I am so happy with my experience with Prestige Building!! As a single woman the little jobs really started to add up around my aging home. I was appalled by some of the bids I got from other companies and was disgusted by the lack of manners exhibited by men I spoke to. I had almost given up until a friend recommended Terry from Prestige. He was AMAZING and so reasonably priced. In one weekend I got all of my odds and ends handled and am getting pavers put in all for less than other bids for 1/4 of the work. My name is Ivy Singletary, and I'm a patron of Canterra Construction. I needed to have a 10x12 'do-it-yourself' outdoor shed built, and I took to Yelp to find a company to fulfill the need.

Katherine, one of the owners, wrote me back immediately, we conversed, and she offered a free consultation for an estimate. She arrived with her staff in tow at the appointed time, fully prepared to address every concern I had previously discussed with her on the phone.

From the onset, I knew I was in competent hands. Canterra Construction was diligent throughout the entire process. Even when the shed arrived earlier than expected, I shot Katherine an email, and she was quick to accommodate the schedule change with an immediate start date. Throughout the process, Katherine was available to meet any need, inquiry, or concern and maintained exemplary response time with her calm, pleasant demeanor.

On the installation days, her team was on time, polite, accommodating, professional, communicative, focused, and meticulous in their work efforts. During the three-day job, her crew left the premises tidy each day upon completion. Words can't capture my appreciation for their professional partnership in completing this endeavor.

Highly recommended glass replacement service provider. They came and replaced 3 of my old windows. Worked very hard to remove old windows that kept refusing to let go. Wonderful workmanship and wore masks and shoes covers during the whole process. Very considerate

Trying to get a contractor out to do the less exciting work is difficult right now.  Multiple contractors told me remodels only and 1 even told me nothing under 20k!  Previously I had contracted with Lowes for my door and they backed out because it was too hard (I kid you not!).   I was straight with Vlad about my less than exciting needs and he was more than willing to do the work. His estimate was the same as Lowes and fairly priced.

Vlad told me his team would be there at a specific date/time.  They showed up EXACTLY as promised to the minute.  They worked efficiently without need of support from me and came prepared to do the job.  I got 1 call about something they saw while working the property; this was my issue, not theirs and I appreciated the fact they told me what they saw.   They didn't mind the fact I would sneak out to look at their work (I like to watch professionals do their job; its fascinating!).  They cleaned up nicely, walked me through what they did, and I paid with a check no hesitation.

So my photos are of the unpainted result; this was as I directed Vlad and his team.  One photos is of a piece of drywall that was sagging that he replaced.
But what I would want you to notice is that the texture in consistent and lines up with the original texturate on the gypsum.  This is what a professional should do; but not all professionals actually do this!  The second photo is of an access door to my air handler that he replaced.  Not exiting; but it had to be done!

A+ work deserves an A+ review.  I found Rob and United through Yelp - perfect reviews and the Company lived up to it.  Fast, excellent communication, fair price and went the extra mile to show me they care and I matter.  When I inspected the house, I couldn't have been happier.  Rob suggested the perfect color, and I'm thrilled with the results.  He is an honest, quality operator.

Travis and Lisa painted our home exterior and also did some interior painting. They were fast, reliable, detailed, and very reasonably priced. Good, honest people with a great work ethic. I'd recommend them without hestitation.

We needed some damaged roof tiles replaced, and Stan did a great job. Just from a picture, he noticed two other tiles that were damaged which I hadn't even noticed before then. Keen eye for detail, which I really liked. Very reasonable, thoughtful, and patient with all my questions.

I cannot give enough stars  for Nate and his work. Not only is his work impeccable and affordable, his dedication to making the installations of new products, repairs and painting perfect way exceeded our expectations! Nate has installed a doggie dog, done electrical work, painted, hung heavy lighted mirrors, replaced floorboards, etc, the list goes on and on! And his personality is awesome too! So, if you are looking for a reliable, affordable, experienced and dedicated all-around handyman, look no further!!

My house was a disaster I bought a 20-year-old home that had not been loved at all. Stucco was falling off the house paint was beyond faded. They came and brought this old home back to life and it looks beautiful more than it ever has. They are also painting my interior and are very meticulous, clean and perfectionist. We had Petrus Countertops and Remodeling redo our 1990's kitchen countertops, tile backsplash create a center island with custom cabinets and install a new granite composite sink.  My husband and I painted the cabinets ourselves since we wanted to save some money.   After researching several companies and speaking with many; We finally decided to use Petrus.  After we met Fabio I knew this was the company I wanted to do business with.  He is very knowledgable and stays true to his word.  I highly respect a business owner that does this!  Fabio came out measured our kitchen precisely and helped me decide on the granite.  I only had to mention my color choices and style and he knew exactly what granite and color of sink to install.  This project started in the fall and after a few bumps in the road- we now have beautiful new granite countertops!  Fabio even came on a weekend (On his own time) to fix a minor issue I found on the granite slab after the project was completed.  I would absolutely recommend Petrus Countertops and Remodeling.  5 star rating for complete professionalism!  Thank you again!!! They were seriously incredible! I had a massive flood on the second floor at my commercial property in Old Town Scottsdale. It was a nightmare when I walked in (water running for 7 Hours, completely ruined an entire office and the showroom below it). I called the first company I saw online and luckily it was Go To Services. They showed up within 30 minutes and reassured me that they would handle everything. Within an hour there, more than a dozen people showed up to save the day. I have a vivid memory of them all walking in with smiles on their faces and letting me know that it would be handled before I knew it. My blood pressure dropped immediately.

It wasn't long before they had cleaned all the water up, had fans blowing, dehumidifiers running, had plastic everywhere, and we were discussing how they could put it all back together. Which they did....in record time! Not only was I happy but my tenants all raves about them over the coming weeks as they put things back together. The finished product was on point.
