Best Electrostatic Disinfecting Services in Phoenix AZ

Hello Brian. I decided to post this review since I have not received any feedback from you. A couple of things to address. PLEASE DO NOT take this as a NEGATIVE review of Carrie. It is meant as a suggestion for her future assignments.
I had already cleaned most of the items in the house, days before Carrie's scheduled date. She was very pleasant and accommodating, worked straight through for 4 hours even refusing an offer of a break, and as a result, I had no qualms about paying her. She did kindly offer to accept only 3 hours since she was late, however, I declined her offer because she was here 4 hours!! Among many of the things that Carrie did was wiping the baseboards, window sills, cleaned several windows (she forgot I said that was not needed) cleaned a couple of the light fixtures and a glass top table in addition to some other things.  However, after paying and checking the house once I spoke to you and after Carrie left, I discovered a few things that disappointed me.
(1) The stand-alone shower in the master bath had not been touched. (Which means it was not completed)
(2) The clear plastic shower curtain in the guest bath was not cleaned. (Which means it was not completed)
(3) The top vented area of the microwave still had as much buildup of grease as previously. (Which means it was not completed)                                                                          I did bring this to her attention, and she said she had cleaned it, but it required more than one cleaning.
(4) The kitchen appliances did not look much better than before her arrival
I did NOT follow her around but took her word that she had completed the tasks that I had discussed and written down for her.
My sense is that the assignment was too large, she needs a bit more training or requires another person to accompany her as a helper.

Parker's service is so great! His work is very detailed and efficient! He makes the appointment so clean and bright! The move out cleaning is definitely recommended to everyone who needs!

Ehhhhh so these guys came and did a 3 bedroom 3 bath condo and charged a pet fee and extra deep cleaning fees...which would be totally fine if those things were done.

But that afternoon after they were done, as soon as I turned on the living room fan, more than one dog fur "dust bunny" came out from under the couch. Same thing happened in the bedroom. So they clearly didn't clean under furniture. And to note, I've moved both the couch and bed by myself, so it's not like they're too heavy, especially considering it was 3 guys.  And then things like some floorboards were still not fully clean, etc.

And whatever they used on the oven caused our fire alarm to go off every single time we used it for awhile after.

So they were nice enough and they came recommended, but we paid for a deep clean, and it was more like a "tidy up"

I contacted Juan about giving our house a thorough cleaning.  He and his team arrived promptly with all the cleaning products and tools. They worked hard and efficiently and did the best job.  Juan is a professional who takes his business seriously and aims to please. I look forward to using his company again.  I would highly recommend him.  The price was fair and he was a pleasure to work with.

Super quick to respond to all my questions. Truly worked hard to get our home super clean for our family coming into town. Highly reccomeded this business.

They did an excellent job - hired them for my move out and my move in, two days in a row. So thorough and super friendly, they even helped us move a few boxes at one point!  For our jobs they had two girls and took about 3-4 hours in each house. I will hire them in the future for sure.

Arrived right on time--super satisfied!  Very polite and professional-- went above and beyond what they were hired to do.  Highly recommend!

I've had the smart move cleaning crew clean my house a few times now. They're always easy to get a hold of and all our interactions have been extremely professional. The crew always leave my house sparkling clean and smelling amazing! Pricing is very reasonable compared to other companies. The attention to detail they pay to every area of your house makes it totally worth it. I can't  recommend them enough. I am happy to support a small business.

