We had 2 units installed yesterday and there is no end to the wonderful comments we have!  Everyone performed their job as professionally as we could want or imagine.  From the first call to request a quote, to meeting with the tremendously knowledgeable Senior Sales Representative, Jim, to the amazing installation team, we have been very pleased.  The installation team arrived on time, explained in as much detail as we requested, showed us the high quality of workmanship throughout the process and cleaned up perfectly when they left.  I will recommend them as often as I can because they are the BEST!

I was having a tough time finding someone to fix my Midea Air-handler, as it is not a common brand of A/C.  When I called 1800Plumber+Air, Ben answered the phone and listened to exactly what the issue was- he took down the model of my unit and actually talked through the repairs with his tech before sending him out.  The other companies I called (Goettl and George Brazil)just have an answering service and they do not relay any important info to their techs, thus having them show up only to say they could not fix it or find parts.  
Ben listened to my issues and the awful experiences i had at the other places and said he would take care of it for me and that the tech he was sending, Travis - was the best.  Travis showed up and quickly fixed my A/C (needed a new control board) and only charged me half of what the others said a new board would cost if they could find one to fit my unit.  I will never call anyone else again but these guys for plumbing and A/C!!!
