I recently used heart and home to get my house prepared for sale first I am not a person who typically gives a review, but after using heart and home, I felt I would be doing this company an injustice by not reviewing them. If you are looking for a cost effective professional to clean your house then this company is the one for you. My house was not only cleaned to perfection but staged to sell. Colleens attention to detail is amazing! Thank you Heart & Home for making this such a positive experience. I will definitely use this company over and over again.

I just wanted to tell everyone how pleased I am to have Bern & Lettie taking such good care of our home. These gals are the best! I had found this company based on the raving reviews on the next door app. When I called I got a very quick response, however there seems to be a lack of proper training or they just hire random people to clean houses. I requested for a move in clean. And for some reason. Nothing was done. They did a horrible job. The floors were still wet and some puddles when I came back. She said she dusted and even asked to use my ladder, but none of the chandelier lights or ceiling fans were spotless. She did not have to move anything. I asked her to see if she could clean between cracks in oven, she said no and didn't even try. It was very unprofessional. She even had someone sitting in a car outside of my house while she was still working.

I'm not sure if this company respects clients privacy, but I do not want people to know where I live who I do not know just hanging around while some people are being paid to work.

They asked if I wanted the person to come back, but of course I said no. If she didn't clean it right the first time. Why would I let her come back, to waste more of my time.

And all the owner could do was text me back. Not even have the decency or respect to call me to apologize. This was a waste of 5 hours of my time and $175 dollars. Too overpriced and not qualified cleaners.

I found my new weekly cleaners..... they are awesome....  Did a great job and now having them cleaning my mothers house as well.... Highly recommend!

Amazing! Called them for a deep clean. We have a sick cat and it's been a massive challenge keeping up with the house. In particular, the rug in my husband's game room. I was pretty sure it was unsalvageable but Allim managed to clean it to perfection. Thank you! The whole house was sparkling clean when they were done and I am so happy with the service.
