We recently moved into our new Toll Brothers home and had a challenging time looking for a good contractor that will design my entertainment wall at a reasonable and fair price.  With the recent challenges we all face with contractors taking advantage of price spikes, and long wait time for a project to begin, Canterra Construction beat the competitor's reliability and price!  Initially, I contracted for an entertainment wall design with them.  Cathy took it to a personal level in designing my wall and brought samples of stones and tiles.  She factored in my interior designs, colors, and furniture to select the best.  And wow, my husband and I are so amazed with the professionalism, reliability, designs, and the material used for our wall that it became one of the wow factors of my home!  Because of this company's professionalism and awesome work, I continued to contract them for my back and front yard.  Again, Cathy understood our goal.  She uniquely put together another great design at an affordable price.  Next contract is for accent walls and designs for all my rooms.  I am excited for this project. Keith and his crew were awesome from start to finish. I worked with Keith to complete a kitchen and master shower renovation. The tile work by Carlos is simply the BEST I've seen. The guy measures twice and cuts once and it all fits perfect. Paul the plumber knows his job inside and out!! The electricians used were great as well, despite the spray foam insulation they were able to put in new outlets and move others.

Keith is a hands on GC that goes above and beyond to make you happy as a customer. His easy professional style  is beyond his years in the industry.

We had a crack in our interior bedroom door which required the door to be replaced. After trying to replace ourselves, we called a professional to help. Stan was kind, professional, and managed expectations very well. Would definitely use his service again.

I hired Dynamite to install a range/oven and hood in my kitchen and I couldn't be more pleased. After a bad experience with a home warranty company, I was left with an uninstalled range/oven and hood in my garage and a hole in my kitchen where the broken range used to be. I needed the kitchen space modified to fit the new range/oven, electrical installed for it and also the hood installed. Vlad and his team were quick with a very reasonable quote and the installation was completed one week later. I am incredibly happy! I highly recommend this company.

They arrived on time, completed the island change, and made sure to clean up.  Later the same day the plumber came and installed new faucet. First, let me say that he came out and did an estimate right away and seemed incredibly knowledgeable. I was so excited to hire this company to remodel the kitchen in my mother-in-law suite. Unfortunately it took two weeks to get the initial estimate rather than getting it by the end of that first week as he had stated. Then the estimate was missing some major components... The install of a gas stove and stainless hood (and that's really a BIG part of this project).
When I emailed him about this, a week later I still had not heard back with an updated estimate so I emailed him yet again and left a voicemail. His response was that he thought the vendor would install yet he and I had very clearly discussed that Dynamite would do the installation. Bottom line is that he added another $250 to the estimate and still didn't give me any info on his availability (which I asked for a few different times). As much as I would love to hire this company because I really genuinely think he knows what he's talking about and the price is reasonable, I think he is just far too busy and may not do a good job on my project because he didn't care enough to get me the estimate when he said he would, missed major components on the estimate, didn't  respond to my email for over a week, and he also didn't  answer his phone or return my call. I know my project might not be as big or important as his other projects, but it is very important to me and I would have been happy to schedule this several months out if needed. I just want a company that I can count on to pay attention to detail and communicate in a timely manner. Very disappointed this didn't work out.

Great service and pricing.  Petrus stepped up when another company ghosted contacts.  Called in the AM, Fabio came out that afternoon, and counter tops installed three weeks later as stated. They worked with tile supplier to make the best of situation.  Very satisfied customer.

My wife and I recently moved into a new home that was looking pretty rough on the outside. We set up a walkthrough with Global Elite Builders to look into painting the interior and exterior. They gave us a fantastic quote,  we were ready to book, and then they took it upon themselves to find dangerous problems with our home's electrical wiring. We booked immediately.
Our paint job had difficult time frames and they had to work around a plumber, and they did so with zero issue. They fixed all the dangerous problems with our home and did a fantastic, quick paint job for a great price.
Now, whenever we want to make significant changes to the home we will call Global Elite.

Stan did a great job with putting up our Courtyard lights. Had a great sense of what we wanted he was knowledgeable and professional. I'll hire for anything I need done home improvement wise.

The worst experience with any home company I've ever had. They started in late October and finished in early February on two bathroom remodels.

These weren't complete remodels, only retiling and new showers. The cabinets remained in as well as countertops. They estimated 6 weeks at the beginning of the job and almost 4 months later, they finally finished.
They punched a hole from the guest bathroom into our living room during demolition. The fix was poorly communicated and a mess that dragged out for two months. The framing inside our wall has PERMANENT DAMAGE!!!

They absolutely botched the master bath remodel by unevenly building the pony wall and not discovering it until the contractor that installed the door and glass said that he couldn't install the glass because it wouldn't be straight. This is more time wasted by a poor project manager.

These are only the top two of at least five botches by the company. On a positive note, the workers were very nice and the finished product was quality after they turned our life upside down for 4+ months for 6 weeks of work.

I would still give zero stars if I could because of the holiday disruption that wasn't supposed to happen and the late January out of town visitors that we had planned that we had to cancel because TWD couldn't manage a moderately complex job.

I had Jason Schumacher (owner) come in and give my kitchen an update. I made initial contact and he arranged to come by the house on my schedule for him to assess the remodel we had in mind. Very professional and insightful. He even saved me money by telling me he didn't think I needed to redo my cabinets which would've been more in his pocket at the end of the day. We did granite countertops and island as well as a full backsplash in granite. He needed to fabricate one of the cabinets to attach a microwave I didn't have there previously. He was done in a day and it was the most seamless project I have ever witnessed. I will be recommending him to anyone who is looking for a remodel. I can't wait for him to come back and do my next project.

You just get the strong feeling he is just trying to run a business built on honesty and the idea that helping the client will get him more business in the end and it's working because I've already referred a few friends to them.

I would avoid GoToServices like the plague.  They will take advantage of you in a crisis.  They refused to work with my insurance company to get paid for services.  And what they won't tell you before you sign on the doted line is that you will receive a substantial bill for services NOT covered by your insurance company.  And I'm not talking about the deductible.  I'm talking about services above and beyond.  AVOID them.  Find someone more honest to do business with that won't prey on you when you're having a water disaster.

Jerry repaired drywall, installed baseboards and photosensor recently.  He responded my requests quickly and arrived to the site on time.  In addition, He completed repairs in a short period of time and did an excellent job!

We had a leak in our upstairs bathroom that resulted in a plumber cutting a hole in our downstairs ceiling. TWD patched the drywall like new. Very pleased with the work.
