Not only did they do a fantastic job cleaning my house, they made sure I was okay with the clean before they would accept my payment. This team of two did a thorough job, nothing was missed! There was one set of chandelier lights that no matter what they tried, they couldn't get it clean. In this instance, it was a manufacturer issue on chandelier lights that were brand new. I felt so bad about the time they put in trying to clean those lights, when ultimately there was nothing they could do to clean them. They walked me through my whole house pointing out what was cleaned, and made sure I was happy about it. I am so thankful that I found this company! I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants a thorough, excellent and sparkling clean house!!

Saenz is the best.  We were a real problem client.   Had to change schedules and even asked for work on SuperBowl weekend.   Not a problem for Saenz.   Outstanding work.  The buyers of our home were comlpetely happy with the work.   And when additional projects pushed them two hours beyond their projected deadline, they did the work fast and hung in to finish the job despite it being our fault.  

Can't go wrong with Saenz.

Bonita and her team are outstanding!   I wish I had taken before and after photos because I literally couldn't believe my eyes. Before the cleaning, our house was an absolute disaster because we are in the middle of some renovations and had sawdust EVERYWHERE. We also have two dogs that shed... so you can only imagine the mess we had. We were looking for a cleaning company on Yelp because the messy renovations are done so we can move back in.  Bonita was super quick to respond, very reasonably priced and even made sure to care for our floors in a special way (as it's brand new flooring).  I got a deep cleaning done and it was the best decision I've made all year.  We will be using this company for regular cleanings and recommending to all of our friends and family.  Absolutely amazing work. I live out of state and she takes care of my vacation rental in Arizona and I can't express my gratitude to her and her company for being so reliable, communicative, efficient (and affordable).  Without her, the stress of turning over the rental would be overwhelming. I know that I can count on her to show up and have it ready for the next guests. I am certain that you won't be disappointed.

I own a str and Goat was cleaning for us for all of the units we have (4).   Goat's team stopped doing laundry and complained that it was someone else, however, they were the only ones doing cleaning and using laundry.  They complained about supply issues, but they were caused by the team not washing linens (no clean linens to put on beds).  Cleans were not done to checklist or completed by the scheduled time, causing refunds and bad reviews from guests.  They entered units without knocking scaring guests which is a huge issue for short term rental, and entered units before checkout without verifying the checkout.   There was always an excuse/blame it on the guest when issues were brought up.  When I raised the issues, the owner complained about the rate and said she'd come deal with the back linens, and then did not do so.  Additionally,  Alex the husband sold me some handyman services, and then didn't perform them as agreed or refund for work he didn't complete.   I was stalled on a refund to the point where I couldn't get refunded through the platform and then ghosted.  I made the error of paying in advance, something I did becasue there was a high level of trust with the owner at that time.    I literally have nothing good to say about this service/the owner and her husband.
