I was left unimpressed after spending $380 for 4 hours. I expected more for my money. They did some cute details like making a paper towel into a flower and designs in a blanket after folding and placing on bed, but missed a lot. It was discussed that we would agree on 4 hours but if they need more time, I was to be contacted to approve the additional time. I was not called so it is assumed they completed what was asked. Nope, floors half done and spider webs still hanging off lights. Never got a call so they thought they were complete. I'd rather find cleaners who take pride in their work and don't leave in incomplete.

To follow up... the owner is completely lying and replied saying they asked for more hours. I am highly disappointed. I was NEVER contacted. Just be honest and accept you dropped the ball on your services.

I contacted Native Bee for cleaning services and not only did they respond in a very timely fashion to my request for a quote, but they performed the services within 24 hours of me receiving the quote. They were on time, and amazingly thorough. We needed to have the rental that we lived in for 10 months cleaned for move out service. Bonita and her partner did exceptionally. I plan to use them again.

I just had them clean my home. Not even kidding, they did an exceptional job. That same day they reported with pictures of how things looked. I really loved that. It made me feel reassured. The customer service was exceptional. Torey is the gal I worked with and she was super friendly and I felt very comfortable with her from the get go. I will be having them back and will refer them out over and over again.

I was not happy, the Lady that did my window did an ok job, I had to point out that there streaks in the windows, she only brushed off my screens & scratched them since she didn't put them on the right way. Then I had to go after her with my tools to fasten them correctly. My Patio Screen was up side down & fell when I went out, glad I caught it early since it would have broken my Screen & my vase on my table. Then Zelle didn't work, took an hour to make the payment, she didn't want me to tip the gal, had No account to receive my payment since Zelle didn't work. I have never dealt with a Company that had no account. I finally sent he a check that included a $20 tip. I don't mind paying more for Quality services but this is not it!

These ladies are the best! Fair price and quick! I was always working from home when they came and they were so nice and I can tell they love what they do. They were always happy to be there. Respectful of property and very thorough!

LaWanda and her team were very quick and responsive with my request. I live in a small "bachelorpad" apartment and needed cleaning desperately. I reached out and needed mainly my kitchen and bathroom cleaned. As you can imagine, it can get dirty over the years.

She showed up on time and was great. She was very flexible and willing to clean every inch of the apartment. My bathtub was a nightmare but she brought it back to life! LaWanda left my place very clean and dust free.

This was my first time using a cleaning service and will not be the last. I will reach out to LaWanda next time I need cleaning.

I'm back to using Pop-Ins on a regular basis, since my other cleaning service will no longer schedule appointments at addresses that are west of the 101.  Alicia and Isabel came out this morning, right on time and with all the necessary equipment.  They cleaned quickly and thoroughly--and this is going to be my regular house cleaning service from now on.  Again--they are not cheap, but the service is good and they are well worth the few extra $$$.

I had been using another service--a chain brand for a year.  But they kept sending new people everytime.  They weren't careful either.  Damage occurred twice. Saw Esperanza and her team as a referral from my neighborhood community board.  Have not been disappointed!  She keeps me updated if running late and is fast, but thorough.  Highly recommend this team!
