Jenna has been cleaning my house for six months.  I never kept cleaning services because of the stress to get the house picked up before they cleaned as historically cleaning services would clean around items left out.  Jenna will pick up, organize, and clean per your instruction, but she also is very intuitive with putting things away that are randomly left out so that I never have to give it a second thought when she is coming over.

I just had them clean my home. Not even kidding, they did an exceptional job. That same day they reported with pictures of how things looked. I really loved that. It made me feel reassured. The customer service was exceptional. Torey is the gal I worked with and she was super friendly and I felt very comfortable with her from the get go. I will be having them back and will refer them out over and over again.

I recently used heart and home to get my house prepared for sale first I am not a person who typically gives a review, but after using heart and home, I felt I would be doing this company an injustice by not reviewing them. If you are looking for a cost effective professional to clean your house then this company is the one for you. My house was not only cleaned to perfection but staged to sell. Colleens attention to detail is amazing! Thank you Heart & Home for making this such a positive experience. I will definitely use this company over and over again.

I have been using Pop-Ins for a couple of years and they do fantastic work. We refer them to our own customers as well. Great communication and always willing to go back if something isn't right or satisfactory making them a stand up company. If it's carpet or grout cleaning, house cleaning, upholstery or duct and vents, Pop-Ins is the ones to call

I own a str and Goat was cleaning for us for all of the units we have (4).   Goat's team stopped doing laundry and complained that it was someone else, however, they were the only ones doing cleaning and using laundry.  They complained about supply issues, but they were caused by the team not washing linens (no clean linens to put on beds).  Cleans were not done to checklist or completed by the scheduled time, causing refunds and bad reviews from guests.   Stained linens were put on beds.  Cleaners entered units without knocking scaring guests which is a huge issue for short term rental, and entered units before checkout without verifying the checkout.   There was always an excuse/blame it on the guest when issues were brought up.  When I raised the issues, the owner complained about the rate and said she'd come deal with the back linens, and then did not do so.  Additionally,  Alex the husband sold me some handyman services, and then didn't perform them as agreed or refund for work he didn't complete.   I was stalled on a refund to the point where I couldn't get refunded through the platform and then ghosted.  I made the error of paying in advance, something I did becasue there was a high level of trust with the owner at that time.    I literally have nothing good to say about this service/the owner and her husband.
