Ty was very responsive to our needs, as we live in another state and would only be in AZ for 2 weeks. He scheduled his time to accommodate us, starting the flooring job on our first day in town, and was done in 4 days. Our new Luxury vinyl plank floor looks great, and Ty and his crew were easy to do business with. His price was very fair and his work ethic was impeccable. He showed up on time every day, and cleaned up completely when done. Ty is very friendly and professional, and we will definitely call him in the future for any other projects we have. Darrin and his helper were amazing. Darrin earned my business by calling me within minutes of reaching out to him. He set up a visit immediately. Out of all the other companies, he was the only one that cared enough to come out rather than just give me a quote based on photos. His quote was proper and was hired.
The work is exceptional. Great guy and helper. Left the inside and outside of my home as if they were never here.

Stucco is pretty hard to copy but he did great! I thought I had the right paint on hand but unfortunately I didn't. His helper ran to the Home Depot down the street, had them match the paint 3x (good piece of knowledge there), came back and completed the job. They were here promptly before 7am and were done by 12pm.

Chris (owner) is an absolute gem! We needed multiple things done around the house, including adding a barn door to the master bathroom. LOVE IT, btw. There is nothing this guy can't do...like seriously. Communication was great, work is stellar and to top it off, he's a super nifty guy. Professional, efficient service at Sun Devil and I highly recommend!

They didn't show up after we agreed on the date and time. I didn't find out until I asked my Tennant if the issues were addressed. He said he didn't even call or text to let him know he wouldn't show. He also had my number and didn't call or text.
