Leslie and her team were great! Super responsive, friendly, and easy to work with! Her prices are great. The team that came out was professional and kind and made sure we were happy with the cleaning. Thankful to have found Leslie and would highly recommend!

I booked a this service with the estimated being that I could get my smaller home cleaned in 3 hours.  I didn't realize they only send 1 person to do the job.  That one person (as nice as she was) was VERY slow and only had 1 bathroom and about 80% of the second bathroom done at about the 2.5 hour mark.  

As I had new tenants moving in the next day I had to clean the entire downstairs myself.   The woman cleaning was so very nice and felt bad and even stayed a bit longer to try and help me out.  

Full disclosure, the owner did offer me a $20 discount which helped soften the blow but I will not be using this service again.  

Not to others:  Always get a flat rate...don't go with the $ per hour.  :(

They did a great job in cleaning my rental house.  Reasonable price, professional and quick to respond.  Highly recommended.

I'm back to using Pop-Ins on a regular basis, since my other cleaning service will no longer schedule appointments at addresses that are west of the 101.  Alicia and Isabel came out this morning, right on time and with all the necessary equipment.  They cleaned quickly and thoroughly--and this is going to be my regular house cleaning service from now on.  Again--they are not cheap, but the service is good and they are well worth the few extra $$$.
