Best Roof Cleaning in Phoenix AZ

Checked the roof and it looks good.   The seams around the vents look very watertight.  The shingles looks like it's held down tight.  They also do wood work.  They removed my old, unused swamp cooler and put in an additional wind turbine.  They're registered with the state of AZ.  They're certified GAF shingles installers if you decide to get GAF shingles.  They also finished within 2 days.

I have used The Scottsdale Handyman for years. When I used to own rental properties all I did was call Eddie & give him the info about the particular problem &  the contact info on a tenant & Eddie would take it from there. The work was done in a timely manner & never had a complaint about his lack of professionalism or his manners. From installing a water heater to hanging pictures. I can now sleep through the night without worry that my kitchen was going to flood. Trysten was quick to respond, had no silly fees and was very flexible to work with. He was here within a couple hours of first contact. Brought in his case of tools and got to work. quick, clean, polite and respectful. Very happy with his services!

I am not sure I can express in words how wonderful the experience and quality of work Craig on-site and Andrew in coordinating in operations .  We installed an eco water treatment system, Kitchen water filtration system, and a routine repair on a bathroom sink.  It was greeted promptly, with a quick visit to the house, an outline of options.  Craig listened to what I said, researched something I had heard of, and produced it within a week even in the midst of COVID.   While onsite on that project, he noticed an existing issue and potential problems  developing with my water heater.  No urgency on it just fact and possible issues.  Again, my options were outlined in discussion as well as on the contract.  We ended up purchasing an instant hot water heater system that has completely solved all of our water problems (running the water for 10 mins before it gets warm).  All paperwork was completed electronically so quickly and easily.  Then as a complete surprise, they sent me an Amazon gift card with a nice note of thanks!  Who does that these days?  You will NOT be sorry.  You do not have to have a large project or the most expensive.  Call them, what are you waiting for?  Now to know they do electrical and remodeling work - wow!  I'm in.

I am so happy with my experience with Prestige Building!! As a single woman the little jobs really started to add up around my aging home. I was appalled by some of the bids I got from other companies and was disgusted by the lack of manners exhibited by men I spoke to. I had almost given up until a friend recommended Terry from Prestige. He was AMAZING and so reasonably priced. In one weekend I got all of my odds and ends handled and am getting pavers put in all for less than other bids for 1/4 of the work. Terry was honest and saved me some cash where he could and best of all, he wasn't a creep! I strongly recommend!

We have hired Manny and his crew to build me an office in my backyard with electrical. He has by far surpassed my expectations.  They are very quick and efficient with what they are doing.  During the process of the construction with my office I had a pipe leak in my kitchen and they handled that too. Quickly and very responsive. I was always weary of contractors but Manny and his crew have been upfront and always willing to help. I cannot express enough how hard these guys work and how fast they work and put out such great quality. I will not hire anyone but them for all my home improvement projects. To put it in perspective, when I had the city of Mesa do his inspections, he even commented on how great of a job they are doing. You will not be disappointed with these guys. This means a lot as I usually do not write reviews.

We had Petrus Countertops and Remodeling redo our 1990's kitchen countertops, tile backsplash create a center island with custom cabinets and install a new granite composite sink.  My husband and I painted the cabinets ourselves since we wanted to save some money.   After researching several companies and speaking with many; We finally decided to use Petrus.  After we met Fabio I knew this was the company I wanted to do business with.  He is very knowledgable and stays true to his word.  I highly respect a business owner that does this!  Fabio came out measured our kitchen precisely and helped me decide on the granite.  I only had to mention my color choices and style and he knew exactly what granite and color of sink to install.  This project started in the fall and after a few bumps in the road- we now have beautiful new granite countertops!  Fabio even came on a weekend (On his own time) to fix a minor issue I found on the granite slab after the project was completed.  I would absolutely recommend Petrus Countertops and Remodeling.  5 star rating for complete professionalism!  Thank you again!!! Shady business practices! They take two months to get an estimate to the client and then blame everyone else. It took 30 days just to submit an original estimate which was never sent to me just the insurance. They lie and try and push you off by saying they are waiting on the insurance company to approve the claim, meanwhile they cashed the check from the insurance. Then they refuse service if you question their shady practices!
Hopefully these professionals can figure out how to send a check back to the insurance for work they failed to do!

I paid David Roberts $9000 for a home project in Kingman that he has done little work on that was to be completed in June 2021. I understand that he has personal issues that have complicated his life, however, he is a businessman and needs to complete his contract with me. I will replace this adverse review with a positive recommendation upon completion of the project. David did call me today assuring me that he would get back on the job. Let's get it done, David. Until then I could not recommend doing business with you.
