Keith and his crew were awesome from start to finish. I worked with Keith to complete a kitchen and master shower renovation. The tile work by Carlos is simply the BEST I've seen. The guy measures twice and cuts once and it all fits perfect. Paul the plumber knows his job inside and out!! The electricians used were great as well, despite the spray foam insulation they were able to put in new outlets and move others.

Keith is a hands on GC that goes above and beyond to make you happy as a customer. His easy professional style  is beyond his years in the industry.

First, let me say that he came out and did an estimate right away and seemed incredibly knowledgeable. I was so excited to hire this company to remodel the kitchen in my mother-in-law suite. Unfortunately it took two weeks to get the initial estimate rather than getting it by the end of that first week as he had stated. Then the estimate was missing some major components... The install of a gas stove and stainless hood (and that's really a BIG part of this project).
When I emailed him about this, a week later I still had not heard back with an updated estimate so I emailed him yet again and left a voicemail. His response was that he thought the vendor would install yet he and I had very clearly discussed that Dynamite would do the installation. Bottom line is that he added another $250 to the estimate and still didn't give me any info on his availability (which I asked for a few different times). As much as I would love to hire this company because I really genuinely think he knows what he's talking about and the price is reasonable, I think he is just far too busy and may not do a good job on my project because he didn't care enough to get me the estimate when he said he would, missed major components on the estimate, didn't  respond to my email for over a week, and he also didn't  answer his phone or return my call. I know my project might not be as big or important as his other projects, but it is very important to me and I would have been happy to schedule this several months out if needed. I just want a company that I can count on to pay attention to detail and communicate in a timely manner. Very disappointed this didn't work out.

We met Rob as we were preparing to take ownership of our new home and agreed that he would paint the interior once we closed escrow. He and his crew were there every day until the job was complete, and when we arrived a few days later our home was beautifully painted, cleaned up, and ready for us to enjoy. Rob is phenomenal. Don't even hesitate to hire him ... great work, great guy! Thank you!!

Travis and Lisa painted our home exterior and also did some interior painting. They were fast, reliable, detailed, and very reasonably priced. Good, honest people with a great work ethic. I'd recommend them without hestitation.

We needed some damaged roof tiles replaced, and Stan did a great job. Just from a picture, he noticed two other tiles that were damaged which I hadn't even noticed before then. Keen eye for detail, which I really liked. Very reasonable, thoughtful, and patient with all my questions.

I cannot give enough stars  for Nate and his work. Not only is his work impeccable and affordable, his dedication to making the installations of new products, repairs and painting perfect way exceeded our expectations! Nate has installed a doggie dog, done electrical work, painted, hung heavy lighted mirrors, replaced floorboards, etc, the list goes on and on! And his personality is awesome too! These guys installed a variable speed pump for me, did an acid wash and bead blasted some tile. They did a fantastic job and are true professionals. Would definitely recommend them!!

My house was a disaster I bought a 20-year-old home that had not been loved at all. Stucco was falling off the house paint was beyond faded. They came and brought this old home back to life and it looks beautiful more than it ever has. They are also painting my interior and are very meticulous, clean and perfectionist. Whenever there is a need for any handyman and building services, Prestige Building is my family's go to. They are professional, the prices are fair, and the work is done beautifully!

This company recently painted our house and they did a great job! David, the person who came to work up the quote, was very informative, patient with our many questions, and told us how to arrange to meet with a color advisor at Dunn Edwards at no cost. This saved us from making a poor choice in paint colors. The company provides a five-year warranty and did a lot of little extra things for us. Jose and his crew did the painting in a day and it looks great. They were courteous, professional, flexible and did two walk-arounds with us to make sure everything was satisfactory. We are very happy with this entire experience.

I received a quote and was charged $500 more than quoted.  They did not properly clean the base cabinetry and stains started to show through the paint within 2 weeks.  Scheduling was very difficult and last minute.  Also, they promised to return and put new hardware on the cabinets, but never came back despite multiple messages left.  I had to hire another handyman who came and completed the job for me.  He did a great job, but cost me another $400.  I would not recommend this company at all.

After discovering a busted pipe which caused flooding & other damage, these guys have provided outstanding customer service & work ethic. They are extremely friendly & informative. They are thorough & clean up after themselves well. In fact, they even wipe the floors before they leave so they are cleaner now than before they came to work. While the restoration & repairs have only just begun, we are thankful to have such a phenomenal company taking care of our home. Thank you for caring for your customers!