We have used this company a total of three times. The first time we used it everything went great the cleaners took note of the fact that the dishwasher didn't work and that no harsh chemicals like stove top should be used. The second time a new  set of cleaners came to the house they were told the same to not use the dish washer or  harsh stove chemicals. They ignored this and put my dirty dishes in the dishwasher that doesn't work. We knew we were missing dishes and were not found until a week after they had cleaned in the dishwasher where they sat dirty and filthy and grew mold which we just threw out all of them including the babies dishes . The third time the same ladies that came rhe first time came to clean  There names Marie los and lupe. I had again verbally told them not to use the dishwasher or to use stove cleaner. They were in SEP 28 at  8 am -10 am. I called this morning spoke to the receptionist and asked her if she knew what chemicals were used to clean my home . She said she'd call back because she was going to have to contact the cleaners directly to find out. She calls me back and tells me  that they used a degreaser soap and a glass cleaner on my stove. Anyone who owns any birds knows that stove cleaners are deadly to birds. I asked to speak to a manager. I was transferred to Shawn. At this point I informed him that the cleaners used a degreased on my stove after they were told not to. This resulted in me waking up today Sept 29 to my dead pineapple conjure bird because of the stove top cleaner they used. The company is denying responsibility for this and are not willing to take any actioN. My daughter is w. And I am appalled at the lack of responsibility this company has. Our bird was a healthy bird and nothing it's environment  changed except for them coming to clean.you cannot use stove top cleaner in a hope w a bird it's fatal and the cleaning crew knew this despite me verbally telling them not to use anything other than soap because it will kill my bird . She was a beautiful bird and we had her since she was a baby. I'm disgusted by this company and don't recommend

New update company just called me back contradicting everything that was said to me yesterday over the phone. They are still not willing to take responsibility for the actions that led to my birds death and Called me to say that all of a sudden they didn't use the stove top cleaner after there representative had spoken to the cleaning crew the day before and confirmed that they used it.

What a coincidence that I had verifies with your rep after she spoke to the cleaners that the stove top cleaner was used in my home she verified this and called me back letting me know which is why I know it was used in my home now all of sudden since learning about my birds passing it wasn't used ?
a convenient coincidence. She also passed away less the 24 hours after the crew was over. Your trying to justify your employees mistake and cover it up. Shame on you

We had them do a move-out clean on a specific date and they were able to accommodate the request. They cleaned the entire house and it looks fantastic. They cleaned in the cabinets, the floors, bathrooms - everything. 100% recommended Happy Maids! I would absolutely use them again for any cleaning project.

Have two homes to find new cleaning service for.   After looking at options and reviews.  Chose this company for both. Was able to make appts easily on website for both homes.  One in Tempe and one in N Phx.   The day before cleaning appt for N Phx we get a call asking if time can be changed to earlier time.  We said rhat wouldn't work for us.  Then 15 min later call again saying actually the N Phx house is outside of their cleaning address area.   I offered to pay extra for gas.  As the day before is really inconvenient.  We had just done some work on the house and it needed a deep clean before being able to move back in.    Spoke to Chrissy the Ops manager and I got the excuse of the website doesn't allow for certain zip codes to be blocked and we will need to check with new customers moving forward that they are within the zip codes cleaned---that's all great for moving forward.  But how does that help us?   Needless to say I cancelled the Tempe clean as well as this in my opinion is horrible customer service.  At the very least honor the reservation this one time and then afterwards we could find an alternative.  Now 24 hours before the house was scheduled to be cleaned.  We are left with nothing and have to start over

This is the first time I have used a cleaning service and they were wonderful!   The ladies were very concerned that I was happy with the job they did and that I check everything before they left....my house was sparkling and smelled so good!   I will definitely have them back!

I'm not going to lie, this was an odd morning.
Confirmed cleaning details & 2-3pm time frame for today's appointment. She contacted at 7am to say that she was on the way to the house, confirmed 6-min ETA for arrival and also said "I'm here" at 7:40.
We arrived to meet her at the house for the cleaning and not only was she not there, but also sent this random picture claiming her son was in the emergency room - but the image is from July 7, 2021.
After letting her know I was confused about the pics, date and all that, she stopped responding and no further texts would go through.
Total waste of time... and I'll be honest, this mercury retrograde  is reaaaallly starting to annoy me.

Unprofessional company. I booked a cleaning and she completely ghosted me. Very dishonest way of operating, if you cant make it just say so rather than disrupting someone's day/week.
